My husband and i have been bringing all of our vehicles here for over 12 years! mike and jay are the best! they are honest, reasonably priced, and highly skilled at whatever problem weve brought them! we cant say enough about how much we appreciate their expertise/service.

My father and I have been driving our work truck with no reverse for two years as we were trying to save up the money for the repair. Finally we had enough and brought our trans to rpm to be repaired. He told us he would take it apart and let us know what it needed. Said he would call us the next day. Three days past and no call. I went to the shop and he told me the trans was fixed and the bill was 480 dollars. I said wow you didnt even call to discuss the repair or give me an estimate. He then got very personal belligerent and preceded to swear at me and call me all kinds of names. He says just give me three hundred and get the hell out of the store. I said wow. Would you like to take a minute to cool off then we can figure this out? He replied f you you piece of s and get out of here. So I took my trans loaded it up and left. He threw a doctored up invoice in my car and on my way I went. I brought it to my mechanic and he says this doesnt look like anyone opened it up. And sure enough It was still broke. So we are left with a mechanic bill we cant afford no van to work and feed the family and a broken trans. Karma i pray you have your way with this man. Please dont be a victim. Do Business Elsewhere.

They did my mercury moutaineer right. There was a problem 2 days after, and they came and got it, fixed it and returned it before I got home from work. 2 months later it still drives better than when I bought it.
