Whenever Im in Wells its lunch at Seacoast Pizza!! Lots of specialty pizzas offered by the slice, or order a whole one, salad, sandwiches & deserts! Take out, or dine outside, under their umbrella tables in the courtyard. Dont forget to order the Zeppole - luscious hand-fried dough balls covered in powered sugar! Yummy!!

This is an authentic Italian restaurant, and the food is fantastic!The salad was healthy fresh, the fire oven pizza crust was thin, but not too thin, and those my spinach rolls - oh so good.Dont forget the desert - the Limoncello Mascarpone cake was to die for. Tasted deliciously homemade.The crew wear mask, and there is hand sanitizer and marked social distancing for customers.

They have poor time estimates. When they get busy they think they’re doing a good thing by estimating your pick up time to be way longer than it really turns out being. So if you live a couple of towns over and you were expecting to pick up your pizza in an hour and 15 minutes based on their estimate, then they say surprise! It’s ready in half an hour, you then need head over then and by the time you arrive the pizza is cold. If it takes 20 min to get there you would have planned to leave at the 55 min point to arrive 1 hour, 15 min after ordering. My suggestion to them is try to estimate more precisely vs intentionally way over estimating. Good pizza though.

We drove in from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and ordered for pick up. Not only was the pizza and salad excellent but the crew that was there on October 7th 2021 was fantastic! Thanks for a great experience.

We got it yesterday when our reception finally improved enough we could order because they wont take phone orders and reception in this town is spotty for us. Were Verizon so kind of surprising but it wouldnt have been that irritating if it hadnt taken two hours for the two pizzas to be made. Honestly me and two of the three kids really didnt like the pizza at all but I am giving 3 stars anyway because I acknowledge it might be the thin floppy NY style thing we dont really like that was the issue. The sausage on top of the meat lovers is bad and the sauce needs more tang or flavor or something, its very mild and watery/sweetish tasting and the very light toppings just slide right off constantly. But the crust is very light and crispy and my husband said the people who worked there were nice.

For being 4 states away from New York 🗽, its pretty good. Summer wait times for MTO food are substantial, but theres always a wide selection of ready-to-eat slices you can get within minutes. Veggie was excellent; toppings on some of the meat-based press were a bit sparse to rate excellent.

So you move to an online ordering only system; I was informed it would be an hour and forty minutes, I get there and told it’s another 25. Apparently no cooking begins until you walk in and let them know you are here. Don’t think that is the best system. You have credit card info; you should have fired up that oven. Won’t be returning this season.

Good food. You will have to wait a long time if you order online and they are busy.For faster / quick service walk in and order what is available from the glass case which they will heat up in 10 minutes and have you on your way.

There pizza is pretty good. And you can get it by the slice. There grinders are decent and they have a big selection. They have a nice selection of Italian specialty items. Ive only tried a couple and they were good. Its small inside so no indoor seating right now. Give them a try I think you will like it.

This is probably my favorite pizza place in southern Maine and I have tried a bunch of them. You can see the dough get hand tossed with care while you are ordering. It is always cooked perfectly for that foldable New York style bite you are looking for. They have the square Sicilian style too but I havent tried that yet. We had the veggie with pepperoni added last time and Hawaiian with jalapeno added last time. One of the best things about this place is slices! You can try almost anything they offer before getting a full pie! The pepperoni rolls look fantastic and I will be grabbing some next time I am in.

Had some slices and a calzone. Staff was super friendly and very quick service. Calzone was spinach and cheese. Great crispy crust . Could have used a little more spinach. Sicilian slice and meat lovers slice were excellent.

There were ten of us that ordered within minutes of each other and we got our food pretty fast. My entire family was pleased with their food. we got pizza, calzone, spinach roll, salads and yummy Zeppole. We like being able to buy pizza by the slice so we can try different kinds. Great food!

You will wait an hour for food but it is WELL WORTH IT. I was very impressed by the staff as well. Super pleasant and attentive. If youre in the Wells area and want pizza, etc, this is the place

Pepperoni roll was FANTASTIC. Sicilian square was decent. NY style pepperoni not bad. Saving a pepperoni calzone for tomorrow.

Called to order pizza around 6pm. Placed order. Site said to hold tight and not refresh the page. Waited 30 mins for confirmation of my order. Called and left a message. Crickets….. If you are going to tell your customers to order online, I suggest you use a better method. Very disappointed.

Can I say wow? If you have ever had NY style pizza, this will take you there. The crust was excellent, the cheese was stringy and the sauce was perfection. Forget the reviews who dont know NY pizza and try this pizza. You wont be disappointed.

It’s hard for us to find a great pizza and we were pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this place. The cannoli was also a great treat for dessert. Pro tips, if you don’t want to wait an hour for a custom order, they have large ready made slices for pick-up. Also, a large here would be considered extra large at most others.

The people here are very nice. I enjoy living in a town that has kind people working at restaurants with good food!

Awful customer service ! Bratty kid at the register shouldnt be be allowed to deal with the public! He was so rude ! Ordered on the app which told us it was going to be ready in an hour then when we showed up an hour later to get the pizza they told us a half an hour until it was ready… but yet someone infront of me walked in and ordered a pizza and he was told 45 minutes. Had to order on the app because they won’t take orders over the phone but yet when you order on the app it shows up different for them so we ended up getting the wrong pizza! So disappointed. Pizza was floppy, greasy and gross! Will NEVER be back! Don’t waste your time or money !

The ordering system is awkward and very hard to navigate for us Seniors. Tried to set a pickup time for my order but wasnt allowed to enter it.. My order said my takeout would be ready in 80 to 110 minutes. I closed out the app on my tablet and then within a minute, received a text on my phone that my order was ready. When I arrived the food was ready but not really very warm. Ordered the fried dough bites which were cold and you could really taste the cooking oil. Garden Salad was not fresh and looked like it had been in the foil forsometime. Not the best experience. Wont go back.

It’s a shame that they are pushing their customer service to a third party overseas vendor. Tried to call to place an order, got a voicemail saying to use the website for online ordering. The website was glitchy, but managed to get the order placed. It also charges a service fee for online ordering, not great. Shortly after I received a text saying my estimated pickup time was 1:18 min. I then got an update text that there was a 25 min delay.I wasn’t expecting the lengthy delay, which would have been something that could have normally been communicated had I ordered by phone, giving me the chance to look for an alternative.After arriving at the restaurant at the delayed pickup time, I was told the order wasn’t ready and to expect an additional 25-30 min. This meant the food wouldn’t be ready until 2 hours after ordering. I wasn’t able to wait further, and decided to cancel the order.The cancelation process was not easy, the store directed me to the website, and I needed to send a text to the third party vendor, and they called me as I was driving home. The person told me my order was ready and to go back and get it. I explained I had just left the store where they told me it was not ready. He said he couldn’t cancel my order and that he needed to call the store, and rudely told me that it was ready so I should just get it.I never got a call back from the store or the online vendor, just an email saying my order had been cancelled. Such a shame a local family business is relying on an overseas call center to provide their customer service.

This little pizza place is a rockin, pizza slingin joint! They were so busy and the wait was very long. They had a bunch of hungry customers waiting and I felt so badly for them. The kids behind the counter were trying their best to catch up while maintaining great attitudes! They were trying very hard!!! It says a lot about someones work ethic when theyre about 21 dealing with 15+ angry people at least 10 years older than themselves, and staying happy. The manager has hired the right people! The food was good and my kids were very happy with everything! Thanks for dinner on our visit!

EXTREMELY friendly staff, I got there 20 minutes before closing and was still greeted with 3 hellos. One delicious large New York style pizza later my wife and I settled in to our comfy hotel room for a peaceful evening of movie watching. Perfect after a long trip.

Absolutely love this place. Every time I visit Wells this is a must stop. The workers are the nicest people and I swear they remember u and just treat u like your there best customer. Been visiting here since 2016 and it’s always so enjoyable.

We love this place and order pretty frequently. Pizza is awesome, garlic knots, pepperoni rolls, you name it, its delicious. Its tough during tourist season though. We ordered on a Friday night and probably should have thought better of it, because Friday nights are always crazy in the summer. We ended up waiting 2.5 hours. Originally given a 1.5 hour wait time, which is long enough, and then spent an hour in the parking lot waiting with a bunch of grumpy customers. It would be good if the wait time was more accurate. Even if its a 2 hour wait, knowing it up front is better than showing up at the quoted time and find out its not in the oven yet. That said, Im sure theyll figure it out and well still be coming here at least once a week- awesome pizza is tough to find in the area and theirs is one of the best weve ever had.

Weve been frequenting Seacoast for years and the last 3 orders 1. Weve had to order online 2. You dont realize the wait time until youve fulfilled your order and 3. Our order has taken at least 45 minutes longer than the 1 hr 45 min wait time. Yes, weve been waiting more than 2 hours to pick up our pizza and the only way to cancel the order is to drive to the store because their phone number wont connect you to a real person and the Slice app hasnt worked. We will absolutely not be getting pizza from Seacoast again.

Tonight was my first time trying seacoast and I couldn’t wait until I was done with my food to write review. Between my boyfriend and I we had the spinach and cheese calzone, baked ziti with ricotta, mozz sticks and some pizza. By far our new favorite pizza and pasta place. The ziti was cheesy and just sauced enough and the calzone has fresh ricotta that I’m obsessed with. The guys behind the counter were very polite as well, can’t wait to go back

I honestly don’t know how this place has good reviews. Ordered three things from here and all three were disappointing. The salad was okay (the dressing tasted weird- ordered Caesar and it tasted nothing like it should have), the nuggets looked and tasted like the frozen kind from the grocery store, and the pizza was very doughy tasting and just average. For the price, it wasn’t worth what we got.We also were staying at a hotel, so naturally we didn’t bring any utensils and they didn’t give us any for the salad, so we had to try to eat it using those little red coffee stirrers from the hotel.

Their lasagna pizza is fantastic!

We ordered online, the estimated wait time until pick up was about an hour. We were slightly disappointed at first because we would have ordered elsewhere. I arrived a little early just in case, I was greeted by a friendly young man who looked for our order. It wasnt ready yet but he ensured us it was almost ready and I could wait in my car and it would be out soon. I asked if they could include some red pepper flakes and he said of course. My order was out within 5 minutes with our request for the red pepper flakes. They food was hot and correct. We enjoyed everything but the French fries they tasted like the oil needed changing but I was impressed and happy. I would order from here again.

You need to update your online ordering if you are going to make people wait an hour and 40 minutes for a plain cheese pizza! That is ridiculous to charge someone and then tell them its an hour and 40 minute wait AND NO one answers a phone when you call! Never again!

The pizza is flavorful, but I find it too often soggy in the middle. Just another 5 minutes would make all the difference, or remove it from the plan and let it sit directly on the hot oven surface to crisp it up at bit. Otherwise their pizza tastes great and the owners & staff wonderful.

Down to earth, affordable pizza. Their small is what everyone else calls large. Thin crunchy sweet crust, and a ton of variety! Going for slices is easily the hardest decision of the week. Garlic knots, and any pizza make a great friday night!

Got takeout here one night of our trip and everybody was happy with their food. Pasta, pizza, sandwich, everything was pretty decent, and I say that as a New York family. I wouldn’t say it’s amazing, but it’s a good solid pizza place.

Ugh! Sorry Vince!! Just realized how outdated my Google review was 😂 I originally started eating here in the winter, when Wells is in a different dimension than it is in the summer. One where Seacoast is only open two days a week. Friday and Saturday. Its a cold, dark and sad world when you only get Seacoast on Friday. That and the snow thing, but its Maine. Dont let their pizza place exterior fool you, this is by far the best Italian restaurant in Wells. Starting with the amazing guy who runs the counter!! Its one heck of a wait during peak summer hours if you want a menu item but they have an incredible selection of premade pizza and calzones that are much quicker. My favorite is the chicken parm roll and Seacoasts very own black cherry soda ❤

From a New Yorker eating pizza in Maine this place is the spot for pizza wish the wings had a Buffalo sauce it would be great on the lightly breaded wing and the sauce for the garlic knots is a very good. The cannolis are the perfect dessert.
