Staff is always helpful and have lots of travel tips. This is where to get the good stuff if you travel a lot. Most of what they have here is made to last. The prices reflect that, but are competitive with online retailers that sell the same brands. At least here you can lift it, roll it, put it on, try it out, etc. My wife ordered 17 travel purses online and hated all of them, she then went to Landmark and found the perfect one there. Now I have to box up and send back all those others.

We went to Landmark today to purchase a new set of luggage. The two associates behind the counter greeted and helped the other two people in the store, but ignored us. Instead of helping us, they stayed behind the counter, watched us, and chatted. We found two pieces of luggage we liked, but chose to not purchase elsewhere because of the lack of service.

Helpful staff, the prices are high though. If youre looking for a piece of luggage to last you a long time or luxury luggage this is a good place to go.

I was traveling, and needed the right piece of luggage quickly. I felt that the staff here had more knowledge than any other travel store I have been too. I walked out with the correct piece of luggage at a great price!

Great selection. Wonderful customer service. The man working pointed me to what I was looking for and didnt hesitate to demonstrate how to use the foldable duffle bags. He also has a great sense of humor. He stayed with me my entire visit, even though I was not ready to make a purchase.

I was on Tumis website looking at a piece of luggage. I decided to call Landmark and see if they had it in stock, being an official dealer, plus I had a few additional questions. The guy who answered was so friendly and helpful I bought it over the phone right there and they shipped it to my house. Seriously so friendly. You dont see great customer services like this often anymore. I believe his name was Charlie. Thanked me for the sale afterwards and followed up with an email. I never write reviews, but I am that please with the service.
