I love to buy from this place but they need to stock up on items in the store in certain areas other than that the service is good👍

Greeter was unkind and only one lady was someone trying to be helpful but really wasnt she went to check for a electric cart said there was one but she dont know how to drive it, I walked with all my might to that side and the guy greeter there said she never asked me he was kind .. he at least tried to look in the parking lot to see if there were any... hot the cute bowtie greeter watched me walk way in the back of buggy return and get on a cart and turn it on and continues to watch as I begin to drive it and told me to put it back it does not work... but I was driving it... but he made me put it back... I asked for his assistance to see if there were some at the other entrance he said there r none they r out. When I finally got to the other entrance cause the lady told me yes there was one and there wasnt the nicer man asked bow tie guy if there had been any turned in and he said meanly, no carts!. Walmarts need an abundance of these things. And they all should b in working order weather in ohio, wv or any other area. I wont go back this walmart . I left with out buying cause I couldnt get thru the store

It was terrible. Found this on the floor. There was a total of 4 3 were 3 years expired and then the other was SEVEN WHOLE YEARS EXPIRED! And the lady I told she was new so she didnt really know what to do. So she took the 4 went to someone hire up. And the lady literally said. Um ok. This isnt my problem and just threw them down! Its scary to think what else is expired! The green at the top IS MOLD.. SO GROSS

Pretty good place to shop. The only down fall I had with them was customer service related. Also spend over 1000 a month there and always get treated like everyone there is stealing. They need to up there security not waste my time at dam door.

Was a good shopping day. First time in couple months. When was done had to wait in line again for checkout. Then this nice lady called for more cashiers.I dont want to check myself out. Thats what they are paid for.

Not sure what is going on with this Walmart anymore but it is pathetic! WHY IS NOTHING IN STOCK!?!?! Literal large sections of empty shelves. I have gone 5 times in the last week to look for a specific item, something I buy very often so its not something odd and it has not been srocked for at least a week and a half. In fact the cooler it usually sits in is almost completely empty. Why!?!? And that is not the only place that is empty in this store. On a good day, you can never get your entire list in one trip but now....dont even bother!! Get your stuff together Weirton Walmart!!! Its gettting really old!

Tv fell and there were 10+ employees smoking sitting/standing there. It was heavy. They seen me struggling.... Nobody would help me. I have MS its hard to do certain things. Anyway, as they sat there, some laughing.... I was told in a rude loud voice that they arent allowed to help. Its company policy! What a joke. Now Im stuck with a cracked screen tv,... Thanks Walmart!

Never really have an issue with Walmart one-stop-shop whether we need to pick up milk bread or batteries whatever the case maybe Walmart has it thats why I like to shop there

Worst WalMart ever. Nothing is ever in stock. What is in stock is in such disarray its comical. Cant even keep Iced Coffee and creamer in stock but yet dedicate one whole section for each. Never more than 3 lanes with cashiers open. If I have to self checkout, than there should be a discount. When I do get a cashier, they ask if I found everything, I respond no and that is the end of the conversation??? Why even ask. They cant even keep their own gray grocery bags in stock.

Well theres 20 cash register lines and only 2 open. Theres usually 3-7 or more waiting in these 2 lines with their buggies completely full. I did give 3 stars because Im usually able to get thru the express lanes quickly

Just your average walmart overall. I will say out of all the walmarts I go to regularly (3 or 4) the employees at this location are definitely more helpful and very friendly. Ive been starting to use this specific walmart for this reason.

Im disabled and the only electric shopping cart available had a dead battery,though the staff was very helpful I was unable to do my shopping because by the time they found me a cart my ride had came back as I sat up front on a cart with a dead battery for over 30 mins and I had to leave

Walmart lost a long time customer today! I am a 40+ woman and was treated like a criminal walking out of the store today. I was stopped to have my receipt checked. I had 5 other Walmart bags in my cart so it was apparent I had just been checked out. Insulting, I will never shop there again!

It was awful. Lots of bare shelves...all the self check are credit cards only. Lots of ridiculous stuff going on. Walmart should be for Americans not playing into the Government garbage going on.

I live in Wintersville, OH, but I shop at the Walmart in Weirton. I do this because I have never had a positive experience at the Steubenville store.

A lot of stuff to choose from and they usually have prices on decent things which everybody knows about Wally world lol.

Has almost everything I need, I can go to one place and pretty much get anything and everything in one stop. Employees are helpful especially the kid that hooked me up with my new phone around Christmas time. He made my evening ❤. Helped set it up, put screen on it and was able to answer all questions we had. Thank you . I wish I remembered his name 😔 I would give him props bc he needs a definite promotion or raise there bx hes the only person who has been knowledgeable about what he was selling and able to answer and explain everything we asked.

Basically only have 2 places too get groceries and kroger doesnt have all the items walmart does and they have limited us and they know it . The store could have more than one register open in the morning . They are making your shopping experience very unpleasurable

I went here in search of food items and a toaster. I was unable to locate the aisle with said toaster using my own navigational abilities due to Walmart and there blatant refusal to build any two stores with the same layout. I happened upon one of Walmarts finest during my hunt for the illusive browning machine, alas my prayers had been answered!! Not so fast, a quest of the nature cannot end so easily. I inquired of highly trained individual in the blue drapery where one might adopt an orphaned bread warming machine that surely would want a forever home with a family that would love it and feed it all the crumbs its little heaters would ever desire. Awaiting some type of riddle to solve, or perhaps even a requested sacrifice to make in order to aquire this magical device that turns ordinary bread into stale bread, I was instead greeted with a blank stare and silence. Drat!! Ive stumbled upon a deaf mute and the one time I dont have my trusty book How to mime to Walmart employees (pocket edition) I try one last time to communicate with the being by asking if theres a manager available. Still no words but to my amazement she walks over to a phone and calls to the heavens for a manager. Glad to see my healing powers to restore voices and hearing are still working. The manager finally walked with me down the blue brick road to protect me from the witch that steals the power to communicate, and behold I now how my very own toaster. This entire quest took about 25 minutes. Someone should do something about that voice and hearing stealing witch though.

Most self check out is cards and only a couple registers opened by a cashier. This walmart is starting to be a pain because they have self check out mostly cards only instead of cards and cash. Im going to take my business elsewhere.

Good Walmart good selection, suprised the had exact wiring harness I needed for my car stereo. just upsetting that it always seems to have only one checkout lane open. if I am buying multiple cart fulls of groceries for a family for a week I dont want to have to scan everything myself on those tiny stands. theres not enough room on the self checkouts to put your items in bags while scanning, so you either have to buy less stuff or wait in the horribly long line and punish the one poor cashier that works the single open register. In the sense of checking out it is horrible for customers. Going to try to find somewhere else to get groceries.

Prices are a bit high but overall a good place to get food and basic everyday essentials! Staff could be a little warmer.

This place is huge, clean, pretty organized for the most part. Staff seems a little lost at times when you would ask for certain items.

I was in and out real quick.

Was ok. But had my 2 little chiwawas in the buggy they dont bark they just lay down we take them everywhere. And dumb lady said are they service dogs for future reference they need leash and on the ground. Ate they really bothering anyone.

I bought 3 hyper tough weed eaters and they all lasted about 2 times of use. I made sure I saved the receipt on the last one and returned it for a new one the lady at the service center said I cant touch it unless its gasoline free its against the law i told her I cleaned the gas out. same thing it lasted 1 use. I was in Walmart a week ago and seen a black max weed eater on clearance so I bought it. When I opened the box no instructions no handle or no guard also filled to the brim with gasoline. I called and talked to Jackie and they said i cant even exchange it for the same one I would have to pay the difference even with a receipt. So they literally risk my life on a item that could have blown up and cant even exchange it. Then corporate tells me its up to the store and for me to call the manufacturer. The manufacturer has nothing to do with Walmarts negligence.

In and out. No overnight parking but theres a Walmart in west virginia thats 20 minutes away

Clean, new-ish Walmart. I prefer this one to the one in Steubenville and I live equidistant to both. Staff and patrons are friendly. The one in Steubenville feels a little dark and heavy for some reason. Most of the complaints are complaints anyone could have about any Walmart. I’m not actually a big Walmart fan, but I find this one pleasant enough compared to others.

My daughter actually did her big shopping here. It was good.

Was looking for something specific. Checked the app and it said that what I wanted was at this location. I went there to get my item and the store did not have it. So was disappointed.

There is good positive ju ju in this store from the people that work here based on my several visits. Hugh place, it seems like the RV supplies is smaller then Ive seen in other Wal-Mart, but i did manage to find the water pressure regulator and sewer drain hose and the thing you set it on the ground, as well as a water pressure regular and water hose and RV TP. so they had everything i needed even though it seems like a reduced selection in RV supplies. I Love Wal-Mart is still the bottom line.

Poor customer service! Waited for help 30 mind or more at electronics for a laptop just to be told they were outta stock. CS saw us standing there and did not acknowledge our presence, had to ask for assistance to be told that

It was great that there was a cashier to check me out. I dont mind going to shelf check out if I only have a few things. But, with a buggy full it was nice to have a person there.

One check out lane on my visit with a long line and went to self checkout and the assistant checked my stuff out. Wish they would go back. I like dealing with the people.

The one stop shop within 25 minutes is the airport. Lower taxes than PA with food, sins, and toys all under one roof. Always has product as its serviced by a different DC than others.

Convenient to home but they really need to get up on their electric carts they always seem to be broke down left outside in the rain and needing charged

I like that they honor their online prices in store, so if they have the item in store you dont have to wait for it to be shipped if its something you want immediately.

Best stocked Walmart around the location. So pleasant and amazing customer service. I started going here so often now. I was using Kroger over the Walmart for a while. I find more stock over here and best place to find everything including clothes, kitchenware.

The Vision center staff is friendly and make sure you are taking care of properly. Given lots of choices and did not feel pressured.

Definitely a love hate for me and Walmart. This store is usually pretty good. Only complaint I have is whoever setup the personal needs section needs to try again. It is a pain in the rear to find what you need. Other than that no complaints.

I love the store in particular. It is clean, stocked well and easy to get around. Customer service is absolutely useless and made it clear zero assistance was warranted from them to myself regarding assistance on payments with Debit Gift Cards.

Really wish they could have more employees instead of relying on self check out and having one lane open instead.

Customers Service has 100% Increased since the Covid19 Pandemic Started. They have a lot more staff members working. More cashiers working the check out lines. Before you Proceed to Enter the Store, there is an Employee outside the doors to offer you a Disposable Face Mask if you dont have one, or simply forgot yours at home. There are several Hamd Sanitizer Stations. I have personally witnessed the Employees that are working the Self-Checkout Stations wipe down and Completely Sanitize each Terminal as soon as each Customer is Done and Completed their Transaction(s)

The wierton walmart is terrible. The management needs to be changed or something. Went their 2 days in a row. Dairy wasnt stocked. Open the door their was all kinds of milk back their. No creamer for coffee. Not to mention other shelves in the store. They need to hire more people for third shift. An for get about their stocking times an give a full crew on third shift an during the day time to make sure the shelves are fully stocked.No matter what it takes. Quit worrying so much about the bottom line. Make sure stuff is on the shelves an the bottom line will take care of itself.
