Called ahead asking for a specific item. They told me they had it and gave me a price. Drove 30 minutes for it to be out of stock and an offer to special order the item.

Took a few minutes, but the young men there were very helpful. Got me what I needed to fix my mower, had dome beautiful plants n flowers, and some hard to find cleaners I like to use....Definitely will go here again, and highly recommend.....busy place, but great service!

Went in for something their website said they had in stock. (Patio umbrella). I couldn’t find any of the models I was looking for. (Store is a mess). The representative in the outdoor section, when asked, shrugged and said they just got a truck in a few days ago and were too busy to go through inventory.He didn’t offer to assist further.I’ll drive to another hardware store from now on.

Just purchased a new Weber pellet grill from this store and let me tell ya the guys really know there stuff. Will is the associate that helped me with my purchase and I told him I would back my truck up so they could help me load it but Will and the store manager had already decided to deliver the grill for me to my home 3-4 miles away. I was blown away. A few hours later I was itching to use my new grill and had a small problem I couldn’t figure out so I called Will. Once again they dropped what they were doing and came back to my house to troubleshoot the issue and got me fixed up in minutes. These guys have really outdone themselves this time. I always shop there and always have had great service but this visit was worth an outstanding review. Thanks a lot guys.

Had three keys made. Greeted as soon as I walked in the door was told where to get the keys made it took all of 5 minutes being in the store with a nice thank you and coming back again .

When going to Ace, its always a better experience then the big box stores as far as customer service is concerned but they dont have a lot of things available as do the box stores.

Helpful staff, can order almost anything not in the store, keys made, and garden things, seasonal plants, open until 8pm now.

Over priced I would love to spend my money with my local Ace but I can’t afford the prices went in to get a couple flower pots and miracle grow and it was $60 the same stuff I bought I seen at Walmart the next day for less than half the cost 🤔

Good local hardware store!

Really like have most things needed, easy in out access..but no matter when I shop there, their help consist of just pointing out the isle, when I ask which option is popular reccommended user friendly, satisfaction. They dont know, sometimes they dont have a clue what its purpose, more importantly they arent concerned to ask the other 2 associates just standing around talking.

Shout out to Chris at this store!! He went out of his way to help his customer and she greatly appreciates it!

Stopped to find a washer for my outdoor spigot, they did not have it! I tried the packing string, it did not work well.

Wow. Simply the best service I have had. Ordering yard maintenance stuff during the virus situation and the store managers and owners have gone above and beyond. They are doing a far far better job at customer service than any other big box store could hope to achieve. I shop local and will make Three Fountains my go to hardware store. Kudos to the store owners and store managers.

I wish they would be in the Lowes location. Imagine. A real hardware store and people who are available and know whats in the store.

Great customer service. Prices are very competitive with Lowes and Home Depot. The photo show my Saturday Project and I needed tools and compost. Just FYI the SOD did not come from ACE. So go by and visit a store that still believes in customer service.

Couldnt make keys I needed or for lady ahead of me

I got all 5 of my dogs engraved named tags for a very fair price. The engraving was top quality and the customer service was exceptional. One of our dogs got under our fence and I was so worried about losing her because she had no identification. A close friend recommended Ace in Three Fountains. Highly recommend this store. Great people, fair prices, convenient, hospitable, and helpful.

I love that I was able to walk in, ask a staff member about an item, and find it quickly without having to hike through a giant box store. HOWEVER, there is, obviously, a COMPANY policy of wearing PPE masks which is EQUALLY OBVIOUSLY not being enforced. The staff, today, looked pretty ridiculous wearing their chin guards😒

Great for hard to find and hidden deals

Reliable supply of certain items. The help is not what it used to be. But for a quick stop in for one or two things you already know they have it is a good alternative to the big box stores.

Used to be good, they sold out and went downhill. Run by a bunch of young kids that dont understand anything about home repair or DYI. They couldnt even match two cans of paint mixed at the same time correctly, literally 2 separate shades when I got home.

They had what I needed to complete a near by job, saving me time. That is what is important. Yes, they are over priced, but customers want you to complete your repair work as soon as possible and are willing to pay the extra in most cases.

If I could give less stars I would! They lied to use about Free Veteran flags! Hubs is a Vet. Customer service is a joke. Buncha kids. Management doesnt communicate with associates properly ( they didnt know about flag give aways). Took 3 trips to accomplish nothing but headache and be disrespected. Returned product and we will never go back to this store. Not even an Im sorry for all your trouble.

Great visit. First off I arrived at 6:59pm and was still allowed in. They also offered me more than adequate time to find what I needed. Offered me help multiple times and even offered up their suggestions. The inside was very well laid out and easy to maneuver. Found what I needed and more. And most of all I saved a lot of money

I hadn’t visited this ACE until today and honestly it was just because of the Post Office kiosk that they have. HOWEVER - I will be back. I was greeted at the door and provided immediate direction as to where I need to go to find what I needed. The young lady at the Postal Kiosk was super friendly and helped me make sure my item was postmarked on time. On my way out - 2 other staff asked if they could help and I picked up a SMOKED hot dog and chili with a side of great conversation!! Super clean - super friendly!!

This Ace Hardware is a downhome locally operated store. The people that employ this place and the patrons have been coming there for many years. They have a postal outlet here as well. Staff is quiet the serious bunch though. Not many smiles or friendly faces to speak of. However, the manager Chris is helpful and a cool fella. We went to school together and I know he will be strait up and honest with you if you need help or advice on anything in the store.

This ACE location is fantastic. I live very close by, so I frequent the place whenever Im working on a project. The staff has always been incredibly nice, and helpful. They stay in contact with each other in the store via radios and are always checking on the customers. They even have free popcorn at the front of the store. Not that the popcorn is so great its worth mentioning they have food, but the gesture of making the store friendly to customers goes a long way.On top of the hospitality, I have never had a problem finding anything I need. Their inventory is very good, and if they dont have it, theyre willing to tell you where you can find it.5/5. Love having these guys nearby

I was happy to see dog stuff for sale at this hardware store. Staff is always friendly. I normally just stop in to have keys made but may have to shop there more as they have a vast selection that could save me a trip to lowes.

Nice community hardware store with an extra service a post office which Ive found is closer to my house than regular post office. Things get processed quickly, I had to return an item but wound up buying a tremendous savings on bird food not available ever anywhere else I should be set for all of spring in joining the rewards program I saved even more and actually did get a partial refund . Garden tools sold there are more expensive than other big box stores but much better quality.

The staff was great. The managers there go out of there way to help you if you have a problem.i recommend ace for most anything you do on repaires ir if you are looking to find quality tools to do the job. Great place to shop.

I called and asked if they had a new 2019 510 STIHL mower. I was told they had a new 2019 510 so I drove 25 minutes to pick up this new mower. I asked Will twice to make sure! To my disappointment they tried to sell me a 1.5 year old mower that was used and scratched up all along the handles for full price. When I said something, he acted like nobody used it and it just had pollen on it but would give me a discount. I guess he thought I was a stupid women. What a con artist. If I could give it zero stars I would for being deceptive and trying to rip off a customer. Dont go there and find another store that is honest !

Three Fountains Ace hardware. Is my go to store instead of having to go to lowes. its very close to my home, I can get exactly what I want and get out quickly. All the employees are very nice and helpful, especially Andrew.
