Absolutely 0 communication from them whatsoever on when the delivery of furniture is going to happen. Was told September. No calls. No emails. I had to go in myself to find out it was delayed to October. Here we are, last week of the month. Still 0 communication from them and I do not have my furniture.

Great savings! Able to text with salesman with questions. That was very helpful considering I was on crutches and couldnt walk far. I worked with Toby who I had also texted...that was great. He was very helpful and was kind enough to bring out the recliner from the back that I eventually bought so I could try out and look at. Amazing customer service - needed to coordinate furniture purchase and delivery from a distance and they could not have been more helpful. Also very pleasantly surprised that the items I wanted were on an in-store managers special, and I was given that price! Had a wonderful experience at Slumberland today. Went in looking for a recliner. The young man who helped me was very helpful. I picked the one I wanted and I was out of there within 20 minutes.

I ordered a couch online and didn’t pay extra for the delivery. I wasn’t able to get it into my apartment because my measurements were just a couple inches off. When I called, they told me that usually the customer has to bring it back in those circumstances but I didn’t have a way to do it myself. They sent two people out to come and pick it up and were super understanding and helpful and gave me a couple suggestions of what to do when it comes to looking for something else. I will definitely be doing business with them from now on and will recommend them to everyone I know!

I went into Slumberland to buy a chair. The salesman was very accommodating. A rug caught my eye and I was unsure if the colors would look the same in direct sunlight and the salesman and another employee moved furniture and rolled the rug up so I could see the color outside. They went above and beyond to see that I was happy (I bought the rug and 2 chairs). I highly recommend Slumberland in West Fargo, ND!

Ryan did a very nice job. Wasn’t too pushy, but was there when we needed and was very knowledgeable! The price for delivery was free, compared to $150 at another furniture store in town. Nice store, good prices and excellent staff!!

I went into slumber land looking for a dresser. I wanted something not too expensive and I wanted to be able to take it home today. The sales person asked if I had been helped yet, and when I said no he apologized for not seeing that sooner. Knowing that I wanted to take my item home today he suggested the Clarence centre. Immediately we found a dresser I was able to get it paid for and had driven off all within 15 minutes. Excellent service!

Ordered a couch in February. Was told it would be delivered in March. Then told April. Now told May. Absolutely ridiculous. They claim its not their issue. Why am I still paying full price for a couch that I havent received? Ive had other furniture shipped in and they never called to let me know it was in. So it was just sitting in the store! Might as well go somewhere else. Clearly customer service and communication are poor. It wouldnt as bad if they actually acted like they cared and took a little responsibility.

Order a sectional in March because it was finally available online. Made the purchase than get told roughly 4 months wait time. Get a call to schedule pick up. Call, get told to just call when you are on your way. My sectional isnt even at the store yet. First and last time buyer.

Good sofa selection, with many high priced items going on sale regularly. Polite staff. Store was spotless, very clean, excellent COVID response.LONG wait time: Many months, past when we were told to expect it, from when we ordered sofa. The wait being their manufacturers fault, due to COVID issues, NOT their Fargo delivery team (for anyone confused as to who to be annoyed at) & NOT the Fargo in-store staffs fault. I had people in my life telling me to not tip the delivery team (& to leave a terrible 1-star review) cause of how late our couch was & I had to explain to them that the Fargo delivery team for Slumberland is completely separate from the manufacturers late issues, so Im putting this in my review to avoid other people making that mistake. PLEASE TIP YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE! Seriously, they deserve it. They deliver heavy furniture all day and often dont get thanked. It doesnt have to be a huge tip to express your thanks, but a little something goes a long way, especially during these difficult times.

Been waiting for my furniture since I bought and PAID on a July 4th sale. Zero communication until a couple weeks ago when I was told they anticipated mid September. Called yesterday and was told theyd call back with info but never got the call.Good prices but poor customer service. I feel like they were happy to make the sale and take my money but dont/wont follow up with the customer. When one buys a car, they drive it off the lot. When one goes grocery shopping, one takes the groceries home. Any other store will sell it and ya take it out the door. Not sure why this concept should be different for a furniture store. Especially a 3 to 4 MONTH delay!Will be buying from a place where Ill be able to carry it out the door immediately

My sales guy led me to the recliner section and showed me several models and helped me find the right size, color and price! All this and help loading the recliner in my car in under 30 minutes. I order 2 couches on the same day both were same model for different places. One got delivered and the other still waiting. When I ordered it was supposed to be delivered in October. Now they say its November. The response you get through call or email is completely lame. I wish I would have bought my couch somewhere else got stuck with these guys for nothing. You pay and wait for this long is completely ridiculous. I know I will get generic response of pandemic. I just wanted to write a review so that atleast someone will read it and will make a better decision.

The sales associate was not pushy, didn’t follow me around like a chicken, just let me browse and when I asked questions about a piece of furniture he could answer them and gave me a very good deal on my new sectional and was able to tell me an approximate ship date and delivery information. We came in to upgrade our current old sleep number bed to a double twin XL with lighted under the bed bases, and alexa supported smart home feature for all the movable options therapeutic something or other LOL. All we knew is that we did not want another sleep number! Sales associate Nathan Raboin did an awesome job with us! Great customer service. Especially since we changed our minds like 3 times. He was very patient with us. LOL. Great job, Nathan, we will love our new goodnight sleep!
