Good store. Exactly what youd expect. Decent prices, usually some good sales happening. The staff are always super friendly no matter how packed it is or how late in the day.

Aside from one snobby worker. All staff were attentive upon walk in. Informative about sales. Store was clean. Good ol hot topic. :)

Snagged some supper cute sweaters for B1G1 30% off also had some cute backpacks for school.

Very packed with merch like all other Hot Topic stores. A bit busy and not many DC themed shirts.

Good selection of clothing and accessories, but not very wheelchair accessible. Difficult to get around without running into people or fixtures, and I often have to back out of areas instead of being able to turn around because the fixtures are so tightly packed. Anyone with a chair larger than mine wouldnt be able to get around at all, and my chair is 18 wide.

They try w social distancing but really need to limit amount of ppl bc nobody can follow it LOL. Hats off to the workers brave enough to hang despite not the greatest wages. Friendly staff, all very cute. ❤️

Went there quite a few times and purchased a lot of stuff there in the past. But did not happy with their service. I would just shop online instead of going in their store.

Keep in mind Im almost 40. I hate malls. But I ordered a Pop Funko from Hot Topics website, and Im too cheap to have it shipped. So, thats why I was in Hot Topic. I feel a certain amount of nostalgia from my wannabe goth high school days. It reminds me of what Spencers used to be. And my nieces LOVE it. But they pack that store with WAY too much stuff. I was afraid to peruse because I was convinced Id knock something over. But the cashier was nice, and I had no issues getting my order.

Always love merchandise. Now my kids do. The Jordan Creek staff in attendance the day we visited, with an overreacted return issue, were very extremely helpful, witty, intelligent and composed despite attitude and difficulty. Talked to another location for us - even though the software the company uses currently - isnt intergrated enough to remedy our situation. Hard copy receipt tracking on returns! 😝 Much appreciated ladies!

I love hot topic. They have so many great things but I would much rather shop online because the store is way too small with too much packed in.

Hate how they ask for so much personal information just to pay, literally took almost 10 minutes to buy one item.

Love all the fan gear, and the staff are wonderful! Still disappointed that Hot Topic never carries larger size selections of apparel. Your shirts are fabulous and I cant wear them.

Maybe time to get a little bigger space. Everything is so packed in there is no way to see it all. And the attitudes on the help leave a bit to be desired. They would rather talk to their friends than help customers.

The staff there is hip to whats going on and whats coming. Fun stuff to shop for... especially for some specific fandoms. Tha staff is great for help and they are right there when you need them. One of my now favorite vinyls I have I got there. Never a bad experience. Totally worth a look... you never know what you might find.

I have always loved this store since I was a kid myself. Now I get to share it with my kids.

Lot of stuff from commercial and media sources. Harry Potter lanyards to an over priced Riverdale jacket. If you like pop culture products, Im sure they have some thing for you.

Prices can be higher than the other store Spencers gifts. Staff can be a little slow to help you but they are always friendly and knowledgeable.
