This store is insanely amazing! Staff is the best I’ve ever seen! Drinks are ALWAYS made with love and done correctly. I don’t think I will ever go to a different coffee shop for my drinks!!!! Prices are good and I love the alternative diary options! Iced almond milk vanilla latte is the best I’ve ever had! Can’t stop expressing how much I love this coffee shop!

Caribou is one of those underrated and underappreciated coffee shops. Ive only been a select few times, but today opted for something different, and they did not disappoint. My diet is a bit more strict, so it was a little hard making a decision on espresso drinks. Most shops Im at have roughly 180-250 calories in each drink, whereas theirs were nearing 500 for just a small. The barista was able to help me customize a latte with fewer calories, so that was a bonus. Naomi and Alyssa are professional, cheery, and legitimately KNOW their people. I sat back and amusingly observed them greet customers by name and know what they anticipated ordering to eat/drink, and just how they wanted it. Ive been to plenty of restaurants and such that are lackluster with servers, hosts, etc. These girls are on the ball. Caribou Coffee, get to work on a pay raise. These women have EARNED it, by every stretch of imagination. Thank you, ladies.

Im going to rate this caribou coffee 5 stars because they consistantly get the drink order correct and are not rude which is kinda rare for the other caribou coffees it seems. lol I actually saw one of the baristas hand delivering a breakfast sandwich to a elderly gentlemen sitting outside at the tables in the mall, instead of just screaming his name. Also this location can get quite busy with only 2 workers they keep their cool. The funny thing is even at any of the other shops, I love this coffee so much I can see past any flaws in staffing its that good! EXTRA POINTS TO Valley West Mall for being the greatest!!!

Coffee is more expensive than even Starbucks. Also the person Kayld couldnt understand what I was ordering and instead of listening to me she was talking on top of me and was rushing. Dont know if i will go there again. Little frustrating.

They charged me double on my card as n it only said on the machine that th heg charged me the one time so check your balances ppl they did reimburse me though

Good coffee hours are off inside the mall compared to what it says on Google. They open at 9am at Valley West Mall.

Absolutely delicious drinks and friendly people that care about the customer.

The wait was extremely long even tough there was only 2 people ahead of me (10 min) the first order i took was wrong the employee was hard to hear and had a hard time understanding the orders but he might of been new as he went to another employee to ask for help with one order but really if you are in customer service need to be confident but the other employee got the orders done 20x faster so i left somewhat satisfied especially beings that i only paid for the first purchase which was like half the price.

Would not go again, staff was nice but made the wrong choice in product.
