The staff at Crash Campions were amazing! They are very attentive to clients feelings and concerns and all questions were answered in a prompt manner.They did call me to update me on how things were going and inform me about changes in the repair job. I was planning to get multiple estimates for a collision repair that was going to be covered by the other partys insurance. I contacted the carrier for their recommended/preferred shops to try to help the process go smoothly. Crash Champions was one of the shops on their list, and their West Bend location was convenient for me, so I went there first. I didnt bother getting other estimates. My experience with Crash Champions was awesome from start to finish. Hoping not to need another collision repair in my future, but if I do, I would not hesitate to use Crash Champions in West Bend again.

They fixed my truck from getting rear ended. They did a very good job of fixing it back up. The paint matched very well. They put decals on the back that were there before. I am pleased with the work that they did. They also had the Interior cleaned.

Hit a deer - took my car to Crash Champions for repairs. Building very clean - people were professional and very friendly. Updates were given on progress. Picked up my car tonight - looks great! It was washed and they had cleaned the inside mats even. It also smelled great! They did a great job. I would highly recommend.

I was recently in a fender bender and Crash Champions was recommended to me by my insurance company as they work with them for claims. There was a delay of one day and then their paint tech was in a car accident and injured his hand, delaying it by yet another day. Setbacks aside they had great communication, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the car looked even better than before the accident.

My first experience with Crash Champions was over the top! The friendly people, the quality of the work performed, the attention to detail, the updates on the repair, etc. We were very lucky to have Tony as our Service Advisor on our repair. I am sure that all the other Service Advisors are the same, Customer Focused! I will be customer for SURE in the future if needed!

AVOID!!!AVOID!!!AVOID!!! Went in to get an estimate for an insurance claim (keep in mind, I went to 2 different places before this place.) Had my bumper hit in a parking lot. First 2 places were nice and simple(took pictures, gave me quotes and options), then this place starts giving me BS saying its the paint failing and that it doesnt look like it was hit, or that not all the damage is due to being hit(because of a small scuff on the left corner of the bumper, witch both other places saw, yet didnt say anything about, because it isnt amln issue.) and that insurance might not cover everything( once again, the other 2 places had assured me that the whole bumper(cover) would be covered). Staff was very nice however, but the person i talked to seemed to have a slight (and by slight I mean 100% definitely had) I know everything ego. Wish the old place was still there. Went there expecting it to be Silver Springs. AVOID!!!AVOID!!!AVOID!!!

Unfortunately Ive had to use their services a few times over the years and keep returning because of the quality of their work. This time the damage was a bit more severe. They were very friendly, courteous, informative and detailed. I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs and my vehicle was completed sooner than expected. The repairs were excellent and beyond expectations. They even went as far to polish and wax my entire vehicle and took care of a few minor blemishes besides. Great folks from the front office to the professional craftsmen.

All of the staff were wonderful from the moment I called them until I left with our car rental from Enterprise (across the street) Tony was amazing!

The person that answered the phone was pleasant and cordial (Joey). He was very efficient at getting my car in the shop and started when I got there. He offered me something to drink while I waited. They even went past what I asked them to do after seeing some rust I didnt know about. The people in the office are very friendly. They did a great job and I was very pleased with the overall experience. Its always nice when I can do business with someone so close to home. This is a very well run business. Did I mention reasonable prices? Ill be back.

Walked in for an estimate and no one even looked up to greet me or help me. I stood there for about 5 minutes and gentlemen in a ponytail said what do you need? I replied I needed an estimate, he looked at me and said you will have to come back we are busy now. Well, guess what. I did not go back. I went to Coachwork on Highway 33 towards Allenton, and received the best service and repair on my new car I have ever received. If you like to be treated well I would not go here.

Took my truck in to have damage looked at and find out when it could get fixed. Was greeted kind of coldly and had to make appointment to have truck looked at. It seems they don’t like Geico insurance and I feel I wasn’t treated very fairly. Guy looked at truck and complained the whole time about Geicos estimate. Had to wait for him to check on some parts and get back with me. After waiting almost two weeks I had to call them to be told that they don’t want to do repairs because Geico estimate is too low and Geico won’t pay the difference. That’s not what Geico said but whatever. Guy was rude from day one. Wouldn’t recommend this place if u have Geico insurance

I had a accident yesterday on my way to work. I stopped at Goffs in Pewaukee and had a estimate in 20 minutes. I like to shop locally to my home. So I stopped in Silver Spring to see if they wanted to look at my truck. I pulled up by the estimate door A car had just pulled out. I man came out and told me if I wanted a estimate I would have to make a appointment. He didnt even ask what I was there for. I guess they are so busy there they dont need the work. If you want someone to look at your car dont bother stopping in there. I drive a brand new GMC from Bob Fish! Like I said I TRY to shop local even though I work in the Milwaukee area. Service matters!
