The two women who work there are ignorant and rude. Those women need to be fired. They insult customers when they leave and have no respect for people.

I came to this gas station located in west haven with my husband, he needed to fill up diesel for his truck. He asked the Spanish girl with curly hair to put gas for him on the pump on the other side, knowing the one he was standing on was out of service, she refused, my husband told her that it will be hard for him to back up to the pump on other side, but she still refused. Then a dark skin worker told my husband that we don’t have to serve you, so take your $60 cash and leave. Both had very bad attitude with my husband, and we will never come back to this gas station.

I came here today to fill up (totalling $43.00) and purchase one lottery ticket. I was first in line with one customer behind me. The clerk told me I had to wait and let the customer behind me go first. When I inquired why, she stated it was store policy to take paying customers first (those not paying for the lottery) because the gas station does not get paid for lottery purchases as she explained). I then explained that i am in fact a paying customer with the gas. She took the other person nonetheless. Its is a shame that store policy between Sunoco and the lottery system gets passed down as poor service to a paying customer. I will never come here again and looking forward to posting this on social media!

I have never been to another gas station where they will completely shut down the register for 10-15+ minutes, and just tell customers Were breaking shift, there is going to be a wait. Really, you have 3 employees back there, and you cant find a way to check people out while you switch shift during working hours but no, 10-15+ every time. Its the only gas station on a long stretch of my daily route so Im forced to come in 4-5 times a week. I run into a shift change once a week at the least. I HAVE to stay but I have watched so many people just leave. Doing the math, Ive personally watched 5 grand in sales walk out the door. Good logistics are important as my single star indicates. Im usually a very kind rater but at this point Ive wasted too much of my life waiting for them to switch shifts. Uggg, fix it, and you get more stars, sorry!
