My husband made a purcahse today October 9, 2021 and after checking out and walking the mall he reflected on the tax he paid on his hat. Upon review, he realized the price marked on the hat did not reflect what was rang up. We returned to the store and spoke with Sheila (original cashier) who stated she was the manager and that as of September 2021 the hat prices increased by $5.00.He requested a full refund and walked across the way to Rally House to purchase his hat for the $39.99 price.We will be reporting this activity to the proper authorities.

Horrible store and employees!! Store hours strictly say open till 7pm. I show up at 6 pm and store is close. Horrible attitude from employee.

Wonderful customer service! The store manager does a fantastic job, he is attentive, he is knowledgeable, and friendly! I stopped in to check for some new products, and also asked about custom hats! Great store!

Why is this the only store at JC mall that closes 30-45 minutes before 6?

Not a fan. for my teams they only have two choices. its either the most outdated and generic looking, or not a damn thing. the only reason it gets two stars is because the staff is cool.

Selection of hats is pretty limited, better off getting what you want online and picking it up there. gets cramped.

The go to store for personalised hats, disregard the kiosk out front of store offering same service at half the cost, you pay for quality in my humble opinion (tried the kiosk, poor quality did not last long). great staff, great end porduct
