Hello,Had my vehicle check buy them charged me $100 To see what is going on, however the give me the estimate for almost $700 with just one heat pump and that heat pump is actually working perfectly fine and it is just plugged in with two clips only I was able to pull that out and check it manually I am not sure that I have they said that this is the issue on my vehicle. Anyway the parts that they are buying is from NAPA and he give me the price for that Part $264 where I was able to find that exact item from Mercedes for $49.98 from amazon.com so once he called me he said “part is here” and I brought up the part price with him I told him like this just does not sound fair he was just trying to take me off from the phone I was saying like we cannot really guarantee anything that has been purchased from anyone else even that I tried to explain to him that it was originally coming from Mercedes-Benz with the seals on means a brand new item how is that working but he just try to give up the conversation.I do not recommend this place for anyone neither I would go there again.Thank you,

Pete got my vehicle in for a quick look over so that I could travel with confidence. I value their expertise. This mechanical engineers believes It’s good to have a skilled mechanic take a look at a vehicle on a regular basis. They caught things I didn’t see, they patiently answered my questions and showed me the items from under the truck; they were ready to address them on the spot.

I was overdue for an oil change and they were able to get me an appointment immediately. Pete, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable without sacrificing quality. My wife was also due for an oil change and after being told by two other shops that they could not service her car, Pete got her in right away. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing car maintenance.

Pete got me scheduled right away, gave me a recommendation for a tow truck (and gave me the phone number), and offered me a loaner car for the day. He kept in touch as his team discovered the problem and even sent me photos of the parts that needed to be repaired.Pete was absolutely fantastic! Trustworthy and committed to quality work and service. As a woman, I have sometimes experienced dismissal, condescension, and price gouging by mechanics. Pete will not do this to you. We were in town visiting our family and our AC stopped working. We visited another auto repair location and they said they could recharge it but it probably wouldnt do anything because it wasnt broken. I wasnt satisfied with that answer because I am not imaging the fact that the AC doesnt work when you turn it on. I called All Pro because they had great reviews and I spoke to Pete. He was very polite on the phone and said I could drop it off with him and he could have it looked at the same day. His team expelled, filtered and refilled the system and it worked perfect as the system was very low on refrigerant. Anyway, we will be heading back to Colorado with working AC thanks to these guys!. This auto shop is the best!

Took our Durango in before a long road trip thinking I needed new brakes (was told this from another shop), now they could have just replaced them and sent me on my way but no! Ive been taking my cars to All Pro West for over 20 years and have always been thrilled with the service Ive been given. They bend over backward to take care of their customers and have always been transparent with pricing, nonaggressive about suggested work, and fast. You simply cannot find a better place to take your vehicle.

I was driving home last night and started to hear a scraping noise. I got out of the car and noticed that the splash guard on my car was hanging down. I called Pete this morning at 7:30, pulled into the parking lot at 8:00, and left at 8:30 with my splash guard fixed! Pete was extremely friendly and the service was stellar! I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs car maintenance, especially when you are in a pinch!

Pete at AllPro was a star! I had my car towed in overnight and was scared witless that I’d have to get a new transmission. He was great at keeping me up to date and definitely made me feel like my car was in great hands. Him and the guys fixed me up (lucky for me I didn’t need a new transmission!) and sent me back on the road, good as new. If your car’s in trouble, come to these guys!

Outstanding service.My vehicle overheated and had a meltdown in the middle of my commute and this just happened to be the nearest service shop. I called ahead and spoke with Pete, who was kind enough to suggest a local rental company as well. I was kept constantly updated on the repairs throughout the process. They even sent someone out to warm it up when I came to retrieve it. Full service. Fair prices. While driving through on our way to Denver our truck started making a high pitched noise. We pulled of route 80 and started searching for a close by, highly rated repair shop. Google pointed us to this All Pro location. They took us right in, diagnosed the problem (power steering cooler leak), suggested a couple of ways that they could tackle it, and got us back on the road quickly. Amazing and smooth experience! I was at work and some coworkers noticed my car was leaking a big puddle - was thinking it was leaking antifreeze. I called 5 shops and all said that they couldn’t get me in today- EXCEPT ALL PRO!!! I told them what was going on and they said “come on in!!” I left on my lunch break! I had no idea how I was going to get back to work, I was thinking of ubering... Then ALL PRO came and saved the day again by letting me use one of their loaner cars!! Also super friendly staff!!! Pete is a life saver. He got my truck in and out in less than 24 hours on an emergency visit. He came in under the estimated cost and my truck runs better than it has in 2 years. I cant recommend this place enough!

Back in December I went there due to a serpentine belt issue and needed new tires. They replaced a pully and got my tires on.Less than a week later my belt broke again, it was due to the alternator and was misdiagnosed by this shop.About a month later the bolts fixing my rim to the axel broke off. This was due to over tightening from when they put the new tires on.Come to this last week 2 of the 4 tires were flat and I couldn’t find a way to get the warranty on them honored.Edit:They called me based off this review. He was eager to help but I live in a different state now. It did impress me how quickly they called and wanted to address issues.

IT WAS JUST A GREAT EXPIERENCE!!! Very professional and courteous. We had a belt snap on the highway. No other place would help us right away. We went there and asked and they were able to help us out even though they were really busy. We are just really appreciative to Pete Brown and the mechanic that did the work.

I had an issue with my 2015 Chevy Cruze that one repair shop that will remain nameless told me I had to replace, not repair, and brakes and rotors. My issue still came about and was recommended by these guys. How did it take me soo long to find these guys? They were able to diagnose my issue and tell me what I should be concerned about and what I shouldnt be. They did more for me than any other car shop did for me in the past. Pete was incredible on being honest with me about my issue and James was able to figure my issue when no other repair man would. Can not recommend these guys enough. That got themselves another very happy customer who will see me again in the future if other issues arise.

They also don’t do the typical car shop thing of telling you a list of things that “need fixed”. They are straight shooters and do a great job every time. Pete is the best! Great service is done here, and if there is a way to make it cheaper for you, they will not lie to you. I took my car in because my engine locked up and was told to check with the dealership because it may be under recall. It was, and I saved thousands of dollars. All Pro is an honest auto shop and you will be satisfied with their service.

Unbelievable service at an awesome rate. Dropped off my car and had it back the next morning before noon. Pete is very nice, understanding and ready to explain. My car got done faster than I expected and they set up a ride for me to get to the shop AT NO COST. Very hard to find honest mechanics, but here they are! Pete was very friendly and the alternator and battery were replaced in a timely manner. They were able to drive me home so I did not have to sit there during the job. Price was reasonable. Fixing a car is never an inexpensive experience, but they were willing to work with me on the cost. I appreciated that.

I was in a blizzard in basketball shorts trying to replace my windshield wipers. I was distraught and frantically called the nearest car place. Pete and TARS were able to get me in literally last minute with no replacement fee. I will be taking my car there from now on. These guys are great i am a injured mechanic. I called them for a serious problem with a 2006 gmc envoy and they said bring it in . I have had an issue with my car having a squeaking noise concerning the belt but was told the belt was okay. This irritating noise has been going on for a couple of years. I know Pete & when he heard the noise, he knew exactly what the problem was. I took my car in and they fixed the problem and did a total once over of my car. Best shop in town!

My car was fixed quickly and is running like new! Also the customer service was fantastic, Pete made sure everything was taken care of!

Gave them a call about 45 minutes before closing time and they were able to work me in. Not only that, but Pete and James were super helpful and had me back on the road in a short time so that I was able to make the 90 minute drive home. The cost was completely reasonable and the service was great!
