Poor customer service. Very rude. Make mistakes often. Block are different sizes and make very poor quality walls. Everytime a customer wants to go through this place I cringe so hard.

Good place to get blocked might be a little more expensive but its well worth it

I picked up a 1/2 ton of 3/4 river rock a few times and they were great to work with fair at about $40/ton. the office has sales books with all of the different kinds of block products they sell and will give you one for free. These include retaining wall, block pavers, and associated accessories such as outdoor lighting, steps and more. They sell block by the pallet and my couple estimates were around $450-$500 for around 115 square feet. This is a wholesale/producer facility so my hunch is the options are more and prices lower than the big box if you are going for volume or bulk.

Very disappointed with this place today. I bought some Polymeric sand and asked if I could return some if I over ordered. They said as long as I had my receipt. Took some back today and they said they do not take back Poly sand.Maybe would not have been as big of a deal had they not originally told me they would. I would have just bought less.Today they said there are signs by the product but they brought the product to me. They said one thing but did another.

This place offers NO returns on any products of any kind for any reason ever. So you have to order your job materials short and then spend an extra day picking up materials at the end of the job and hope that they actually have them in stock, and that theyre actually open (which is pretty hit and miss), but they hide that fact in the fine print on your order form and they dont post it anywhere, or bother to tell you.

I purchased a bag of the pro poly sand that I needed to finish off a walkway but I could not remember what the sand was called and I wasnt sure what the sand color was. The salesperson Chris Boyd the was perturbed when he had to get up from his chair to show me the samples of the various colors. I can tell it he was hapoy that he had to even give me any information he then had me yell my credit card number to him and once he got my credit card information he threw the receipt for the purchase to me across the counter told me that the yard person would be outside. He never told me where to go to pick up the sand he never said thank you and I had to wait for an excess of 20 minutes for the yard person to come and help me only after I went back in to inquire where he was at. I will not purchase any other products from rhino materials

Our experience with Rhino was great! Was able to get the product delivered the same day! Would highly recommend them.
