My car looked nice after bringing it here, but thats about all I can say positive about this place unfortunately. They said it would take 3 weeks to fix, it took 7 weeks, when I finally got my car back there was no wiper fluid in my car, they didnt tighten my battery so it died and I had to call AAA a week later to come tighten the screws so I could start my car. Then 3 weeks later something else had to be fixed that was on the same side they had worked on, and then 6 months later the battery they had replaced had to be replaced again. Horrible experience.

One of the best autobody shops Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They not only took care of my car they went above and beyond when I had a slight malfunction. Thank you to Scott and his team, made my car look brand new. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family. Thank you guys again.

My car was slammed into in March 2017 while parked on the street on the drivers rear. The at fault drivers insurance Geico sent my car to this facility. I received my car back in July 2017 and discovered in August 2019 that they locked my rear drivers side passenger seatbelt into the seat during the repair. That door also will not open on that side from the inside should I have a passenger. The reason it took me so long to notice is because I do not have any children and travel alone 99% of the time. I suggest you do a FULL inspection of your vehicle when you receive it back. I havent bothered to call to get a repair because its been over two years since the repair and I work in lower Fairfield County so its more of an inconvenience to me at this point.

GEICO lead me to this body shop after an accident. Said it would take a week, took over 2 weeks. Body work was done poorly, left all the broken parts in the trunk of the car, and had a low power notification on the screen which i was told would go away after i drove it...... Of coarse it didnt and had to bring it to my mechanic, was only a blown fuse but i shouldnt of had to pay someone to fix it. Had to bring the car back to have all the body work redone and was with out the car for another week and a half. In other words this place sucks.

CoachWorks Auto Body not only fixed my car in a timely fashion but also provided excellent customer service.I was treated with respect, and also appreciated the cleanliness of the Waiting room and the customer bathroom which is always important to me.I would completely recommend using them for all of your auto body repairs and painting needs. I dont understand how this place is still open. They destroyed my car failed to pay for my rental because they had my car for over a month. Get my car back paint job is horrible bumper no longer lines up at all corners not even painted radiator support painted a whole diffreent color ac broken. Which they claim they did not do but it work fine before them. I will never be back there.

Two accidents and Geico insurance lead me to Coachworks. First time, they estimated maximum 3 weeks, took 5 weeks and after that when I took the car, I had to return it to Coachworks again because the steering was not properly fixed, took one extra week.Second time again, maximum time promised was 3 weeks. After three weeks, the guy said car will be ready next week, and it happened total 3 times, so in total 6 weeks.Both the times, the Geico representative appointed was totally unresponsive too. Give a call today, no answer, go online and write to Geico, then get an answer after 3 or 4 days.I would recommend not falling for online advertisement of Coachworks promising We pride ourselves on SPEED & QUALITY of service!!!

I had my car brought here after an accident using the Geico Auto Repair Xpress. While the Geico service was good, I was impressed with the way Coachworks handled the process. The repairs were pretty extensive and Im pretty sure my car was borderline totaled. They completed the repairs within the estimated time and were very responsive for each time I called. My car is running and looks just like it was prior to the accident which is all you can ask for. On top of that the car was cleaned inside and out. Im glad I went with Coachworks instead of some other repair shop and I can see why they are an official Geico Xpress shop. If you have Geico and need your car repaired after an accident, this one is a no brainer.

Reminder for Bob: PLUG IT IN. Also for those picking up their vehicles remember to check everything even things they are not supposed to have touched.. And look out for the special List that they are supposed to check off. It doesnt exist, at least not for you to review.
