Happy with the sales guys and the trucks weve gotten here.The service department is another story. Best to find a shop that understands these trucks represent the drivers livelihoods. They should add a second shift/weekend hours to get drivers in, out, and back on the road. Two thirds of our shop visits have run over schedule with little care out of the service department. One ran so bad that we were on the verge of loosing drivers due to the lack of work they were causing us.

I have the pleasure of living close by and get a lot of what I need from here. My experience with both parts and service has been great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and will explain everything to you . They make you feel like family. If for some reason they don’t have what you need they will tell you where to go to get it. Customer for life at this particular Pete store. Thanks guys

I will never come back to this dealership took the truck in for water evaporating not a drop of coolant anywhere suggesting a leak but every 100 miles I’d had to add a gallon of coolant which suggest EGR cooler. Told all this to the service writer six days later they tell me it was a stripped out hose clamp which I personally replaced myself three weeks prior. I didn’t make it across town low coolant light comes on I take it back Monday morning I asked the service writer if they ever pay attention to what the driver says he just looks at me dumbfounded long story short not a EGR cooler in the country to be found they said I had to leave the truck for them to order parts and couldn’t tell me when they might see one. This is a 2020 heavy haul tractor I’m not leaving my only source of income just sitting there truck and trailer cost over 400,000 and you think I’m just leave it sitting there and to tell me I can’t have my truck back I hope I do. I wouldn’t take the time to sprinkle water on this place if it was on fire

Very attentive and customer friendly. I understand there is a process to get a lot of stuff done these days, and these guys do a very good job of getting things done when Paccar or any other manufacturer hold them back. Keep up the great work!

Andy Johnson was very patient with me. Very helpful and knowledgeable about my issues with truck. My greatest appreciation with Andy @ the Pete store is: for someone like me ( ignorant to the parts and issues of my truck) Andy didn’t get frustrated with me, he didn’t rush our meeting, made me feel comfortable with my purchase. You would be hard pressed to find a store with better folks in it then what this one has to offer. Im a company driver with very little time to spare . the impressive part is that Tonya and Josh seem to find away to work with my time restraints each and every time. The wrenches that they have on duty are top notch to say the least. They not only fix symptoms but will take the time to search out and fix the under lying cause of the problem even if that cause hasnt made itself known. The two wrenches I go to for any and all my questions or concerns are Berry and his soon to be son in-law. These two guys make a formidable problem solving team in and of them selves. Paired up with Josh, Tonya, and the rest of the crew at the pete store, and theres nothing they cant do! If you have a pete, take it to them. If not, then get one from them. They do that too!!!

Great service! I dealt with Tonya and Philip in service dept. I asked them to diagnose a very bad vibration that was progressively getting worse. Philip informed me that the front drive diff. had a bearing failure. He then wrote up an estimate to repair but also taking into consideration possible further wear based on the large amount of movement in the driveshaft. Upon disassembling, he showed me that several gears in the rearend had wear on them. We then decided on what parts to replace based on his recommendations. After a few hours he was finished. The truck was as smooth as a new one going down the road. THE QUALITY OF WORK,I FELT,WAS TOP NOTCH. BUT THE BIG SURPRISE WAS THAT THE FINAL BILL WAS $350.00 LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE. I stop here for a brake chamber they told me theyd get it do as soon as they can and it took 1 day and a half for them to get it done any other place I ever been the accommodate you for such a small job then they do a transmission recall update an hr down the road I start getting transmission fault codes I had to stop at another dealer to do the job right will never stop her again.

Ive been to 3 pete store locations, each time left feeling dissatisfied until I left Columbia location. Went in for batteries, they was very slow, service writer at one point told me they were almost done be 30 min. That was at 1520 at 1730 job was finally done. I dont expect to be told the truth by this peterbilt franchise, there full of dishonesty and incompetence as well as slow, very slow. I finally get my truck back pay my bill, go back to truck stop. They left cables unhooked for my inverter, broke my battery hold down rods 2 of 4. Left connections dirty and green when they said they cleaned them, and broke a few other wires for my heater. Also find that the bolts holding cables on posts were loose. I had to unwire all batts, and repair broken wires hook up cables properly and clean cables. All in all it was a terrible experience and will not return. Mechanics name was abraham, no professionalism at the pete store a monkey could have done a better job!!

Terrible had truck in shop for 12 days got it out 100 miles down road broke down for same issue had to pay tow truck to have it towed back(keep in mind for same issue) total repairs over 6k not including tow bill. Told new repairs would take only 4 hours its day 3 and trucks still not ready yet (you would think night crew fixed it being there open till 3 am i was told) and this is causing me go bankrupt. And loose tons of revenue. On top of that make a truck payment and insurance. Will not bring truck back here unless its last resource to use.

This Peterbilt never follow directions, I told them to replace my rear pinion seal on the front axle, instead they replaced the front pinion seal, once again they wasted my time and $350
