I had the most wonderful time here finding my dress! Deborah was amazing and took her time with me. It was also very nice I was the only appointment and the dresses were VERY affordable and in my price range which I worried about finding. I found the wedding dress I love and couldnt be happier!!!

Amazing experience, very glad that I came here. This was my second bridal shop that I went to the first one, I wasn’t too pleased with the service felt pressured into buying something. When I came into the shop very clean, and tidy. She was very nice and attentive and answered all my questions. She took her time to explain everything and just overall a very nice lady. I’m just very excited to work with this bridal shop. They have a nice selection as well, would recommend 🙃

Bacio Bacio Bridal Salon is nothing short of exquisite! I recently purchased my bridal gown and I cannot say enough positive words about my experience. The atmosphere was beautiful. The whole appointment was so efficient. The team made me feel so comfortable and asked me really good questions to help find the perfect gown for me. Everyone who worked there was so kind and made me feel like a princess. Lenyce was AMAZING and absolutely nailed it! They also helped guide me for further customizing my gown. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

After a terrible experience at Davids Bridal, I went to Bacio Bacio which was recommended to me by a friend. Upon entering the store, I knew this would be the place Id find my dress. It is a cutely decorated boutique with the most beautiful selection of bridal dresses. Although the dress I bought for my wedding caught my attention immediately, I tried on several dresses and really liked them all. The staff was fabulous!!! Deborah helped me try on each and every dress I picked out with such patience (even when I knew which one Id probably end up buying but saved it for last to try on) and she really made my experience fun and memorable. I brought around 10 people with me and the staff accommodated everyone with no issues. Truly recommend this store!!!

I have had such a wonderful experience working with Bacio Bacio. I had been to 5 other bridal shops and none compared the amazing customer service and bridal gown selections Bacio Bacio has to offer. Lenyce made me feel so at ease through the process and never once did I feel rushed or pressured into choosing a gown. I was so excited to buy my gown from them and would highly recommend them to everyone!

I had a fantastic experience at Bacio Bacio Bridal. I came in with my mom in December after months of dress shopping. A lot of other experiences, I felt pressured to like something. Deborah was so great to work with - no pressure and lots of support of understanding what its like to shop for a wedding dress. Out of any store, I felt that had the most variety - all of which felt and looked very high quality. I think I tried on like 12-15 dresses and liked a lot of them!I ended up picking out a dress and having some second thoughts on the color. I worked with Olga, their in-house seamstress, who ended up ordering fabric from the dress company and ultimately changing the bodice color underneath the lace. Not only did the dress come out better than I imagined, she was also incredibly easy to work with and understanding. They were very clear about appointments, expectations, and pricing (which was very fair not to mention).Im getting married in September and will load photos after! Thank you Deborah, Olga, and the rest of the Bacio Bridal Team for such a nice experience!

My friend recommended Bacio Bacio, I I had gone to 3 bridal places before and had tried on 15 dresses before coming here. Deborah was my consultant. She was very sweet and very helpful. I knew I wanted a ball gown but wasn’t sure about the rest. She pulled out a few different styles for me to try on. My fifth dress was the one. I love my dress. Everyone was so wonderful. I never felt pressured or rushed. I highly recommend this place to any bride looking for their dream gown! I chose to use their seamstress, they were wonderful too. I picked up my dress today. I can’t wait to wear my dream dress for my wedding this weekend!!

Extremely Disappointing and Heartbreaking!! My daughter ordered her wedding dress here and it has been nothing but a nightmare of an experience. Now she is a week away from her wedding and the dress is not what she wanted and her dream wedding is an epic failure thanks to this store. The dress she tried on at the store did not reflect being a mermaid dress yet when they ordered the dress she was in between a size 4 and 6 and the store should have aired on the side of caution and ordered the bigger size but they didnt and the dress was too tight and now looked like a mermaid dress. Despite my daughter crying her eyes out and expressing to them that the dress was NOT at all what she wanted, they insisted that the dress looked great on her. This pushy technique made her feel extremely uncomfortable. At the second dress fitting the seamstress said she could give her the look she wanted and add fabric to the dress to remove the mermaid look, but despite her best efforts it was still very much a mermaid dress. I cant understand how a store who does this professionally can make such a grave mistake. My daughter made it VERY clear from the first time we were there that she HATED the mermaid dress and did not want that, but that is exactly what she ended up with. As a mom this breaks my heart that she will have this horrible memory everytime she looks at her pictures. Shame on all of you who were so pushy with my daughter.

So let me tell you about this AMAZING bridal boutique! I went in to purchase the dress of my dreams in November when I got engaged. Shortly after my husband was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma and we had to unfortunately cancel our October wedding. When I called to tell them my unfortunate news these ladies took the step to make it happen to make sure I got my dress for when our special day would take place.....whenever that would be. Thank you Bacio Bacio for making all my dreams come true. The absolute gratitude that I have for each of you is indescribable.

I never post reviews but I had to because my experience was so perfect. Kim is absolutely amazing. My maid of honor & I were so impressed with how well she handled every request I had. She made wedding dress shopping painless and exactly the way I had always dreamed of. I cannot recommend Bacio Bacio Bridal & Kim as a consultant enough!

I truly had one of the best experiences of my life trying on wedding dresses with Deborah, who is just wonderful in every way. The store is gorgeous, the dresses even more so. It has the feel of an upscale boutique, (well, it is an upscale boutique), but they are more than accommodating to brides on a budget. I never felt limited or embarrassed by my low budget, and we tried on an array of dresses. Many of their dresses are in fact, extremely affordable, but look like a million bucks, literally. Deborah made me feel like a princess and did everything she could to make sure I got my dream dress. The employees are fun, professional, sweet, and helpful. The atmosphere is perfect. I would highly recommend Bacio Bacio to anyone.

Loved my experience at Bacio Bacio. I got out of work early and recently got engaged barely a week now. I was a walk-in with no appointment and this was the first bridal shop I stopped in and only 4 dresses in .. I found the one! The dress was not even picked by me.. Sana picked it out.Sana created such an awesome environment, she paid attention to my preferences and I truly felt special. I came back after a couple of hours with my best friend so that she can see the dress on me.. I bought the dress that same day!! Im so happy and would highly recommend this bridal shop.. My dress shopping was effortless!!

I had an amazing experience at Bacio Bacio. The other bridal salons simply do not compare, I am so glad I found this one so close to home and they had the designer gown I was looking for! I was helped by Jackie, a wonderful and very patient associate. She really cares about her brides and will bring out dress after dress until you find the one.

I had a great experience trying to find my perfect dress at Bacio Bacio. The salon and selection are beautiful! The ladies were helpful without being pushy, and I didnt feel pressured to buy like at some other shops. I live out of state and had to fly home the next morning with my dress I purchased off the rack, and they made every arrangement to make that possible. I had a very short time frame and they were able to accommodate it. I wasnt able to have my alterations done at the salon, but Ive heard such great recommendations about the alteration department. Great experience =)

I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service I received here. Not only do they have a beautiful shop with beautiful dresses, they treated me so well. I walked in thinking theres no way a place like THIS is going to have a dress for me under $700, however, they did find an absolutely beautiful dress for me in my price range. There were two women helping me, and they assured me that theyd work with me on the price, which they did because they found a beautiful dress for $700! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a dress! They have many beautiful/unique styles to chose from.

Our bridal party came to this boutique looking for bridesmaid dresses and found the perfect one. Deborah did a great job helping us out and sized each of us, recording everything along the way. Because two of the bridesmaids were unable to join us, we put off ordering the dresses until they were able to make a trip to see it and try it on. Well, I just called to make an appointment to come in to double check my measurements and order my dress. Somehow, all of our information was LOST! Im sorry, but how do you lose your clients information?! The lady I spoke to on phone was so rude and kept repeating there was no file under the brides name. Come to find out the dress we wanted, they are no longer carrying! Guess they couldnt contact us to let us know because they lost all of our info. Definitely no way to run a business. We are just relieved we hadnt put any money down on the tux order or the bridesmaid dresses as we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I highly recommend Bacio Bacio. I was a discouraged bride because many shops did not carry the style I wanted. Erica at Bacio Bacio told me not to worry, they can create the dress I was searching for. Their seamstress can take your vision and make it a reality. To be specific they can add lace where there is none, create a deeper sweetheart V neckline, make lace long sleeves, and much more. Erica was able to create the dress I described and kept it in my budget.

My sister got engaged at Christmas time. We actually went to the Plaza for Johnsons cakes and the flower shop..but stopped in the bridal shop really quick.. my mom sister and I were greeted several times and they were super busy since it was a Saturday and we had no appointment.. Barbara was absolutely fabulous.. was very patient and helpful and we even picked out a top contender for the brides dress!! Thank you!

Hands down the nicest, most welcoming bridal store in Florida! I went to many stores from Miami all the way to Orlando and Bacio Bacio was the most sincere, friendly store we visited. I recommend this business to all my friends!

The assistant measured my daughters for flower girls dresses and ordered the wrong size. She ordered a size 6 for my tall 11 y.o. Needless to say it was too small and short. When the dress arrived they would not return the dress for an appropriate size instead they wanted me to pay for alterations. Really? These are dresses that they were measured for. They should consider bust size does not need to be tight on an empire waist dress as opposed to a strapless dress. These are supposed wedding dress professionals. I am thoroughly disappointed.

I purchased my gown from Bacio Bacio after going to numerous stores from WPB-Ft. Lauderdale & trying on dozens of gowns. The dresses were exceptional & the customer service was beyond wonderful! I absolutely adore Lenyce & Deborah who made my experience unforgettable! They helped me find my dream dress and were such a pleasure to work with until my actual wedding day. The store is simply gorgeous & I especially love how all the dresses are on display NOT in plastic & you are allowed to browse at your leisure and try on as many as you like with or without an appointment even though it is preferred & encouraged but they do make time for walk-ins as well. I even found a stylist for my hair (for the big day) who was an employee at the time and she did an incredible job! I have stayed in touch with the staff since my wedding and they have now met my baby girl too! :) Thanks Bacio Bacio for being a top notch bridal boutique! I own a photography business and have worked professionally with Bacio Bacio for a while now and I refer ALL of my brides to them because you cannot find another bridal botique in South Florida that compares. I am getting married next year and not only am I working with Bacio Bacio to help me find my dream gown, but they will also help my fiancé.
