My favorite store for all things rug hooking and beyond! Lisanne is an expert color planner and a wonderful, patient teacher. She is always introducing new colors and patterns with tips on how to use everything. I love that she has a newsletter that showcases rugs that customers have hooked. Theres always something fresh and new to see. The store is amazing but ordering online is equally amazing - fast turnaround and didnt skip a beat during the pandemic shutdown. Definitely worth the trip or the click!

Most unpleasant and rude people. Order on line and pay shipping will save you hassle. We stopped by because on line said they were open until 4. Upon finding the lights on and doors locked, we called. The lady answered the phone and said they were open by appointment only but since we stopped I could come in. A man then came out and rudely said we are not open to the public. My response was, your wife said I could come in. He proceeded to go outside to my husbands truck and tell him why they were not open to the public. I will never go back.

Clerk was very annoyed that I was in the store; she had better things to do at her computer than wait on me (I was the only customer). I was going to order a pattern but decided against it when I heard her yell at the ringing phone, “For the love of God, what now?” I went to Camp Wool and although they were very busy with many customers, they were also very kind and helpful.
