IncompetentadjectiveNot having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully. The perfect description for dealing with the Award-winning HORRIBLE customer service dealing with the MANAGER and sales staff of Pacific Sales West Hollywood.UNLIKE Pacific Sales Burbank Manager Guillermo who goes out of his way to make buying a great experience. He returns phone calls quickly and does want ever is necessary to get what is needed to be done. I will be forever grateful for his kind assistance. This is the second time he has saved the day, once with a dishwasher issue and another with a washer-dryer issue.
Edwin at Pacific Sales at this Best Buy is the best. Topnotch personalized service. Didnt know him from Adam when I first walked in and was just browsing around thinking I was shopping at Best Buy. I wont deal with anyone but Edwin these days. This guy makes things happen. I ordered a fridge and was waiting for a delivery on a Saturday that never came. It turns out the warehouse had run out of the fridge and no one ever called me to inform me. I called Edwin at 12:30 pm on that Saturday and he found me a replacement that was an upgrade model wise and cheaper because it was on sale and had arranged an emergency delivery. By that Saturday afternoon that fridge was sitting in my house.I went back two weeks later and purchased a washer and dryer via Edwin again. He saved me money yet again and the delivery was seamless. Now mind you I am writing this review for EDWIN ONLY. Pacific Sales sucks! The other people in this location do not care at all. If you have been dealing with one sales person they dont want to deal with you anymore. Their customer service people are the same way. They are all robots who are not capable of being flexible and have no compassion at all. They repeat the same tired line over and over which was not helpful to me at all.Edwin was the only person that went the extra mile for me as a customer.
Nick at Pacific Sales in West Hollywood is the greatest salesman. Hes very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. He tells me when appliances will be on sale and lets me know if an appliance will fit in a certain space. He also tells me which appliances are more reliable and in stock in their warehouse. He spends time explaining the differences between the many to choose from appliances. He also handles any appliance repairs that are still under warranty. I just call him, he checks the date on the computer and he takes care of it! Less stress for me. He deserves a huge raise! Hes really a valuable asset to this company. Go see Nick!
What’s the purpose of having a phone number if you don’t answer? I’m trying to buy today from Pacific Sales and have called 5 times. No one answers, and the system hangs up on you after long holds.
Purchasing was easy. However, it is unbelievably difficult to get an installation appointment. First agent had me confused with a different account. Second agent accidentally (?) hung up on me after much waiting. Now I am on hold with a third. My boyfriend has the on-hold song stuck in his head and wont stop whistling it.
Guys were nice and helped out with all we needed . thank you.
Hey, Google Reviews readers, I thought I was savvy, but it turns out i was a sucker. I fell for all the great service and the personal touch shtick--and never read the myriad reviews about disappointing followup/service on the back end.I paid a good deal of money --and was pleased with the service of service rep Nick Acosta--to get a stove top, oven, microwave, hood, fridge and dishwasher. The delivery date was supposed to be 4 weeks. SEVEN weeks later, the delivery is finaly scheduled and 12 hours before the actual delivery --after I have the countertop people coming to measure --Nick calls to say sorry, I know you put a deposit on the stove top and that we had it in stock then, but we dont anymore and the company is delayed for three more weeks. This after talking to him twice over the last week and being assured it was all there. The worst thing was they blamed Electrolux, instead of acknowledging that they had taken my deposit, guaranteed me a delivery date (which is already 3 weeks late) and after scheduling the delivery and guaranteeing everything was ready, they reneged.AFter all this, I was generously offered the floor model at a MODEST discount but no warranty for it. (Nick explained the store manager would need to approve the warranty. Well, he already approved the floor model, so why not guarantee me that the floor model will actually work?) Otherwise, I can choose to wait for another 3 to 5 weeks--after already waiting 7 weeks when I was promised 4 weeks. This place is the absolute worst purveyor of bait and switch i have encountered in years. NEVER AGAIN.
