Good selections for sneakers. The staff was friendly enough. They had a good selection for good deals. Sneakers on sale.

I specifically told one of the workers not to give me the same shoe that was in the rack. He went back there and gave me the same shoe that was in the rack. He switched the shoe and when I got home I was able to tell the shoe looked different and somewhat worn out from the new shoe. Im going to return them. Check your workers at this site Shoe Palace!

They have rude customer service.This is worst one by far.

I went there and thought I was just gonna get some shoes and go but the person who was helping me named Chandler was talking to us in that short time of help me and my godson and was super polite,nice, and did exactly what you would expect a worker to do definitely deserves and the lady at the cashier didnt have a chance to get her name but was super nice and friendly

I went in at 9:00pm on the dot. Actually didnt even make it inside because I thought it would be nice to ask if I could just return some shoes really wanting to exchange for another size which I felt would be considerate asking for return to simply get going quicker for myself and there staff before entering since the door was half open because of customers still look around and purchasing. Anyways I just felt like the Manager Steve if I can remember his name correctly, was very rude in saying NO I was not allowed in. I work in customer service my self so I just feel like as a Manager seeing that I had my kids with me would of been a little more nicer a MNbout telling me to come back tomorrow when the transaction could of been done in less then 2min while others were clearly still looking around inside. This was the west Covina location

It was a very good experiance to have and the service was good. Not being from new york you do not know where to go for shoes. I just saw this place to see if i could use the bathroom then bam, i saw all of the wonderful shoes.

Everyone was great except one employee. I felt discriminated against because I have a disability.
