The worst place to buy a dress. I paid and order my dress . Went in to get fitted and they said they couldn’t find it. They lied and said they had it there a few hours ago when they spoke to me over the phone but when I arrived to get fitted they couldn’t find it. ( LIE ) then they said they would refund me the money and didn’t have the money to do so. They had to borrow from another store next door. No apology from them at all. Do not trust this place. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced . In my opinion, they don’t deserve even one star. But I had to give it or I wouldn’t be able to write my review.

Bad experience and horrible Customer Service. We ordered an outfit for my grandson’s baptism. The girl told us it will take about a week that we could pick it up the following week on Thursday. Thursday came around, we go pick it up and we were told the shipment hasn’t been delivered but that it would be there soon. We waited about an hour and for nothing. The next day (Friday) we went to pick it up. I noticed it was not the style nor the color that we ordered. I brought it to the girl’s attention and she told me that If that’s what we got is because they didn’t have the style or color we ordered. I told her that she didn’t mention that could happen & no one call to communicate that to us. She was rude and with a bad actitud. Don’t shop there!! I do not recommend.

The worst!! This place is absolutely worthless, don’t waste your time and money.. Bad customer service, the people there super rude and disrespectful, we ordered something very simple and they never got it right, they made us go 3 times and at the end they wanted to sell us what they wanted not what we ordered and expensive too! they don’t communicate they don’t call you to give you any updates they just don’t care.. save yourself a headache!

Terrible costumer service, told us it was ready on Thursday. We go and they don’t tell us it hasn’t arrived yet, We waited until Friday and it still isn’t there. And even worse it wasn’t what we ordered.

I ordered a green dress from here and was told a month later that is was sold out. They had me call a week in advance to inform them when I would be coming to pick up my cash refund, then proceeded to tell me when I showed up that they didn’t have the cash. They even made the card refund extremely difficult, saying that I needed some app. I choose another dress similar in price but ended up hating it. I dislike the new dress so much that I am going to sell it asap. They even wanted me to pay the difference on the new dress instead of compensating for the fact that they had a $200 deposit on the original one that they could not deliver. 11/10 do not recommend, go to any other store, this one will be your worst nightmare.

Not happy at all, on Sat we stopped by to check out some Quinceanera dress and we were told that we needed an appointment. So we made the appt. for Mon. at 3pm, well we get to the shop and to our surprise its closed, even thought their website states that its open. No phone call or text to cancel and save us the freaking drive.

They would get no stars if I could. This has been an almost comical situation. We started a few months before the dress and tuxedos were needed and here we are a few days left and weare still waiting for the tuxedos. The ones that did come in were the wrong size or the wrong color. The alterations on the main dress were so bad they had to get us a new dress. We had to drive to another city for measurements and pick up and it still wasnt right. We bought s 30 dollar hand bag havent even used it and it already came apart. How does that even happen? This has been a nightmare I will never go to this store again. They keep making promises of when the items will arrive, you show up to pick it up and its not there and they say to come back on another day. The gas you waste going back and forth based on their word is ridiculous. Even if you call before you go when you get there they tell you to come back later. I have heard about service like this but never experienced it until no . Its horrible save yourself the headache and find another store. Any other store.

A HORRIBLE experience. i ordered a forest green shirt and matching bow tie. that was on monday 5/13. i was told it would take two days. i received no word all week and visited the store again on friday to ask about it. the associate had told me they wouldn’t get dhipment until about 6 pm. this is the day before my prom, they didn’t contact me until i visited. two hours later, they called me and said they wouldn’t be able to give me the product because the price was wrong, and now we have to pay double! we already paid and had full receipt on hand ready for pickup. literally on the phone call they had left, the associate was saying it’s around $70 then $75 and said actually $80. she was raising the price as she continued. disgusting business and disgusting practice. they waited until last minute to force us to pay double. we then visited the store again after the phone call and she told us that she would be able to have it ready to pick up TOMORROW!!! the literal day of my prom. so now i have to pay double for BAD service and i can’t even see it yet? disgusting. we got a refund and will let EVERYONE we know about this place. do NOT go here. they WILL scam you.
