Excellent service. After i bought the spa, the agent gave me his direct contact and since then has been responding quickly to any question regarding any issue with the tub. High quality product and they have complimentary water testing which helped a lot with maintaining a balanced spa throughout the summer. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased the Grandee with the salt water system and Covana Oasis Hot Tub Cover. What can I say, its awesome! Which the products should be for top of the line luxury in my opinion. But what I thought was really unique was the service I received from Hot Springs here in Fargo. From the installation to the orientation, I was impressed with their level of efficiency, respect and knowledge. I thought that it would get installed, they would throw you and owners manual and never talk to you again until I need someone. Instead, a gentleman name Skylar immediately set up an orientation to walk me through how everything works and what is needed to maintain in the future. I actually set up a valet service on a monthly basis where Hot Springs comes to my home and helps keep the tub in perfect shape. Everyone seems to have the advice to not get a hot tub because you will only use it for the first couple weeks and it will just sit there. Im glad I didnt listen to that. My wife and I have been using it more and more as the months go on. I am a believer that if we didnt go with the Grandee and decided on a lower end product we might have lost interest. But when you go with quality, it lasts.

We worked with Jeff, he answered our questions quickly. Once we purchased our hot tub and it was at our home he was helpful with information on how to put the chemicals in it correctly and tidbits to help us along the way. We’ve never owned a tub before so when I had a million questions he was patient and helpful. I’d recommend Hot Springs and get Jeff as your salesman!!

I had very bad experience with them very rude techs and horrible customer service as well u shouldnt have to call them 3 times in a day to get ahold of someone to talk to about coming out and fixing my pool and it shouldnt take them a two weeks to come back and supposedly fix it which they didnt I had to call a different company to come out and fix there mistake so I will never deal with them ever again or in that matter recommend them to anyone

If you are looking for service for your hot tub, Max and the Fargo Hot Springs Spa team are the best. I dont even live in Fargo but I called them over the holidays when I was in a pinch. Max spent time with me on the phone to assess the problem, suggest what I could service myself and ultimately lead me to a solution. I highly recommend their service department.

Jeff Larson was very knowledgeable about the products(theirs and competitors). Helped us make our decision. The delivery was made in timely fashion. Startup was very easy with phone call. I didn’t have an electrician lined up before delivery. We love our new Aria spa. Strongly recommend the saltwater spa. No chlorine smell or itchy skin. Truly feel relaxed when you get out.

We bought our hot tub 2 months ago the Relay 6 person Hot Springs hot tub! I cancelled my message membership because our purchase! The relaxation, the muscle relief, and the help with sleeping has been the best investment we have made! We did our research on the best hot tubs for quality and overall best company to work with. I can not say enough good things about our experience with HotSpring Spa and Pool Tables 2. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles. We were quickly introduced to Jeff Larson. His willingness to spend time with us to answer the questions we had made our decision to purchase our infrared dry sauna from him very easy. From purchase to delivery and set up his service was stellar. He went above and beyond to keep us informed of the process.About a year ago (after years of testing) I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and tendonitis. My physical therapist, massage therapist and rheumatologist all suggested I give this a try. We have only had it a week and I AM IN LOVE.

Horrible customer service. They dont return phone calls and follow up on our issues have been non-existent. We are flexible and easy to work with, but after multiple attempts to reach out we are frustrated and would not recommend! Both the Minot location and Fargo location have given us horrible experiences.

We worked with Jeff Larson at the Fargo store, I have always wanted a hot tub, he made it easy to get started, shipping was quick and getting my water prepared was super slick. I would definitely recommend a tub from these guys!

Only giving one star because when they got a cover for out hot tub they brought it out immediately. And worked with us to change the delivery date by 5 days sooner. Now we bought this months before it was installed, with a lift cover. Now when they brought it, no cover. The warehouse guys said they sold it to someone else. That got us some frustrated, but decided to move on. They brought a temporary cover and installed it. When everything was done all they said was someone would call with your water treatment plan. But no call, we had to call. One because the sample bag they give you doesnt even come close to the chemicals you may need. But again we went and got the chemicals. When we were told by the delivery guys, they were told 1 week we should have our cover maybe 2 weeks. I called when two weeks came, our salesman was not even aware we didnt get the lift cover. So total breakdown in communication. Then the sales said I will check and call you back today, no call. So I called the owner, he got things rolling. It came in that day, they came out almost immediately to install. Which was great. But when they put the new cover on the hold downs are in a different spot. So now we have 8 damn holes in our new 10,000$ hot tub. We were never told the new cover would be different and the hold down clips would be in different positions. And wasnt given the option to say no dont put the clips on we will figure out a way to keep it down. So we were basically misled. When calling to talk to them about, they blew us off basically. They said nope were not replacing the panels even though they basically ruined them.Thats poor customer service.

We just bought our second Hottub from this store and we love it! The delivery and set up was great! Now that we have had our hot tub for almost a year, I can honestly say, I LOVE IT. The staff at the Fargo store is AWESOME. Salesman Jeff is great to work with. In the beginning I would call him to see if things were normal, whether he was working or not. And he was always very helpful and encouraged me to call with questions. When I bring in water samples, everyone is very helpful. I sit in my hot tub almost everyday all year long. Summer time its great to turn the temp down and use to cool off. The only good thing about our crazy cold winters is the amazing Hot Springs spa we have from Hot Springs Spas and Pool Tables 2. It is worth its weight in gold. Dont be fooled by gorilla games. There is no equal for Hot Spring spas. Period. And the people at Hot Springs Spas are really knowledgeable and very helpful . We have patio furniture and a fire table from there too. Best backyard experience money can buy. Next up a SAUNA!

This 2 stars does not reflect the sales associate Jeff that we worked with. I highly recommend anyone to work with him. When I first walked into the store no one greeted me. I walked around and was ready to walk out. Jeff, however, came up to me and started talking with me. I told him I wasnt looking to buy a hot tub but needed options to set a hot tub on as we already purchased. He STILL went above and beyond showing me around, telling me about the spas at their location and all my options. We ended up returning our hot tub and went through Jeff.The two stars are for the service. I do not appreciate being judged, for looking too young?? We bought a brand new salt water tub. NOW lets fast forward. When the service men delivered the tub the front was scratched and they drilled holes in the wrong spot of the cover. They stated that this would all be replaced. We purchased this tub at the end of June and we have had complications with our tub but we keep getting jerked around with the service department. I have gone into the store 4 times to talk to someone and they say, we will get it taken care of and we get nothing! I was told I would get a update on when our new pieces would come, that never happened. I called, stopped into the store, and called again. Yesterday I called to check in on when our cover and side piece would be in and when someone will come fix out hot tub and the service lady lied and said she spoke with my boyfriend about a appointment and she never did. My point is I am sick of being pushed to the side, or lied to. We deserve the same service as anyone else.

Took time to understand our wants and needs, including our price tag. Hot tubs are superior and the price includes the things other places charge for, such as steps and the cover. Wow!!! Just purchased a HotSpring HotSpot Relay from HotSpring Spas and Pool Tables 2 and my wife and 4 kids are just so pleased. From the moment we walked in the door it was an incredible experience. My wife and I had a certain budget we could afford before we walked through the door and walked out even better than we planned. Jeff Larson who worked with us was amazing. He gave us options that fit within our budget while thinking about what would be best for our family. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us into a decision, but made us feel extremely comfortable. After purchasing the hot tub the followup has been incredible. We had it installed within 10 days and already enjoying our hot tub. When it arrived it did have a chip on outer shell, but they documented and Jeff followed up. They are not happy with the chip so they are bringing a brand new one to replace the one they brought. Just amazing service. We bought a Hotspring Grandee spa from Vince at the Fargo store and we absolutely love it. There is nothing better than a spa at the end the day and our kids and their friends love it as well. Its been really easy to maintain the chemicals and we barely notice a difference in our electric bills. From the quality of the spa to the service at their showroom we couldnt be happier.

I have had other Spas in the past, while they all have something to offer this spa uses the @ease chemical system. This is by far the easiest system I have ever worked with. The simplicity of using the canisters and then just having to check pH is so convenient, efficient and by far less time consuming. Thanks Jeff for introducing us to this spa, we love it and are going to enjoy the long cold winters while sitting outside in our new spa.

Dear future Hot Springs Customer. Do not hesitate to stop in or call and ask for Bernard. We were hesitant, nervous and unacknowledged about owning a hot tub. But, one day I made the call and lucky for me Bernard was the voice on the other end of the line.I had specific things that were a must in my tub. It needs to have bubbles and needs to be be hot, so I can be warm all winter long. Sounds simple and I know what youre thinking, Well duh lady, it is a hot tub. Heres the thing, I didnt want all the fancy bells and whistles. I wanted something in my budget and something that would be easy to maintain.Bernard is a listener. He listened to our wants and our needs in this tub. He knew we were very strict on what we wanted to spend and he totally came in under our budget knowing we didnt need the bells and whistles. Where heres the thing, we didnt need it, but once Bernard told us that if we were willing to use a bit more of our budget than the basic tub, he could get us into a tub that not only is easier to maintain, but has a bunch of bells and whistles. Of course we were intrigued and asked to see what he was talking about.WOW! Seriously, you mean we could actually afford THIS tub?! Well, needless to say, we went with the bigger tub and not for one second are we every sorry we did. It has become a place for our family to hangout during the cooler evenings instead of gathering around the tv being zombies. Love this place. Our pool went from gross to perfect in a couple days. Bring in a sample and they give you an idiot proof guide to adding the right chemicals at the right time. Staff is SUPER knowledgeable and friendly and prices for chemicals are cheap. Got everything we need to open our pool for less than $75. They won our business last year and we will be customers for life.

We bought the Envoy Spa a few months ago with the salt water system. Heard conflicting reviews but decided to see if it is easier to maintain. So far the spa is excellent and the salt water system is phenomenal. No more terrible chemical smell nor feel. Great spa. Bernard is great to work with as he is the quintessential salesman. Would highly recommend both Hotsprings/Bernard and the Envoy.

We bought a salt water hot tub from Bernard Sweeney-Hot Springs in 2017 and have been extremely pleased with the customer service we are receiving from Bernard Sweeney. He answers every text/phone call I have within minutes and goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our tub. We have had some issues getting our water levels to come out correctly, so I have bugged Ben more than he probably wants me to! He never makes me feel like I am annoying him and is always willing to troubleshoot every question I may have. I can tell he wants us to be happy with our product and that he stands by Hot Springs products. Thanks to Ben and Hot Springs for the great service!

Went thru buying a hot tub from the Fargo location and I am not impressed at all! Gave us the wrong measurements for the electric placement and ended up having to cut a hole inside the electrical panel to get it to fit. On top of that our electrical guy had to wait around for an hour and a half since the delivery guys were late and took forever to get the hot tub in place. They also had the electrical guy drill the hole since they wouldn’t. After hooking up after about a 3 wait they didn’t even hook up the power for the light on the outside. Which we found out later that it didn’t even work. We also were not told that the the arms to the hot tub should be placed on the opposite sides of the control panel to allow for better access to it. (makes a big difference especially if you plan having any kind of wall or stairs near it) FYI there are only lights on 2 sides of the tub. We also noticed after the first rain here that water pools on the cover (yes we did make sure our cement has a gradual slope). Still waiting to hear back on what is going to happen with that. First response was to try to sell me a expensive covered one. The only reason I gave a 2 star was because Sara in the service department was amazing and talked me off the ledge since I was not told how to operate everything after the installation team left and the hot tub is very nice. I would definitely want to warn people that just because it’s a salt water doesn’t mean you don’t have upkeep.. I’m constantly adding a little bit of chlorine and that you need a water softner to refill your hot tub or buy a portable one that isn’t cheap. Also wiping off the stuff that builds up on the inside along with cleaning the cover. There customer service beyond Sara has been very disappointing

After a lot of research and show-room visits, I purchased a Hot Springs Spa-Vanguard with the ACE Salt System from the Fargo location. I can’t say enough good things about the owner Vince and his crew. I had a very tight spot off my patio I wanted the hot tub to fit in and the electrical panel was on the opposite side of the house. This show-room location has their own electrician on-site which I haven’t seen elsewhere. The electrician came out to my house and assured me he could get the job done. The owner, Vince, came out to my location and verified his team would be able to make this tight fit work and recommended a cover that required less clearance.The install team called ahead the day of install, as they actually came a little earlier than promised and placed the tub perfectly. They also brought a portable water softener to fill the tub and took a water sample. Later that day, someone called from the store with my water sample results and let me know how/what to add to my water to get it correctly balanced (this was extremely helpful as a first-time owner and all the products needed were delivered with the tub).You can bring in a sample of water anytime and they will quickly test it and give you a print-out of any recommendations. They also have a nice lounge area you can wait in and have complimentary refreshments. The showroom is very nicely laid out and includes pool tables, shuffle boards, and other game room items. The staff is always friendly and available with great hours of operation. My family really enjoys the Moto-Massage and overall variety of seating/jets. The other thing I’ve noticed from this brand is the shear power of the jets vs other brands.If you have any questions/concerns on power or placement/space requirements, stop in and get expert advice from these guys. My only regret is not purchasing a hot tub sooner!

Top shelf all the way around! Superior product that we are extremely pleased with. Extremely helpful staff. Beyond gracious delivery guys! The delivery crew was very gracious to work through a few hiccups and make sure that the tub was installed on delivery day. The fellow that sold us the tub has been available for questions literally every time we have asked, at all hours of the day. We are very pleased and would highly recommend to others :-)

Ben went above and beyond to help us get rid of our old hot tub and get us great new one ! Taking the old hot tub out of the deck and putting the new one in went smoothly. The guys were great! Everyone was so helpful from install to explaining how to properly care for it. I will definitely be sending my friends that are looking their way!!

My hot tub just got delivered and the level of service was outstanding. Bernard did an amazing job in the store answering all my questions. He is extremely easy to work with and not pushy by any means. He was easy to get ahold of after ordering the hot tub for all of the questions that I came up with prior to delivery. He also followed up with me after delivery to make sure I was happy with everything.The delivery guys, Nathan and Ashton, were also very friendly. They called me to let me know when they left. They worked efficiently setting it up. Nathan walked me through how everything on the hot tub works all the way down to pairing my phone to it.Bernard said that hot tubs are about the hot tub experience. Great knowledgable people here who are eager to assist, even if you dont own their products. We buy our chemicals there and they do all our water testing for free. Detailed test reports with directions to correct issues. When we replace our hot tub it will be through here for sure.

I bought my Grande salt water spa here almost 3 years ago and still couldnt be more pleased with the tub and the staff at HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables. We use the tub 2-3 times a week and as a previous hot tub owner I love the salt water system. Less chemicals, less time cleaning and easier on the skin.The staff has been excellent whenever Ive come in for a water analysis and very helpful. Would definitely be the only place I will go.

My first Hot Tub purchased from them was a Tiger River Caspian (made by Hot Springs) and my recent purchase was a Hot Springs Jetsetter. I cant say enough good things about this business and the owner Vince. I have purchased 2 hot tubs from them for both my houses and Vince has been nothing but the best. I cant say that I have had many service issues but when I did they were prompt and had it resolved quickly. Vince does whatever is necessary to insure the customers satisfaction and has great follow up. This praise may seem like I was paid for it, but it is not - I am just a very happy customer that wants to make sure they get the credit they deserve - and have earned. I highly recommend them!

Wish we could buy everything from HotSprings. The customer service was, no pressure...only knowledgeable and friendly. Could text message or call at anytime and our questions were answered. Have had some issues with the tub, but Marc at the service department made it right. When making this big of an investment, service after the sale is everything, and I was delighted to see them stand by their product. Great job Hos Spring Fargo!

Purchasing the hot tub and installation was a fun experience, however, during the winter months I noticed ice starting to form around the seal of my hot tub purchased from the West Fargo location. My cover is strapped down on one end and held down by a cover lift on the other end. I thought it was installed correctly but come to find out that it should be strapped down on all four corners.I have called in three separate occasions to have Hot Springs service center come out to install the cover correctly. I still have not had ANY CALL BACK OR CONTACT FROM THEM. Completely disgusted with the service at this location. My energy bill has gone up significantly because they made an initial error in installation and will not call me back to come out and correct it. I cant imagine where I would be if it were a more time sensitive/serious matter.No complains on the tub we purchased, it is amazing. The service, however, has been near the top of the worst Ive experienced.My wife and I have already decided to go elsewhere for any future spa related purchases.

Bernard Sweeney is exteremely knowledge on his product. He even found me a really good used tub for my budget. Hot Spring’s collection and products are great and they put on a great showroom. For you spa or leisure needs stop here! Highly recommend! Great people!

Read Before Buying - Purchased a Grandee tub from Hot Spring less than a year ago, and have had several issues with it. This tub has been unusable more than it has been able to be enjoyed and the service department does not stand behind their product. I would recommend checking elsewhere if you are looking to purchase in Fargo.

Their customer service is awful! For the last 3 months if we actually were able to talk to someone, they had no answers and promised us countless times they would have one of the owners contact us. That has not happened. We were always told that previous employees had been the issue and everything is getting worked out and we wouldnt have anymore problems with lack of communication and slow service. We are beginning to believe the problem is the owners and isnt neccessary the employees.

Poor Service - Company does not stand by their product and takes on average of a week to respond to issues. A company is only as good as their products and their service, and both have been disappointing with Hot Spring Spas

So happy with the hot tub Bernard talked me into. Great service, great setup and great sales staff, always helpful when ya walk in to just visit, buy or water samples to get ya on the right track with the proper chemicals.

Not to be trusted. Tried to charge me $100 more for a few replacement jets than other Hot Springs distributor I found online. Upon return for jets I did not authorize/sign for, they charged me a restocking fee. Just dont do business with them.
