This shop is ADORABLE. I love everything that they carry and would love to buy it all. The only not great aspect is their dressing room is the teeniest thing youve ever seen. Everyone working there is nice and friendly. It is a great place to shop!

BEWARE- this is not a customer friendly shopping experience! I accompanied my daughter to this shop today. She frequently shops here and had a return to make. The woman who helped her was not welcoming, unfriendly and very unhelpful. Background: My daughter had ordered a top for on- line pick up and went in to pick up her item. While there, she also purchased an ADDITIONAL dress when she went in to pick up. Just what you want your customers to do as a retailer, right? She paid w/her debit card. Was not provided a receipt... the dress didn’t fit well thus the return. She was ONLY refunded 50% of dress price in the form of a in-store credit (which she paid full price for just last week). Daughter also could provide proof of purchase through her on- line bank statement which shop keeper immediately refused. The store uses Apple system and has full records of purchases...BEWARE of greedy shop keepers who treat regular, good paying customers this way. Obviously, daughter lesson learned! She left feeling terrible and will not be shopping here again. There are plenty of other locally owned shops willing to provide excellent customer service, build relationships w/customers and who are not greedy!

Obsessed with this place. Its everything I ever could have dreamed of and more. A boho lovers paradise. The owner does an amazing job decorating and seems very creative. I had the chance to speak with her a little bit and she is quiet, soft spoken, but I gather that she knows quite a bit about catering to the eclectic crowd based off of the items she carries. Theres everything from lamps, to art, to jewelry, to rugs, and clothing...lots and lots of cute clothes. Its located in Valley Junction in an adorable little blue house-like building. When you first walk in, you dont realize how much space is actually in there. Theres an upstairs area which she currently has decorated with baby and kid themed decor. Needing something for a nursery or a baby shower gift? This is your place. The downstairs has clothing and jewelry towards the front and as you walk to the back of the shop, youll see so much home decor it will make your wallet cry. Not saying its an expensive place to shop, its actually quite reasonable. Youll just want to buy everything in there is the problem. My hands are usually filled with items as I make my way to the register. My only complaint is that I cant bring my baby there in her stroller and its not exactly handicapped accessible. There are stairs right when you walk in. But Ill pay a babysitter just to be able to go shop here, its THAT cool of a place. I highly recommend going here!!! And no one paid me to say any of this either, lol. I wish someone would have told me about it sooner. I live a few blocks away and only just recently learned about its existence. Great little shop.

Very neat place. Great location in valley junction. Plenty of parking. Quaint and fun with lots of stuff to check out. So much to look at, very unique merchandise. Make sure you have lots of time so you can see it all. Theres something for everyone. Seasonal stuff too. Highly recommend this place.

First impression: expensive. Clean. Pretty. When you first walk in theres a pink/white color palette. The employees are very friendly. Wonderful atmosphere. If you dont shop in the discount section of stores and would describe your style as cute or slightly girly then youd love this place. Either way, though, its a cool place to walk through!

As a small business owner, I was embarrassed by the lack of customer service given by the owner when I tried to return something after 7 days of purchase. The fact that I didn’t have my receipt Wasn’t my main concern. I asked for in store credit and the owner offered me half the purchase price. I charged the item on my CC and that wasn’t good enough proof for the owner. Apparently Iowa Nice doesn’t apply to her. PLEASE trust me when I say I wouldn’t give this place my time. READ ALL negative reviews before you shop here. The owner has an excuse for every one of them. TRUST OTHERS. She is absolutely horrific to deal with. Not worth your time.

Love this place! Its the cutest local spot in Valley Junction filled with all kinds of treasures! The owner Kelsey is so sweet, always greets you with a smile and is always super helpful! Their clothing and decor are trendy with a touch of boho vibes and truly unique! I highly recommend!!

Darling locally owned store! I cant believe this was my first time to shop at Hinge. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. And the store smelled fabulous! I cant wait to go back.

Gorgeous little Gem! So much bigger than I had expected with beautiful pieces to incorporate in my home. A little pricey on some things, but very reasonable on most. Cant wait to go back and buy the few things I wanted!!

The store in Jordan Creek mall is super cute but the staff is horrible!! The two young ladies there on Saturday, December 16th stood behind the counter, slurping their drinks and didnt greet anyone that came in. I was excited to come in to the store but will not be back. Disappointing
