So I decided to ship a package once without a receipt because the line was long, the package was lost and we never received a refund for it. We talked to the manager and he said we would not steal the package and that they get paid good money to even think of such a thing but that was not the point I was trying to make. The package was lost and I just wanted just to find out where it was and how to go about finding it. He just told me to take our packages to the larger facility when we have too many packaged but it is really out of our way. We pay good money and expect common courtesy not rudeness for a lost package. The staff are great and hard worker so this has nothing to do with them and the reason why I gave this ups 2 stars.

I shipped some Easter care packages to my niece and nephew in Texas today. The gentleman, Jonathan working the counter was extremely helpful. I had no boxes or packaging and he did everything for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the store was spotless!

Went in side to see if they had my missing package and was dealing with the Manger he was rude and tried to rush me out every time I would ask a question and just had an attitude. All i have to say is he was very rude. To bad I cant give a negative star.

I usually go to Hales Corners but I figured I would stop here as I was in the area. There was a long line, so I was prepared to wait a bit as that is what I am used to. Instead, I witnessed this employee tear through the line faster than anyone I have ever seen, all while educating customers on shipping with a smile. Great customer service, very kind and friendly, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and possibly the fastest and most efficient place of business I have ever been to.

Basically due to traffic I arrived at The UPS store last night right after the UPS driver was done taking the last packages for the evening. But the awesome employee who was working last night could see I was stressed out knowing that I had to get this package out asap and he went above and beyond by making a point to catch the driver before he drove away so that my package would get on the truck and not be late. I was so impressed and wanted to make sure that I mentioned this for others to know. Those guys always do such a great job there. Theyre always polite and theyre always helpful!

I have been using the west Allis location because Im working from home and my company isnt send out our samples. Super helpful. All I have to do is drop the product off and they will box and send it out. Normal hours during a pandemic is great. Hopefully Im not the only one using these great services. GREAT work ups.

I do a lot of online buying and selling, these guys make returns so easy and streamlined and are the best place to ship packages, both to family and friends for the holidays as well as for business purposes. I wanted some information about shipping my golf clubs down to Florida and stopped into this UPS Store and a FedEx store and not only was Adam helpful with what I needed to do, he even furnished a box for me to ship my clubs and bag for no additional charge. I come into this ups location several times a week to drop off prepaid packages. I always have them taped up ready to go. Excellent customer service! Definitely recommend this location for anyone who has prepaid ready to go packages.

I went in on a Saturday morning. The store was very busy, with a line. Employee named Jake handled the line of customer calmly, efficiently and with a pleasant attitude. Long line went very fast.

I went to the store to send back something I ordered from Amazon. Jonathan who worked behind the counter was really helpful especially since I couldnt get my email to work and get the return label. He allowed me to use the computer in the back and pull my return label off of my Gmail account.

Service is just horrible, when you call to speak with a agent you still get the automate system. It’s impossible to speak with an actual person. The customer service is trash.

I used to go to the store in Franklin after the store closed. I found my new favorite store in West Allis. They are really helpful to an Ebay seller like me.

Amazon required I drop off my returns at a UPS store unless I paid to have a UPS pick up. Amazon has you go to the store to print labels. The man at UPS store was clearly irritated and not friendly at all as I was pulling up the QR codes on my phone. All the QR codes would not print at home - I tried beforehand. And phone signal was not good so it took a few moments. I will not use this UPS store if at all possible.

Hands-down the best shipping services around. Consistently superb service. As an eBay seller everything I’ve shipped through them that I didn’t pack myself has gotten positive feedback and specific comments related to the packaging. They are very friendly fast and efficient and make the annoyance of shipping disappear I can’t recommend them enough

I was at the UPS store to return some AT&T Uverse equipment and was having trouble with it. The UPS store personnel were very helpful and supportive. I especially appreciated the computer they have available for customers who suddenly find, like myself, that they must unexpectedly print a prepaid return label. I was so grateful for that, since I really didnt want to drive all the way home in rush hour traffic just to print a label.

Adam and his team are excellent support for any outside sales rep. Ever on your way to a meeting and notice a typo? Quick email to Adam and detour to his easily accessible store off 108th and you’ll go from the rep with a typo to the guy with the squared away proposal.

Impressed with the packing service - I sent fragile dishware via UPS a second time and cannot say I have experienced better packing service by my own doing or by another provider. If you have any prized possessions that need to be sent through the mail, the most reliable way to do so is at THIS UPS store. WORST UPS STORE. I always regret going to this location. The employees never seem to know what they are doing. They always just push you out with some lame excuse that they can’t complete the transaction. Visit 5300 S 108th St, Hales Corners, WI 53130 instead. I’ve never had a bad experience at the hales corners location.

This UPS store has to be the best around. I have been coming here for over a year shipping multiple packages a week for my business. Not one time did I have a single issue. The employees are very informed and willing to help with any questions. If you are in the West Allis area i suggest visiting this location.

0 star rating, I made an appointment for the notary, my husband left work to meet me there for our appointment, when we arrived, they told us, oh sorry, our notary left to go vote and is taking longer that he thought, really? you couldn’t call us to reschedule or cancel. Not Fair

On two different occasions this UPS location either failed to ship something out or failed to return it to me. The first time I dropped off a shipment and two months later I received a phone call from the store saying that they still had my package and asked me what I wanted them to do with it. I replied that I wanted them to ship it right away, overnight, as the package was being expected (Im surprised I didnt hear from the person who had placed the order). The second time I received a phone call that a package I had shipped from there was unable to be delivered, and instead of returning it to the return address, the package was sent back to the store. My package sat at the UPS store for 5 months before they called me to come and pick it up. When I asked how long it had been there, at first they couldnt tell me when it was returned. Then they told me it had been returned right away, but they got busy with the holidays and didnt call me. The package was shipped in October 2014, I just got it back today (March 2015). It also looked like it had been sitting in the bottom of the pile, the box was badly damaged. I will not be going back to this store as I dont trust that they will send out my packages or return them in a timely manner. 2 months and then 5 months is WAY too long to hold on to someones packages!!

Worst customer service, this store is locally owned so be careful they will and can steal your package. I called in to find out the status of my package and the manager was extremely rude. They just saw me come into the store 15 minutes ago but denied I was just ever in the store when I asked for a receipt. I have heard stories of people getting their items stolen this way and we will see soon enough when my package arrives at its destination. The weight difference has changed as well when compared online from when I first gave them the package.
