I’ve finally found a dealership that I can just keep returning to! After working with Joey Quattro, I won’t be going to anyone else. I trust no matter what Audi I get in the future, he will hook me up with only the best. This was my first Audi I’ve bought and definitely won’t be the last. When that times comes again, he’ll be the guy I call. He makes sure you feel you’re leaving fully informed and confident in the car you’re buying. I definitely recommend working with Joey if you’re thinking of buying a new or used Audi, and believe me these cars don’t disappoint! I just bought the 2021 Audi e-tron sport-back and I just love it!! Just an amazing ride and it looks great too! Joe Gil helped me with the sale and I couldn’t be happier! Dylan provided excellent service in selling a Q5 to my mom. She was very nervous with her first luxury vehicle and all of the features and upgrades that were new to her. Dylan walked her through everything she “needed to know” with the utmost patience and care. And then he let her know he’s always just a phone call away! Dealership looks great inside and out. The salesmen are complete garbage. Walked in, not a single person came up to us. Went back the next day in a nicer vehicle and got greeted instantly. The first day we went inside and looked at a car they had and one of the managers told us to stop opening the doors. Lol what? Lock them then. Again. Terrible dealer and I’d honestly go to Audi Exchange. Much better experience there. Worth the extra drive.

I walked in yesterday with a bit of an unusual problem. I had absently-mindedly placed my keys on truck and then started to close top on convertible; the keys slipped down into the opening created when top mechanism working. Way down, beneath the mechanism. Took car into Audi Milwaukee - I use them for routine service and have always found it competent and service oriented. Service manager Peter Morawski took action promptly, locating the keys with a flashlight and then using a hooking tool to carefully and patiently pull them out, after several frustrating attempts. Peter could have sent the car back into service and have tech guys do it, but that might have entailed an expensive procedure. This was free and done with a smile! Thanks, Peter. Audi lucky to have you on its team.

I brought my 2021 Q7in because the computer system wasn’t working. When I made the appointment I requested a loaner car. When I arrived I was informed that they didn’t have a loaner car available. I understand mistakes happen however, my appointment was at 9:30 so there was plenty of time for somebody to call me and let me know I would not have a loaner and give me the option to reschedule.I was told that they would do the service quickly and have me out of there in 30 minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half in a very crowded waiting room. I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and complete disregard for my time!

They lied to our face!!!My wife went there to buy a used Audi. I showed up after work. The salesman told us they do not negotiate price on used cars. However, there is no mention of that on their website or in store. I then called the dealership FROM THE DEALERSHIP, and they connected me to a salesperson. I asked if used cars were a set price or if we can negotiate. Without hesitation she said, you can negotiate the price of any car. I asked if that included used Audis. She said absolutely.When I presented this information to our salesman he lied to our face and said the girls in the back that answer phones make $12/hour and dont know anything. I then asked another customer who just purchased a used car if he was able to negotiate price. He replied, yes, of course.The sales manager came over and continued with the lies. I imagine if I was there since the beginning of would not have gone this way. They dont respect women and try to rip them off.

Based on my recent experience with Audi Milwaukee, I would avoid doing business with these folks.I was in the market for an S5 Sportback, which is not the easiest car to find right now and they were sure to let me know it, urging me to move quickly.Well, when I did move quickly that is where things started going bad. After getting a verbal quote over the phone (which took 6 hours, just to get the quote) I called at 9:01 the next morning to put a deposit down. I asked for the breakdown of the numbers, which I was told they would send me in the form of a Bill of Sale. They wouldnt take money for a deposit because a manager isnt in, but encouraged me the car would not be sold.I never got the breakdown of the numbers; they sent me a motor vehicle prelease agreement which did not get me what I needed. It took me hours and having to call another contact only to be told that the car had been sold since I called at open (remember, I tried to put a deposit down and I was encouraged the car would not be sold while I waited to do that).I dealt with Bob. To me, I felt that they were using me to persuade another person into a vehicle quickly. I also felt that they purposefully lacked transparency and did not want me to see all of the inputs that got to the quoted lease payment (theirs was MUCH higher than what I eventually got). After this, I was told another sales person would contact me. Needless to say, I picked up for that person briefly but had to call back (which I did 5 minutes later), and never heard from them again.Perhaps this is a one-off, but I would avoid this dealership due to lack of transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism.EDIT: Perhaps I am tech illiterate but it doesnt seem that google is allowing me to reply to the dealerships response.I want to give a shout out to Jessica, who was the most helpful person I dealt with. All the others were, to put it politely, sub par.Aside from that, the fact that the dealer refused to reply to any of my salient points is telling. What still stands is the following: 1) they refused to give me a breakdown of costs, creating a significant lack of transparency. 2) Despite offering to put a deposit, as previously noted, Bob told me he couldnt accept it until a manager was in and then they sold the car. 3) I got a much better deal from a different dealership - which insinuates they knew the numbers they gave me were inflated and they just wanted me to sign on the dotted line.Indeed, I have the same question as the dealer - despite speaking with multiple people and offering to wire cash, how did the car get sold out from under my feet? That is a question I cannot answer.To be clear, I dealt with Bob. I never spoke with Justin. Sam, despite calling him twice and leaving a message, never called me back.My review stands and I believe that the dealers response only bolsters the fact that they are not transparent, communicative, or professional. I would avoid them.

The service department people are all very nice and personable. They really respect the customer and are very easy to work with.Pre-COVID, I would rate this place 5 stars. When I took my car in for service today, I was surprised by the amount of people working there without a mask and how many customers also didn’t have one. Most of the guys in the service department had them, but especially the salesmen and other customers did not have one in sight. This is truly disheartening to see, as I expect more from this dealership. Even though this pandemic is slowly inching towards an “end”, I would still hope for businesses (especially a prestigious one like Audi) to continue having mask protocols in place.Anyways, hopefully next year I won’t have to worry about people wearing masks as much and I will be able to have an anxiety-free visit. If looking for service people to work with, I recommend Josh or Luke there, both are extremely pleasant to work with.

I was very pleased with all three transactions. In each case I received a fair amount for my trade-in and a good price on the newly acquired vehicle. Just wanted to share my experience with Coby Kinsey, one of the salesmen at the Audi dealership in Milwaukee. All I can say is, it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The amount of respect and courtesy we lack these days, was felt 3-fold from Coby and Kevin. From taking the suv to get gas and a quick car wash before our test drive, to making sure we didnt have to wait to take our ride home that day. I contacted Audi Milwaukee about buying a S5 and trading in my old car in. I dealt with Joey Quattro over the phone. I wasn’t sure if I would get approved for the car being $40k and my credit being so-so but he walked me through the entire process and got me done. This time we bought a 2021 A4 for my husband so I no longer have to share my Q3. Was hoping to get an Audi but they lied about my down payment in the preliminary purchase agreement and increased that number. Luckily I caught it before signing. Update: the GM called me arguing and raising his voice that I am being unfair with this review and then hung up on me. Please stay away from this dealer as there are plenty more that would love the business and are more professional.

Ive nothing but great service from a dealership that I didnt even buy my used Audi from. Normally I wouldnt take any vehicle for service to a dealership unless its covered 100% for one reason or another, but given that Ive chosen to buy a Q7 I dont want anyone else touching it. Ive been completely satisfied so far. They gave me a great loaner each time, and the vehicle is spotless coming back to me.

I was very nervous about going into a luxury dealership especially since I had never bought a vehicle before. I was than greeted by a salesmen named Joe Gil. I didn’t really know what I wanted, joe helped guide me in the right direction. He also went above and beyond to get me a vehicle that was on the other side of the country! Needless to say, I highly recommend Joe to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. My husband and I walked in, ready to get a new car. We test drove a Q5 and then the Q7 because the Q5 was too small inside. We have a Toyota lease that we are looking to get out of. The seller asked my husband how much we pay for the car, once my husband told the seller ($350), the seller said that this new car would come out to about 1k a month and followed to give him his card and asked to let him know if we had any questions...I dont know if he thought that we maybe had in mind to pay the same for an Audi, but anyone that walks into an Audi, looking to lease a Q7 is clearly going to know that theyre not going to pay the same for an old Toyota... the audacity and undermining of this seller caused us to pick up and leave. I dont care if we have to go to an Audi dealership thats farther away, but we REFUSED to give him any business past that point. This particular seller was new so it could be a misconception on his part, but I hope this is a lesson to not judge a book by its cover. Thanks, but no thanks.

Beware when buying a used car here, they dont stand behind them even though they tell you were Audi we have high standards for our vehicles. And theyre super nice and friendly when youre looking at the car. Bought a used vehicle from them and 3 months later, less then 1,000 miles driven, my car needs $2,300 in repairs to the engine, and theyre response was, you bought the car as is, it was used. Plus their financing options arent the best and the finance guy will NEVER call you back after you sign on the dotted line.

Very rude salesman! I trailered a BMW in for service and while waiting I was admiring some Audis that were out on the lot. A salesman came out and told me not to look at the cars if I couldnt afford them. This was right after getting out of my brand new $70k superduty that I used to trailer the BMW with. I guess jeans and workbooks immediately disqualify you from even looking at their vehicles for sale, ridiculous.

I think the sales staff here is very good. They are very knowledgeable, and, their willingness to do test drives and answer questions is on par with the best dealerships in the area. That being said, when it came to the deal, I asked to see the numbers to double check that the lease proposal was fair. I was assured that Audi of Milwaukee would be transparent and work with me. However, they shared numbers that were not clear at all, and, the sales manager, via the salesperson, refused to share the real numbers. When I pressed why a car with a lower sticker price than a Mercedes I recently leased was substantially more expensive per month, they could not explain. All I got was that Audi is so successful, their lease rates are higher than most competitors. That may be so, but, a customer asking for a capitalized cost, money factor and residual number isnt asking too much in this day of easy access to data. Sorry, back to Lexus. The Q7 was really nice, the only two issues I had with it was the weird feel of the steering wheel (it is sort of flat and hard instead of uniformly tube shaped like most cars) and the lack of storage cubbies in the front. It did drive great. It is always maddening when a great sales rep is completely ruined by games played in the F & O area. Sadly, this is more the rule than the exception.

Disappointed with service department. When they needed work due to COVID, they came and took my Audi in for recall service. I asked them to fix another warranty issue at the same time, unfortunately that problem was not resolved, now they wont come to get the vehicle and fix the same problem, saying they NOW have new policy! Sorry, I guess Ill take it to another dealer who needs the work anytime, not just when its convenient for them.

Went with my best friend as she wanted to buy a car for cash. We test drove a car she liked and put down a $2000 deposit at the dealershipS request to come back the next day and make our final decision. It was almost closing time. When we got back the next day we came prepared with enough cash inside a backpack ready to buy and pay for the car in full. We did make a small request. We wanted a 30 or 60 day warranty of some kind on the car. They told us there was no warranty at all included with the 2015 Audi being sold for $18,000. After going back and forth we told them we cant purchase with no warranty and requested a refund of our deposit. They informed us for the first time ever that the deposit is not refundable. A heated discussion turned into a shouting match and then the general manager requested we come into his office. He had a smug and arrogant attitude about the whole situation but agreed to have our refund processed within a couple days. What large top tier dealership sells a car for $18k with absolutely no warranty included at all? Who requests a $2000 deposit and never verbally says to the customer if you put down the money it can not be refunded? What dealership tries to keep $2000 when the customer has never taken delivery of the vehicle? These people are con artists. Just because they are in a fancy building wearing fancy suits selling fancy cars make no mistake they are con artists. They have no problem cheating customers if the customers allow them to do it. And the manager should be fired for not even trying to find a way to save the deal when the customer is standing there with $30,000 cash. WE WENT ACROSS THE STREET AND BOUGHT A MORE EXPENSIVE CAR FROM SELIG AUTO!

He sat with me and asked all of the qualities I was looking for, explained all of the major and minor differences of silly features Id never used. Wow! The Worst service I have ever received from any dealership. Purchased an Audi from another dealership about 2-3 weeks ago. Needed assistance with the Audi Connect app. I called Audi Milwaukee to figure out what needed to happen since the Audi application stated “need dealership verification” in order to proceed. The service gentlemen said it would be best for me to come down and get help from some of the sales guys. He stated they were better at it then he was.So then I drove to the dealership and immediately was told to “just call the Audi connect number”. Umm.. then why was I told to come here in the first place? But Okay sure, i went back to my car and called. They did walk me through what to do next. I received my verification code, but then I was instructed again to call or go to the dealership to have them verify the code I received. Sure okay, I called the dealership and was instructed to purchase a $90.00 key to get access in order to get this rolling. Hmmm.. not ideal obviously, but sure, why not.. Then, I was told it will cost me $80.00 per 30 minutes of help to set it up and that more than likely it could take an hour, so that will be an additional $160.00 on top of the $90.00 just to set up my Audi phone app?!?! I will give credit to the gal I spoke with on the phone. She was kind and respectful. But to the manager that was instructing this information to her, just wow pal! Your service was incredibly poor! I mean bottom of the barrel poor. I do not expect things for free, but the nickle and diming people, your potential future customers? We bought one Audi and we wanted to buy another one. NOT FROM YOU!!

I had my emission compliant repair completed on my 2017 Q7 at Audi Milwaukee and everything went smooth. They gave me a very nice loaner car for the weekend and returned my car cleaner than I dropped off. Peter was a very easy to work with and answered all my questions no matter how many times I ended up calling him. :) Great service from start to finish.

We were at a point to acquire a mid-high end car and we visited Infiniti, Mercedes, Porsche and BMW, and this Audi dealershipI honestly thought that this was the WORST Audi dealer Ive ever visited. I regret not to wear a suit and an expensive looking watch to make myself a tiny bit more appealing to people here who pre-judge you by look and race. Several sale representatives walked by like we werent even there.We were there looking for an Audi A3/S3, which was not available on their indoor show floor. So I decided to ask. With no greetings, someone who seemed to be a manger said: There is not one inside, they are outside. That was it, not a single word more... didnt even have the patience to point a general direction to go.I am sure who walked in well dressed will get treated fantastically and leave a 5 star feedback even if they decide not to buy anything. The funny thing is that at high end dealers where you think such things could happen, staff would actually treat you very well while taking the change to make a nice sale and I have comfortably wear my worn Vans and regular T-shirts, but this happened at Audi, a mid end brand that suppose to accommodate customers at a wider angle.Shame to see these people running an authorized Audi dealership. Should probably go back and re-do some ethical training, if there was one on their list.

Used car buyers beware!! Purchased my A6 in August with 61k miles. Recently brought it in for its 65k service and was told my brake pads were at 4%. When purchased I was told ( witch is usually and industry standard) that the pads were At least 50% of there wear life.This is not my primary driver as Ive put less then 4K miles on it in 6 months and if my pads had gone through almost 50% of their brake life in that time there would be many other signs of abuse on my car. I was lied to then asked to buy new pads after driving the car less then 4K miles. Ive always purchased used and this is the first time in my life this has happened. Thought A reputable dealership would not deceive. Guess I was wrong. If buying a used car ask for inspection reports and keep them and dont get lied to like I was.

I saw a used Audi on their website a couple months ago, and took it for two test drives. I asked the manager to get back to me with his final price, and for what he would give me for a trade in. Never heard back. This week I saw another car I was interested in. I took it for a test drive. The next day they emailed me wondering if I had any questions. I had two. Guess what. No response. I am test driving a Lexus later today.

My partner bought her Audi Q5 turbo diesel here. Today at 60,000 miles she needed new Michelin tires. Really good service. Wonderful car. Terrific milage. Damn shame the manufacturers tried a performance scam with the diesel. Its a terrific engine with incredible fuel economy.

I would also give Audi Milwaukee a ZERO if I could. I own a 2013 Q5 that I purchased at this dealership brand new. I have had a few pleasant experiences with the service department but more unpleasant. I recently needed to get my car in for an oil change and 2 recalls. I spent 18 minutes on the phone being transferred between the main operator and the Audi service desk. I was finally hung up on. Incompetence at its finest! I completely wasted 18 minutes of my day and never got an appointment set up! So I decided to schedule my appointment on-line. It seemed easy enough ...and I requested a loaner car. Today my partner took my car in for the appointment made on-line, and for at least the 3rd time they did not have a loaner car for me that I requested! If this was the first time I would excuse it but its happened many times before! Needless to say, my partner did not have time to sit and wait for my car to be serviced. They said they didnt have a loaner available so she drove back home in the heavy traffic which took an hour and a half total! Another waste of time. And all the while this was going on at the service desk the manager was sitting in his office listening and did nothing besides looked annoyed.I chose to purchase an Audi - I chose to spend my money on this brand but at this point I am completely fed up with the service they offer and will never purchase another car from this dealership - EVER. Apparently they make so much money that they forgot about where its coming from. There are plenty of different brands to choose from and I will make sure I let all my friends and family aware of your wonderful service! Do not waste your time with Audi Milwaukee .....they are arrogant and rude and apparently dont need your business!!

It has been over a year since I bought my Audi A3 from Audi Milwaukee. My salesperson, Raj Khan, was an exceptional salesperson when it came to purchasing my vehicle. Every few months he still calls me to catch up and see how the car is performing. After an issue with my Audis air conditioner, Robert Williams, the service advisor at that time, helped me get it fixed properly. He is now the service provider I call when I have any question or need an appointment. My experiences at Audi Milwaukee have always been great.

I had to go all the way to this dealer to ask a question because the parts never answers the phone. I literally called all day for a whole week. Then I get there & there is two employees at parts one was kinda of helpful but didnt give me a part I needed & didnt let me order. The other was on Facebook. No wonder they never answer. This place sucks.

The sales rep I was working with was a complete liar, promised me all these things and made up details about the lease that were not true at all then, when I came back he was no longer working there. Furthermore I scheduled a rental car through them while I was getting the car serviced and when I got there they told me they didn’t have any for two weeks and about ten minutes later I saw him giving some other woman a rental while I sat in their dealership for hours.

We hit a pot hole in Chicago but the tire failed in Milwaukee. Away from our usual dealer and late on a Friday afternoon, we found the Audi dealer at International Autos in West Allis. Despite calling around 3PM, they agreed to fit us in. They could have tried to supersize us to replace all the tires, but after assessing their state, they replaced only the two front ones, serviced our car (which became due that very day), and made us feel welcome. The show room staff helped us scope out the new vehicles, even though they knew we were not shopping. We were very pleased with the people and the service and were grateful that they saved our Friday.

NORTH SHORE AUDI..Absolutely poor customer service...after the interaction with the customer service representative and his complete inability to be professional and courteous I decided to take my vehicle to another Audi service center.....I advise some type of training in personal people skills be implemented to continue to do business with the general public...just a quick piece of advice.....not a good experience whatsoever.

Unfortunately the service department does not keep good on their word. I had my Audi A3 in for the 45K service and I asked and was then quoted Audi care for 55K and 65K service for my next appointment. They wrote up the quote on a sheet of paper and gave it to me. I specifically asked if I should purchase it then in case price went up or anything changed on it and was told no that was not needed and it could be done when I bring it back for the 55K service. Well, you guessed it, I took it in for the 55k service and they refused to honor the written quote they gave me during the 45K service claiming there was nothing they could do. To topper that, when I spoke to the service manager asking they cover the difference, he was incredibly rude (naturally I was upset as well). Its a shame they chose to lose a customer over a small amount. Whatever happened to good customer service?

I have had a frustrating experience with the service department. My car was in for an issue with the MMI as wall as a safety recall. The first visit was 90 min to diagnose only to be told parts needed to be ordered. 3 days late I was scheduled to return...the power was out but they were able to take care of the issue with another 90 min visit. The next day I received a phone call stating I did not show up for my recall appointment which I obviously did. They said they couldn’t tell if the recall issue was fixed and I needed to call back next week. I did call and come to find out it was not fixed and I needed to come back in for a 60-90 min appointment. Very frustrating and I will not be returning to this dealership.
