Awesome service! Jaime and Kelly were extremely helpful with my lemon law situation for my 2019 RAV4 and was able to get me into a 2021 RAV4 which are extremely hard to get because of the current Covid situation. The staff and everyone were very friendly, professional and extremely helpful! They made sure that everything I needed to get done was smooth and fast. I love my new upgrade. I would recommend these guys if you’re considering a new purchase of a Toyota!

I bought a Rav4 Hybrid XLE recently from Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell after visiting almost 9 dealerships during this chip shortage era and honestly I went there just to see the availability of the car and when and how could I purchase it but I was back home with a car.Marvin Garcia helped me buy my dream car! (my very first too). My recent purchase at Paul Miller Toyota of WC was the best car buying experience Ive had...ever! I requested a test drive of a specific vehicle through their website and received an email confirmation. I had a quick email exchange of when I could come in and was assured the vehicle would be ready for me, and it was! I test drove it & knew it was what I wanted. Sales rep Kelly F was awesome - professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and organized. I came back the next day to purchase. I was walking out the door, keys in hand in ninety minutes (and that included an overview of the vehicles features & setting up phone & apps). Frank in the Finance department was also pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall, Id recommend this dealership, particularly Kelly, if you are considering a Toyota.

I really dont like writing negative reviews, but this is the second time I told them I have a very specific issue to fix. I told them I wanted two things to fix, one required parts to order (so its fair I get why they didnt get it done today) and the other one was a previous problem. I waited there for three hours again for the required maintenance oil change and after that they told me they didnt fix the issue that I called for and doubled checked with to get fixed and I had to make another appointment.

I recently bought my second Toyota from this dealership. My sales representative was Chris Zak, and I cant say enough good things about him. He was pleasant, helpful, courteous and let me drive all the vehicles I was curious about. I honestly wasnt seriously looking to buy when I first arrived. I was more in a browsing mood, but Chris was just such a pleasure to deal with that I came back the next day and test drove some more cars and ended up purchasing one that same day. I love my new car and Chris made everything a breeze to accomplish. So glad that I met Chris as he is a gentleman who doesnt put pressure on the customer and gives them all the time they need to decide on a purchase. I would like to share an experience my son-in-law received from Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell service department. The indicator lights on the dashboard of his Camry Hybrid came on during his drive back to New Jersey from D.C. It was decided to make an unscheduled visit to diagnosed the situation. The Camry was purchased else where. After reading the great reviews regarding Paul Miller Toyota of West Caldwell he decided to seek their advice. The reviews were correct!!!! Scott from the service department of Paul Miller Toyota patiently listened as the symptoms were explained. Scott gave his professional advice and suggested the issue would resolve. If the problem persist, a second visit to Toyota would be necessary.......the best part was they did NOT charge for this unscheduled visit!!!! I had expected a list of necessary repairs. Amazing selection of cars, no pressure from sales and incredible customer service. Kelly is a compassionate sales professional. Do you need help financing? First time customer for service. Could be more happy. The whole experience was professional. The service was going to be 3 plus hours. I did not want to wait, so they sent me home with a Lyft car ride and picked me up with Lyft when the car was ready. The paper work is clear, they go over everything they have done and what they see. They told me things like tread left on tires and condition of the brakes pads. Very happy customer!

I recently purchased a Tundra Platinum at this dealer. Price and related fees were discussed by online chatting before I came for a test drive. I was warmly welcome and could make a test drive on Route 46 by myself for several miles. The vehicle met my expectation, paper works was done quickly, I returned home and came back to pickup the vehicle as scheduled. We determined we wanted to get a pre owned Sienna & Paul Miller had the exact model we wanted. But with covid, we needed to buy it completely remotely. Cathy answered about 10 emails from us over the course of 48 hours. They baited me with a price, I put a deposit down, and then, when the vehicle was delivered, they increased the price by $3,000.They told me that I would be eligible for a specific incentive and they assured me that, while it was highly unlikely that the incentive would be discontinued, I could check back the following month. I did in fact check the following month, and they assured me, again, that the incentive was still in effect. When the vehicle was delivered just two weeks later, they called to let me know that the vehicle had arrived. When I confirmed the price, they notified me that the incentive was no longer applicable. So, the manger, gave me misinformation in this month - July by confirming that the price was still in effect.And to top this all off, they expect me to make a decision immediately on the new price before they sell the car.Their practices are manipulative and dishonest. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership.

Watch out for the snakes in the grass at this place.I dealt with Sales Manager Sameh Ghabour, (I recognized him from another dealership, this guy just looks dishonest) and salesman Rambo Omar. (He told me his whole life story in a matter of 5 minutes.) Omar tells me outside by the vehicle its a $10k mark up because of the demand on the vehicle and covid. We go inside and he relays this to Sam. No joke, Sam shakes his head and drastically puts his hand to his face. They changed it to $5,000 without even mentioning anything of it to me while tacking on a bunch of other miscellaneous fees. After stroking them along for awhile I ended up walking out because the numbers were astronomical even after a 19k trade in. WE GOT A RUNNER! I feel embarrassed for these guys. Many attempts to reach both of them and when I finally I did they declined to make it right.I ended up finding another dealership with no fees. Go figure. As someone else stated below, theres a reason this dealership has the largest inventory in the area. If you feel like getting the worst deal possible, go here. The only positive experience here was dealing with Cathy the BDC manager. What a joke, and not even a funny one. $2500 MARKUP on their cars (market adjustment). Came in since I saw the toyota national sales event, which I mentioned to my sleezy salesperson and they acted surprised to hear there were rebates. With rebates on a 32k car lease, they wanted $2500 down and $500/mo (and who knows what hidden fees they would add on). Give me a break-- this isnt my first rodeo. Ive leased nearly a dozen cars. I shouldve known why they are one of the only Toyota dealers in the area with more inventory than the others.The salesperson (and pigsnot sales manager) lied about how much in taxes a car was worth just so they could charge me more and cash in on it. The sales manager insinuated he was doing me a favor by only charging a $2500 markup that came with $1500 in rebates (so Im out $1k just for showing up, and no rebate benefit). Pathetic... I was born at night but not last night. I can do math.Do yourself a favor and visit Toyota of Morristown, Crestmont Toyota, or Sansone Toyota before you stop here (they dont have markup). Save yourself the hassle and save your money-- theyre just taking advantage of you at Paul Miller.

I would give the overall process a 10 if I could. The entire car buying experience was simply top notch. I was able to book an appointment in less than 24 hours after my initial inquiry about my 2016 Toyota Camry. From the moment I was greeted at the desk, they had all of my information so there was no time wasted at all, until I was personally introduced to my salesman Alan E. After a brief introduction, Alan guided me to the car and suggested I take a test drive with it before we even discussed price to make sure I liked the way the car drove. The test drive went well and it was now time to discuss the details. I knew that I wanted the car because of the quality vehicle that it was, however it was slightly above my price range. However, since the car was for my son, quality was worth a few extra dollars knowing that he was going to be behind the wheel of a CPO Toyota Camry. I was introduced to Ron (Manager), he and Alan were amazing in helping us work out the finances. They were extremely patient and allowed my wife and myself privacy to talk about our decision. After coming to a mutually agreeable price for the car, we met Ilia (Finance Manager), and once again we were made to feel comfortable and important. He worked quickly and efficiently in completing the transaction.As I said earlier, the overall experience was simply amazing, the courtesy, knowledge and professionalism displayed by everyone in the dealership was second to none. I took my car to their service department for one of the many Toyota airbag recalls. I requested they they do not send me any sales literature but I still received postcards from them. They claim it is Toyota corporate using Paul Miller Toyota branding. I wish they would have either contacted corporate or told me to do so if that was the case. Amazing experience at Paul Miller Toyota. I found a deal for a Toyota Camry hybrid online that seemed to go to be true. I called up and talked to Jamie M. to make sure the deal was legit and that the car would be ready for me that day. I drove up 2 hours to the dealership to be greeted by Kelly aka girl boss, who had the car already prepped and quickly filled out paperwork with no upsells or extra non sense even attempted. BUYER BEWARE!!!List of thing to look out for:1). Make sure that they will honor Toyota’s National Advertised before getting there. As per their finance manager, Francesco Racanati, since their is a shortage of vehicle they do not honor this Advertisement.2) Ask for a detailed breakdown on the monthly payment and downpayment. They will pressure to make that purchase because of this shortage.3) Understand all the the additional fees that they are piling on. The first bad experience that I had was roughly 6 months ago. I was looking to purchase a new or used vehicle and stopped here to specifically look at a Highlander. After speaking to the sales representative, who was very nice, he brought over the sales manager, who was the complete opposite, he was rude and dismissive of my thoughts and concerns. As a result I left there and eventually purchased a Toyota Highlander from Glen Toyota and had a great experience.My second experience was today. I decided to give Paul Miller a second chance being that it is the closest dealer to my residence. The above mentioned vehicle that I purchased from Glen Toyota was in need of its first service. So I went online several days ago and scheduled this service. I asked for a quote to be emailed to me prior to arrival and this never happened. My appointment was scheduled for today at 8:30am. I arrived 10 minutes prior and checked in I was then given the quote and agreed to this service. After that I gave my keys to the service advisor who advised me that it would take approximately 1 hour for this service to be done.2 hours later I was still waiting outside and my vehicle had not even been pulled into the bay. I inquired with the service advisor who related that he did not know why it was not being serviced yet but my vehicle would be the next one in. I told him that I did not have anymore time to wait around. It is completely ridiculous to wait around for 2 hours considering that I had a 8:30 appointment. just wanted to make you aware in case you are considering this dealer for sales or service. ** A contact inquiry was made via email to rectify this situation, If rectified I will provide an update*****Update*** this morning 5/17/21, I spoke to Mr. Kris Bonagura, the service manager regarding this situation. Mr. Bongura was polite, attentive and genuinely concerned. He went above and beyond to rectify this situation, as a result we came to an agreement regarding what will be done. I appreciate his attention to detail and concern. As a result I will be modifying my review. Thank you Mr. Bonagura.

Proceed with caution! My experience at this dealership was horrible. I bought a Certified Preowned vehicle in March. I was told by Salesman Allen and Service Manager Jason Harper that the vehicle was thoroughly inspected and two weeks after purchasing there were 3 problems with the car. I was disrespected when I voiced my concerns. I was told “it’s all in my head” and three times by these individuals that there wasn’t any issues with my car after Paul Miller Service “inspected” my car. I ended up taking the car to another Certified dealership to get the car inspected and indeed there were issues found. I was given the run around about my warranty covering payment costs in which Jason Harper told me I would have to pay 1700 out of pocket for Paul Miller’s service worker mistakes. I ended up speaking to the General Manger Jamie who’s the only one there that has sense. He was very helpful and Paul Miller Toyota ended up indeed paying for all service costs. Another issue I endured is receiving the Title to my car 3 months after purchase after Allen allegedly mailed me my title. I eventually had to call Allen multiple times and drive back up to the dealership to pick up the title to my car. The experience was very dysfunctional and tedious. Allen and Jason lack professionalism and transparency.

I stopped by because I had adhesive from tape on the front of my hood (I had tape on my hood because they replaced my hood latch because it was corroded). The hood previously would lift.So, I asked if someone could remove the adhesive. The person removed the adhesive, but scratched my hood in two places.I had been a customer of Caldwell Toyota for years, so I didn’t hesitate to get oil changes and a hood latch from the new owners. Words cannot express how disappointed I am.

I was greeted at the door by Nelson who assisted me immediately. Allan gave me the run down of the vehicle in a very clear and concise manner. I negotiated pricing with Samantha, she was able to work with me on that. After the purchase was complete (and after hours), Nelson offered to pick me up from the rental car agency where I needed to drop off my rental and to bring me back to the dealership where my new car was parked. This was a half hour out of his way and he was not obligated to do so especially after work hours. I am grateful to their entire team for their professionalism and for the pleasant experience. There is much to learn from the customer service there.

Recently bought a 2017 Toyota Rav4 at Paul Miller and I enjoyed my experience with Kelly Faber and Andy Ortiz. Kelly was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Her and Andy made me feel welcome and comfortable, and it wasnt a stiff, formal, or cold conversation. Obviously they want to sell and make money, but I didnt feel forced into anything.This was my first time buying a car, and it was interesting negotiating the price. Im sure seasoned car buyers are aware of the fun of it, but being as it was my first time, I wasnt fully aware of what would happen. And Im sure as many of you know, the price they give isnt always accurate. I know better for next time. I asked for the total out the door price online before going in, but when I got there, it was a bigger number - of course, I know, but remember, I was new at this.Anyway, I started off speaking with Kelly and looking at the car, but I negotiated the price with a manager. Said manager came and spoke with me, cant remember his name, but his job was to sell at a higher price than what I was asking for. Not my favorite part. The car, from what I could tell, only had a few cosmetic problems. A large rip in the driver seat and door edge guards poking out which could tear at the skin. With those issues in mind, negotiating the price was a littler easier. He stared at the quoted paper for a solid minute unsure of how to proceed, and then agreed to go talk with the other managers about my number. Ultimately, we did the sale.Kelly promised that they would completely fix everything, which they did. They installed brand new door edge guards and an entirely new drivers seat. Awesome service! I didnt get to drive my car off on the same day, but I was called to pick it up 2 days later.Working with Andy was painless. We went through all the paperwork, he answered my questions, and was willing to help. I appreciate that he was willing to get up and help me personally with the car when I needed something.Overall, I enjoyed my experience working with Kelly on the sale and Andy during the finance portion. Kelly also sent a follow up Thank you card expressing her hope that I was enjoying my car. I appreciate the level of customer service and care that she and Andy showed. I recommend working with Kelly if you are looking to buy a Toyota from Paul Miller.

The sales manager is the worst sales manager I ever saw. I bought my car from them and they are supposed to take care of my car registration and my license plate. Until today Im still waiting for my car registration and my license place. The temporal registration and license plate were already expired. I several times called the office and they always transfer me to the sales manager offices. He never answered my calls. I left 2 or 3 voice mails. I called the office all day on Saturday because it was the last day everything will be expired and, he waits until 2:40 to call me back and to tell me that everything is close now and he will call me back on Monday. He did not call to resolve my issue but to tell me that he will call me on Friday. Why did he not call me back the previous that I called?I cant drive my car. Im still waiting for my registration and license plate.

I had the best experience at Paul Miller Toyota and would not go anywhere else. Jamie Berrios, the GM, is great and his only goal is to give his customers the best deal possible. I was in there for 1 hour and got the exact car I wanted for the exact price I wanted! I could not be happier with the service and Jamie’s demeanor clearly rubs off on his employees because they all want what is best for the customer. Went to buy a new car, there is a high difference ( more than $7000 ) between online and in showroom, when asked its shows less online, “BUY IT FROM THERE” . This is the reply I got. Yeah if it’s online I wish and will buy form online and not from you. I want to know why is the difference and that’s the reply . Better to change the attitude towards the costumers.
