Michelle helped me find a part which I cannot find anywhere else because it’s for a really old hydrant and the part is probably out of production. She helped me order it from the other Ferguson branch. Although it took a few days for the part to be delivered to West Chester, it’s worth the wait because the part fits my outdoor hydrant perfectly. This is a good store.

Michele was a huge help in diagnosing an issue over the phone and getting me the proper parts so that I could repair my leaky well pipes as well as put on a new drain valve. Wire brushed everything else so I could keep an eye out for future leaks.Thanks for taking the time on such a small repair. You guys are great!

Great Experience! I contrast my experience in Ferguson with that of shopping endlessly around a big box store in search of someone with expertise. Within seconds I was met by Michelle and she quickly guided me to the proper solution for my plumbing issue. I highly recommend using this store instead of the big box stores for plumbing needs.

Wife and I visited Ferguson to purchase some things for our bathroom reno. We walked in thinking we could just say “we need a tub this size, toilet, and vanity fixtures.” Instead I’d laughing us out the store, the manager sat down, asked us questions, and helped us get everything needed for the project. She provided us with an invoice so we could go home and confirm a few measurements before purchasing. Once ordered everything arrived in a few days and the employees helped us load everything into a van so I could get it to my house.If your GC recommends you purchase the supplies to save some $$, go to Ferguson - they will help you make sure you get what you need!

Michele (Counter Sales) was very helpful and provided additional guidance to Moen to take advantage of their limited lifetime warranty for my Tub/Shower assembly; parts were covered under the warranty which saved me money in the long run. Much appreciated.

Only giving one star because I wasnt able to give 0 stars. Horrible customer service, rude employees that laugh in your face, and act like its an inconvenience to help. Was on hold for 10 minutes, I hung up and called back. I was on hold for another ten minutes. Called back one last time and finally said he would help but ended up hanging up on me!!!!!!!!!!! Will never recommend this company to anyone
