Terrible prices, terrible staff, horrible trade in values. This used to be the prime place to buy used and sell used games. The manager flat out told me that GameStop doesnt like trade ins which is why they give so little for trade ins. The whole point of GameStop is to sell old games and buy new ones. Its not surprising that theyre starting to go out of business.

Renee is a new employee and is doing a great job! She helped me (for an hour and a half) work out an issue I was having with exchanging a defective controller and was still able to help several other people in line while on the phone with the higher ups solving my problem. Just what this location needed!

I was browsing the stores and looked around at things because I was bored. I found a hat from my favorite anime, Fairy Tail. I grabbed it happily and proceeded to the counter.Nicholas was operating the register chatting to a gentleman about a gaming console. I waited patiently and when my turn came, he turned off all interactions.I was asked curtly if I had a savings card.I said no.He didnt bother to offer to sign me up for one.He tendered my transaction, shoved my hat in my hands, without a bag, and didnt even bother to offer to cut the tags off or ask if I wanted to wear it.He also failed to disinfect between customers.If this is how GameStop at this location treats their customers, Id recommend to anyone going to the 27th and Ohio location. The staff there are knowledgeable, kind and personable.I wont go there again.

Staff are really nice, some times a bit understaffed and you end up waiting in line for a long time when chatty customers come in or some one is trading in a console. The store has always been clean, theyre great at answering questions and are very polite. The only downfall of this store to me is there is a specific female employee that will tack the warranty onto your bill for your game without asking you if youd like one, be aware of your total and receipt here.

Some of the clientele are less than desirable. I know its not the GameStops fault but location, location, location!

The person named Tim Steeves very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very helpful and during this covid respected everyone. Staff like him should work for corporate.

The manager here basically told me Im not as important as regular customers just because I was trying to trade in, and I was turned away completely. Not to mention the way she talked to the employee that was trying to assist me with my trade in. All of this and the manager wasnt even working, but instead shouted across the store while waiting in line to check out herself.

Picked game, price did not match sticker on case. Employee said nothing he can do about it. Went back next day they replaced sticker to match higher price

They dont have, much variety. There was no one in line but me and some other lady. I was waiting for the cashier and the lady to finish their full on conversation for about 5-7 mins, no exaggeration.

Friendly, informative and helpful clerks. I was in a hurry and they were able to help accommodate me on my purchase for my daughters birthday present in a quick & timely manner. Thank you 😊

The folks here at this game stop, Are the best. They should all have capes. A while back my playstation stop working. But I had a warranty. They honored it gave me another playstation. This is my game stop. There are many out there but this one is mine.

This is the best GameSpot I have ever been to. This specific store contradicts the stigma of a Games top. Very helpful and friendly staff. Incredibly insightful and knowledgeable of their products. This will be my main GameStop I go to now.

One person working at counter, she didnt acknowledge me upon entering store, while I walked & looked aimlessly at merchandise, as I stood behind a customer at counter with a question or as I walked out of the store 20 minutes later. Her last job mustve been in politics to train her so well at ignoring the common man.

Always kind and helpful sales people. Also just saved me when I locked my keys in my car today. Thanks for the hanger lol 🤣🤖

Very mixed results from this location, the staff are very helpful when they DO get involved, but otherwise are incredibly negligent. I have never had a phone call answeres here, at any time of day. While shopping in the store it is common to hear employees speaking with profanity, or simply having crude conversation. The small size of the store also means they frequently dont have something in stock, you are likely better off shopping another gamestop, or entirely different franchise.

The workers are awesome and ALWAYS go above and beyond for there customers!

So tonight I was here at the WW2 midnight release. I showed up at 1040 which was 10 minutes late from when the stickers were handed out. I waited in front of the line to speak to a employee just to see if I was able to get my copy tonight. I made it clear that I was not worried about being at the end of the line. Once the employee with a beard came out he was sarcastically rude to me. After the rude comments about me being at the end of the line he EMBARRASSED me by making it clear to the whole crowd that people with no stickers were to be in a group in the street... after the non direct disrespect I left because I felt that was enough. Ill never bring my buisiness to this location ever again. Customer service is horrible

I have been told a number of conflicting accounts of their policies that no other gamestop seems to be held to. I have heard them telling people the game they have picked out is not good. or that they are dumb for having bought something digitally. Their midnight releases are also built for their community, not all communities, a lot of vulgar language and bashing of other games I like.

Always very friendly amd willing to help.

Ive always been going to gamestop in West Allis and Milwaukee and for my whole life I loved everything about it, even when I walk in I feel a welcoming feeling, its so organized and the people are so nice, but what I love the most is how they have anime stuff

All they do is just try to make sales they lied to me about the certain headset that I bought and all that I try to call them they dont ever answer I tried to call him at least six times back-to-back nobody ever answers poor quality just shut the store down or get new management

They dont check credit card ID, they are complicit with credit card fraud, will be filing charges.

Bought two ps3s from this place within 3 months not even and they were both duds please have them check your system before you buy it I just bought one last night take it out the box its full of dust so I blow it out and plug it in and it say error please make sure you check your system again before buying I am not happy poor customer service

Most of the reviews that say oh I showed up an hour before they opened and the door was locked yeah duh look at when it opens people and no the staff is not mean and they do bot push things on you to make a sale they even helped me turn down games by showing me how badly it sucked but one I still bought and they do not force you to buy anything or make you say no to certain games most people who say that are idiots and should not have a say in this
