I pulled in without an appointment and was greeted by David Sopcic who gave me a nice and warm introduction. I had knew what I wanted prior to arriving and, after a quick discussion, I was handed the keys for everything I wanted to drive. The cars were accessible and clean, and as advertised. The pricing seemed to match their website, and their stock was up to date; all the cars I was interested in online were on the lot which is not what I expected. Once I made a decision, Charles and David both helped me with some issues as I have recently made a move across the country from Florida. I think many other dealerships wouldve given up but these guys worked with the banks and also with paperwork to ensure that I could leave with a car.I left the dealership in the car I wanted, for the price I wanted, and I believe this wouldnt have been able to happen with any other dealership in the area. These guys are top notch and Ill be looking for David the next time Im in the market for a car.

We have had the best experience ever buying a new car. We had salesman Matt who was by far the best salesmen we have ever experienced. I have lived in seven states and bought cars in all. We have been transferred to all of those states and Matt is number one salesmen in our book. Also want to that Ken who was also awesome in the finance and Ian the manager. The reason I give them 4 stars, is because the salesman dont know how many keys actually come with the car. I thought it was a given that cars come with two sets of keys but with used cars its not a guaranteed. But Wilde Toyota will give you the best deal around and we are really thankful for that! My experience with David Olguin was extremely positive. The experience was unlike what you would typically get at these dealerships. There was no shoving unnecessary additions on top of what needed to be done, but an outline and true price of what needed to be done. My wife and I have purchased 4 Toyota vehicles from Wilde Toyota. We have had good experiences with each purchase however our most recent was the best. We worked with David Hugasian who was accommodating, allowed us to be to the point, and didnt try to force any sales pitches. He stuck to only what we asked for and had a good sense of humor. After the sale we dealt with finance which is usually the worst part of any purchase. We worked with Charles and he was professional and he did not do the dreaded back and forth on car warranties. He respected my wishes, we didnt go back and forth, I told him what we were looking for and he made it happen. This was also the quickest purchase we have ever had and we will go back again to work with David and Charles in the future. I recommend these two guys to anyone.

After a less than ideal interaction with Terry, I returned to Wilde Toyota in search of a specific vehicle after helpful phone contact with Eli, and ended up purchasing my vehicle from Don B., with final assistance from Phil in the business office. Friendly, prompt and supportive customer service all around, even when a few tiny issues popped up once the vehicle was purchased. Dont mind Terry, ask for Don (!), and if youre a young woman buying a car for the first time... do not be dissuaded by the substantial amount of male energy swirling around the place!

The entire process of testing and purchasing a car was quite smooth and easy. Sydney started off by setting up a time to test drive and get things moving. She was very efficient and friendly. At the dealership proper, we were assisted by Tony in getting the paperwork, test drive, and loan application going. He answered all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. Today was my first time having my oil changed at the West Allis Toyota and I was super impressed with the service! David Olguin was super friendly when I arrived and he made me feel very welcome! He was willing to spend a considerable time with me in August just talking, knowing that I wasnt going to be buying a vehicle at that time but was only pricing out options. He even warned, and showed, me about the inventory on 4runners to help me have more information in my considerations. Then when events transpired a month later that forced me to obtain a new vehicle I was able to call Gavin and he was able to get me what I was wanting at the right time. He also happily worked with me to keep the price in my budget, talking me through additional options without pressuring and running the numbers for me to see how it affected the monthly.Q in their financing was also fantastic. Explained the agreement in-depth, also provided information on additional insurances and products, all while understanding I needed to keep under a certain monthly price.Definitely going back to these guys if I need another vehicle.

I went to Wilde Toyota after having a truly terrible experience at Honda of Kenosha and officially found not only the best dealership but the best used car dealer! Jim Blake was kind, respectful, and no bull sh*t!! The first car he took me to was the one for me! It was in my price range, and checked every single box of what I wanted! When we sat down to draw up a deal he didn’t hit me with any additional fees (like every other dealership I’ve stepped foot into has) and even added a tow hitch to the vehicle incorporated into the loan!As for the financial paperwork we worked with Phil and he was all amazing! This was the second dealership I stopped at to get a new vehicle. I wish it was my first stop. It was the easiest fastest experience buying a car I have ever had. Within 10 minutes of walking in Jeff S. had us in the vehicle we were looking for, doing a test drive. 45 minutes after the test drive we had the car and options we wanted on order and due for delivery within 10 days. The experience was the most direct none sketchy situation I’ve dealt with for commission sales. We got the payment we wanted with less money down then we planned on doing. Upon delivery of the car, 90 minutes of going over the details with Veljo. We were out the door with the car. In about another 3 years we will be ready to replace another vehicle and that is planned to be the stop shop and hopefully both of them will be there to make a timely and painless positive situation of car buying.

Came in today to have some routine maintenance done on my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and helpful (mostly worked with Asha). All the maintenance needs and services for my car were well-explained to me and the work was done efficiently.

Recently bought a SUV at Wilde and had a great experience. Did some shopping in a driving rainstorm on Friday and got some help from Tony who walked around with us in that crazy weather. We came back the next day to test drive some vehicles and he had them all ready to go running with the AC turned on high. Outstanding experience and Tony was very easy to work with and friendly. Had a great experience with Q in financing as well. Ive bought a car here many times before and worked with Q previously. Very pleasant to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Didnt feel like I was being pressured to buy anything but I was very happy with the additional package I got. There are endless forms to sign but he made the process great and my wife and I enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend Q and if I buy another car there I will request him for the financing part. Very professional and the kind of person you want taking care of you. Explained everything in a clear way and moved the process right along.Great experience at Wilde!!!

Whenever my family comes to Toyota at West Allis we always go to David Olguin, best person and service manager I have ever seen. Super friendly and nice, always helps out our family whenever we need oil change, tire rotations or whatever the problem may be. Worst communication and customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and go to Don Jacobs Toyota instead. Don Jacobs’ team will go above and beyond to get you the vehicle you need whereas Wilde’s team will over promise and under deliver.We went on July 16 to Wilde and were assured they could get us a new Highlander Hybrid in time for our upcoming cross country road trip to Seattle at the end of August. They said it would be built end of July and in our hands the first week of August. I called back a few days later to confirm that the requested changes had gone through and when we would have the vehicle and they said they had and that we would have the vehicle between Aug 14-16. Fast forward to Aug 10 when I haven’t heard anything from them so I call to confirm which day it will be in. Only then am I told it isn’t even in production yet and won’t be until Aug 15. Then they tell me I will get it early Sep or the very end of Aug at the earliest. I am obviously upset by this as we stressed when we bought it that we needed it no later than the last week of Aug and that our timeline was not flexible. All they say is sorry and they will talk to the salesperson?? Then we go over a week without hearing ANYTHING from anyone one over there - zero texts, calls, emails. Nothing. In the meantime Don Jacobs Toyota was able to get us the exact vehicle we wanted in our hands in just one week. I called Wilde today to get our deposit refunded and they couldn’t even be honest about the fact that they never reached out after we contacted them last week. Wow. This place is truly awful.

Rachel and her team was such a pleasure to work with! She greeted us immediately at the door and was very knowledgeable on the new 2021 Sienna and made our experience run smoothly. Before we drove off the lot, she even came out and did a final wipe down on the car! 5 OUT OF 5.
