This was a really cool store. While it caters to a more high end clientele, I still managed to find a few things that were really great for my use cases. I am particularly a fan of Breville appliances, and they even had some more obscure ones here. Otherwise, this is a great store for your buy it once tools and gadgets.
I love this place simply because of the quality and the staff. The staff always give you suggestions and they are very intelligent in each of the brands and cookware. The quality is the best of the best. This store doesn’t have anything that is below world class level. These are going to last you a life time. Here are some suggestions on what you should buy in the pics below.
Really neat stuff I just cant afford it.
I am an interior designer. I am Very dissatisfied with your trade program. Every time I have tried to order something, I have experienced difficulties or discounts not being applied and have ALWAYS had to call CS to get things straightened out. Now today, spent 30 min. trying to order a gift for someone who registered through WS gift registry, only to find out my trade discount doesn’t apply. Why the blank not? What difference does it make if I buy an item separately through the website or on the registry. Just ridiculous. I’m done with the frustration and futility of your so called “trade account”. I will not recommend WS for anything or to anyone .
Williams Sonoma is great if your shopping for high end cooking equipment. While their prices are on the high side, the quality is exceptional. The sale items help balance things out though.
Shopping for a knife, staff knowledgeable about what they carry, but it stops there.
Best for the serious home decorating.
I walked in looking at pans and attempted to pick it up. There was a pan underneath of it fell right on my foot. Instantly turned black and blue👍 Not cool.
Very friendly, great selection, knowledgeable staff.
Great place to get kitchen accessories.
Very expensive.
They have some very nice kitchen stuff. Malls are not my thing, but this store was good.
Very helpful staff, good job on the birthday gift suggestion
Associates very nice and helpful. Love this store.
If there was a way to give them 0 stars I would. They have the worst registry department in the world. We registered in store, got home and nothing was saved. Called them and they said we had to redo it because they didn’t save it. We went in and re registered, went home to find out they had now deleted our Pottery Barn registry and replaced it with the new one we did. Was on the phone with customer service twice, transferred to a “registry specialist” and she manually re- added all our items. Signed back on and our Williams Sonoma one was now gone. Called customer service again, spoke with 3 people that had no idea what they were doing. They told me my call had to be escalated and they would call back in 24-48 hours. That was a week ago, haven’t heard back. Wrote them in email, 5 people have responded and clearly not read anything since they keep telling me to call their “ registry specialist”.DO NOT REGISTER HERE you will waste hours of your life.
Angela was very helpful with our gift card/return issue that we were unable to get help on with online customer service. Took some time but they made it happen. Love the Shum Knife lines.
This review is for this specific store, and not the quality of the products. For the past few years, my dad and I have gone here to buy some nice cookware for my mom (its a tradition - and an encouragement for her to throw out her old cookware!). Every year, the service has been terrible. It seems like there are five people working, but theyre all busy - and when we asked if they could help us, it was at least 20 minutes before they came back around - if they came back around at all. Then there was the waiting at the register - if there were more than two registers open, itd be a miracle. For the amount of money your customers are spending at this store, please consider adding more staff around the holidays. While waiting to be assisted, I was able to go online, search for the pan we were looking at, find it on Amazon for more than $50 less (!!!), and order it.
Very rude employees and discriminate against people with disabilities.
I know very little about cooking but the staff at Williams-Sanoma do, thankfully! They are very knowledgeable and are able to help everyone. From those of us who cant boil water to the seasoned chef. Great selection of products in all price ranges.
We returned to purchase another Meyer Lemon Balsamic vinegar. It is excellent. We are taking it as a gift. We like it.
Love kitchen tools. But at Christmas this place is a zoo
Not only are the people really nice and knowledgeable but its the only place they sell cheese cloth in the area.
I want one of everything. The manager helped me personally, service second to none.
