Opened vehicle quickly for reasonable price

Brought in old lock box to have new keys or lock done. They found keys to work in less than 20 min. Very efficient and affordable with confident and friendly service. Will definitely use in future.

I came down from Chelan today, I stopped by to get 3 keys cut for my Chrysler. A person named John helped me. John made clear that if the keys that he cut for my Chrysler did not work, that there was no refund. I told him I accepted that. One of the keys I needed cut did not fit into his machine and he told me that I would have to have that key pulled out and ready, as he was not going to wait for me . He quickly run up the total and I paid. After getting ready to leave I reminded him that I needed my receipt. He looked at me and said I told you that there were no refunds, why do you need a receipt? I told him I just need the receipt for my records, he still refused to give me a receipt. Guess what none of the keys he cut worked.

Keyhole Security installed a fill camera and alarm system in my business. The install tech were very professional and well mannered. My business was fully operating at the time of install and they did not disrupt my customers and were quick to clean up after them selves. I have them installing another system in our 2nd location. Highly recommend. We have had a lot of work done in our business in the last 3 months and this company has by far given the best customer service and great techs.

They went absolutely above and beyond for me!! I would give them more stars if it were possible. I lost my car keys on a Friday morning when we were planning on going away for the weekend. Not only were they able to get me a replacement key made that day but they also recommended to me a good tow company to bring the car to them. I had previously called the dealership and another place and the earliest they could get me a replacement key was the following Monday or Wednesday. Keyhole came through in the clutch and saved our weekend!! Highly recommend and their prices were very fair!

Got a key fob and car key (chipped). They had some problems getting the right stuff from the supplier but they were very persistent and got the job done. Vary fair and honest

Ive called numerous times trying to get help with the lock on our gun safe. When i do talk to someone Im told I need to talk to someone else in their office. Ive left messages and emails for this person, but have NEVER heard back from them. Talk about bad customer service. I have to find someone else now. Im not wasting my time with this company ever again.

Yesterday I had some chip key blanks that I provided cut for my Suburban. Got home to discover they worked in door, but not for ignition. I understand--sometimes the keys dont cut exact enough. Went back this morning to discuss. I am happy to report they pulled blanks out of their stock, re-cut them, programmed them (beyond what I had asked for) and they work great. 5-star service.

They rebuilt my ignition lock cylinder for my 2005 Honda Civic for half the price I expected.

Matt was very polite and helpful. Helped repair lockset and provided input for any future issues. Very friendly and professional ;)

I would never do business with this company again. No customer service at all. They may do fine making keys but their alarm service is a joke. A few years ago we even found that our system had not been working for months but they did not know it. We tried to stop the service but the request apparently did not get sent to the correct person so they continued to bill us and argued about final $25 bill.

Im giving 2 stars because the locksmith did get me into the house, and I am appreciative of that, but when you tell the customer that their total is going to be around $200, and less than 10 minutes later provide them with a $260 bill, it makes the customer feel as though theyre being ripped off. A labor charge, in addition to the standard service charge of $176, was never mentioned.

I had these guys come out and program a key for my Subaru. The technician Matt was an awesome guy; very polite and professional. Unfortunately he was unable to program the key to my car because of the software Keyhole Security uses. I went to the store and all they refunded me was $60. So basically i paid over $300 for a spare key to open my door. UNBELIEVABLE! I usually never had any problems with these guys until now...

Absolutely horrible with follow-through. I pay them to offer fire monitoring on a commercial building and they simply dont provide the service. I dont get alarm calls, they dont know how to troubleshoot problems and when they say they are going to be there for service or repair, they dont show up.

As a local business owner and a longtime Cashmere or Chelan resident, Keyhole is the first place I go with anything key related. Ive used them for 10+ years, from the security system in my business, to various random auto and home keys over the years, and its David (the GM) that has locked (excuse my pun) in my continued business. Super kind, and helpful. Hes helped me choose something that was actually appropriate for my place. So many of these security places just want to bank on insecure people, and sell them a bunch of crap to sate their most absurd insecurities. I was sold what I need, and it was installed right. Also, Im pretty sure the church I attend also has a keyhole system..Sometimes they cant do the dealer spec keys. Ive been kindly redirected to the dealer on a electronic Toyota and a electronic Mercedes key, but Ive been told that they do some electronic ones, worth checking first.Theres a reason keyholes name is on MOST EVERY local businesses here, from Leavenworth to Chelan. They are the best locksmith in the Wenatchee Valley. To any other local business owners, Keyhole will shoot you straight.

Keyhole re-keyed our locks when we moved into our new office. The service tech was very friendly and even took the time to explain why our the old lock was always sticking (apparently it was super old-school and was needing replacing anyways). Very professional and I would recommend them.

Ive used the many times and will continue to do so. I have always been satisfied with their great customer service and quality products. 10+ keys and fobs from all make of cars.

Two stars because the job DID get done, but when I called and made an appointment for my house to be rekeyed, they told me that it would cost me twenty dollars per lock. I was buying four locks, so the price I was quoted was $80. They never once mentioned their service charge of $70 extra dollars and never added it to the quoted price that they mentioned to me. The locks cost almost twice as much as I budgeted for, and I really feel ripped off. ESPECIALLY after getting a MUCH LOWER quoted price than was actually on my bill.

Absolute joke of a company. They are lacking in knowledge and to discuss potential business with their so-called specialist, David, was totally frustrating. He is very unprofessional and I would never give them my business due to my most recent experience and would recommend them to no one, ever.

They made keys fast and stamped in letter for me, great experience.
