Ordered a $100 flower arrangement 3 days before our Mothers 78th Birthday to be delivered in Grand Forks. Spoke to her that evening, she never received them. She was home all day, went to dinner at 4pm, gone one hour. I also cant belive they waited until aftet 4pm to even try and deliver her flowers, Spoke to the florist shop in Fargo this morning, they said they tried calling her twice and attempted delivery once. But, yet she said no one called all day when she was home and that there were no missed calls on her caller ID. I asked for a full refund given they totally messed up her birthday gift we had ordered for her. After some fussing from the florist, they finally agreed to refund our money. Never ordering flowers to be sent to Grand Forks again as another florist in Fargo informed me all FTD orders go through classic floral!!! What a shame!!

I am always very happy with the quality of flowers and how beautifully arranged the flowers are when I receive a bouquet from Classic Floral. They are also very reasonably priced.

I have received my 4th arrangement in a year from Classic Floral and I could not be happier. The flower arrangements are stunning! The designers always surprise me with a little unexpected touch (like brightly colored leaves around the inside of the bowl that hide the stems, on the last order).The best though, is that the arrangements last more than twice as long as any other florist I have used in the area ( 4 of the big names specifically). I am talking weeks!!!Congratulations Classic! I say you are the best!!!
