The hairdressers are very nice and create a relaxed environment, I have always been pleased with their services. I would say the pricing is reasonable. I go to the location in the Wellington mall. One aspect I do not like is that the place feels like an icebox! I had to get upAnd go outside just to warm up.

I really love shopping at this store. They have a huge variety of stuff. Also the associates are super helpful, especially that lady Rekha and amber are really really wonderful. They will be ready to help you even if they are caught up with their work.

Stood under checkout sign & was only one in line on either side. Cashier said we only take customers from this side. So I walked around. She finally took me and I asked where it stated to stand in line on one side of the cube of registers? She just looked at me like I was crazy? I said if you want customers to line up in one spot to put a sign to let us know.

Went to JC Penney Styling Salon to initially get a body wave perm. When meeting my stylist, Maria M., she looked at and evaluated my hair. She said that I could get the the fullness and body that I wanted without getting body wave. I really appreciated the time she took to show me how to use some product and with the right hair cut style and layers I can have curl and body I wanted. No other stylist have done that for me these tips he even with a haircut. Thanks again Maria M. for being a caring and knowledgeable stylist. I give Maria M. a 5 Star Rating and will be back to see her as she is my new stylist. 🙂

I love shopping at Wellington Green mall, I usually avoid the weekend prefer weekdays to avoid the crowds. The only problem Ive had is the weak wifi signal, Its very difficult to access my coupons or get a price check from the Jcp app. The same day pickup service is great and very fast pick up.

The best JC Pennys in Palm Beach Co. On a mother & son shopping outing, had to tag along in the women section to get reward with a 10 pc 1000 thread count bed set!!!

I went into the store yesterday I found a beautiful shirt on sale for a great price. I love how Sephora is in the store. What a great idea to have that. Everything I needed to buy was within steps of each other . Clerks were friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back

I stood in the jewelry department for over 20 min waiting to be helped!! I was in work cloths being that I just got off and was being judge by my appearance made to seem like I don’t have any money so they wouldn’t pay me any mind when I was trying to purchase a watch and a gold necklace after I asked three people several times for help and a manager I was never given either one I essentially had to walk offsite before losing my mind will never go back don’t recommend for the working class! As you will be judged as well!! JCPenny y’all need to do better!!

Great clothing and reasonable Price

The store did not have a large selection of bedding. I wanted a quilt and dod not find what i wanted

People had shirts thrown all over the place. Took them out of the package and tried them on right there, and left them looking like trash. I couldnt find shirts that fit me so I went to Dillards and found what I wanted.

I went in on Sunday afternoon and there was quite a bit of line but they moved it really quick and I was happy to see that the customer service was still there

Since the pandemic it has been hard to find a clothing store with a full selection of everything. JC Penny is the only one in FL fully stocked. There prices were a bit high but I guess it is supply and demand. I heard they were going out of business soon. I assume they will start running better sales.

They have a good selection of clothes for men. There is always some sort of coupon or sale happening. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Except for the parking situation being a little crowded. I was able to get in and out relatively quick. The sales associate that assisted me in the jewelry department was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She identified the item I showed her from last weeks sales add, boxed it up and I was on my way.

Friendly place with good customer service. As popularity goes for products, sometimes things are not available in your size or the color you want is sold out. That happens everywhere tho, but the employee did offer alternative which is good. Theres a lot of stuff there as far as clothes, jewelry, and whatnot. I guess a card is good to have also for extra benefits and sales of course makes buying slightly more comfortable.

The store is Awesome. Everything is easy to find. The staff is great. Always a Great shopping experience when Im there. The prices are great as well. I Love JCP💞

Very few JCPennys left. Mom needed a pair of pants. Good deals on everything. She bought a gray flowered purse and some white pants. Good quality clothes. They had some wild American flag coats. We tried it on for fun. I would go again.

JCPenney really needs to look at their method of checkout as it is very slow and inefficient with lines going till tomorrow. Ive been at JCPenney before when there wasnt for sale and it is much the same. JCPenney I hope you read this. This is why you were losing business to online retailers everyday. Get your act together.

Great go to store for mens casual clothes and shoes. The app for online shopping is seamless and store pickup is quick and easy. JC Penney is the best alternative to the more expensive mens clothing stores or outlets. They always have sales.

This clothing store is a blast from the past, but it is very likely that they will have something you like, and also available in your size. If you need clothing, JCP is worth a visit. Good prices and a decent selection too.

The store is inside the mall and during weekdays mostly store attendants carry on with their own chores. We had to wait few mins before we gave a shout out for someone to check us out.Some elderly store manager were kinda rude and failed to greet us back or just moved on.The store pick people were really helpful and were patient.Overall for a store that is central to almost 25-50 miles on either side this store alone didn’t do the magic. May be north side of palm beach gardens they could open a store.

Clean store. Had to return something in housewares, one of the customer service personnel was super sweet but the other one was annoyed and irritated that he had to help us. He actually tried to skip the gentleman that was waiting before we showed up. Not cool.

Store is clean and easily shopped. Never have any problems. Easy to find help if needed.

I needed a white dress and voila this store had one and the price was greatly reduced. Despite it being a busy Sunday I was able to check out immediately. All good so far until when I departed from a different store and their alarm went off loudly. The sensor had not been removed from the dress. I returned to the same department in Penny’s and after waiting a bit the same cashier appeared. When I told her my issue she removed it without saying a single word. Not,”I’m sorry for your inconvenience.” Or”I’m sorry I missed that.” Or even Oh, I apologize. A simple way to elevate the customer experience was lost. Disappointed.

Not sure whats going on with JC Pennys but their penny weight jewelry is extremely over priced. The sale they had was a joke. They upcharged the tag price to sell the merchandise on sale for the regular price. Id rather shop at Macys.

When are they reopening?! All major retailers are up and running, hair salons, nail salons, furniture stores, literally EVERYWHERE?! Bankrupt JCP, still closed 🤦🏽‍♀️. You have customers needing to pick up purchases and make purchases with giftcards since you dont allow more than 2 gift card limit online! What a foolish company, bankruptcy was imminent.

Waited and 1hr 1/2 only to be told the system had an error and all my items were NOT here. Highly annoyed!

I love shopping at JC Pennys. Their staff is always courteous, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of their merchandise. JC Pennys has the best reward and coupon program along with excellent products. I shop online mostly due to my handicap/wheelchair, but when I do visit their stores, the employees are always accommodating. My favorite store you shop!

Ordered a pair of shoes online that said it would get to store on Dec 24th. Called the store spoke to a not so helpful rep that my shoes were not coming before Xmas. They couldn’t cancel order so now I have to wait to get my refund. Horrible order to store service. Use amazon better!

I really liked my experience at JC Penny. We had a sales clerk come over to help us. She was very cheery and happy, blonde with a Russian accent. It was a pleasure to see her smiling. Its always a bonus when you go to a shopping center and see people enjoying their job and say good things about what they do. You can honestly tell who loves their job and who hates it. She definitely enjoyed her job and made us feel welcome. 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you for making our day special.
