It was not a good trip to best buy. I was needing help in the computers and looked for help. There was also another women and a couple. We walked around looking for ANYONE to help us, I finally yelled out help is needed in computers. We all stood there for another 5 minutes and still no one, I decide to leave and a young guy walks up to me and asks if I was the one who needs help to which I replied not now Im leaving, but theres several others back there waiting, to which he replied Im sorry... no kidding. And he walked back up front. This is my second trip to that store this year the first one was to buy a washer and dryer and refrigorator, and got no help and this time to buy a computer. They allowed at least $3500 to walk out the first time and $700 out this time. I wonder if corporate knows how much business walks back out the door because no one working there will wait on customers.

Typical Best Buy experience, reps werent very knowledgeable on products (had a guest ask about Oculus Quest 2 usage) and I ended up answering them.Have a online pickup order and it wasnt ready, though I wont hold that against them.

Went to purchase a ph case & protector for my Samsung Z Fold. When I asked the guy of he could assist in putting on the screen protector he said there would be a 8.00 charge!! I was shocked because I have been buying them at BB for a while and never have I been charged a fee. So I walked up to the check put counter and paid and asked the other cashier if he could help putting it on and he did with out charging me.

The guy who helped us was great. However best buy uses lonestar overnight to do their shipping… we ordered in store on 8/28/2021…. It was supposed to be delivered Tuesday 8/31….. it is now Thursday 9/9 and lonestar has lost our package, no clue where it is. If you look up lonestar overnight reviews, they have 350+ ONE STAR REVIEWS for this very reason!!! The guy who helped us place our order said he passes along complaints on this issue all the time, Bc it happens OFTEN…. So WHY is Best Buy still using them?!

We bought a ton of stuff from BBY over the years. And, we do like the fact that we still have brick&mortar electronics stores are around. But, with that said, the skillset level and the product awareness of the store associates has deteriorated. Even the so called, product line experts seem to be non-trained for their line of products. I hope BBY provides ways for associates to learn about the products they are selling.

Bought an open box tv. Was supposedly only missing the remote. Got it home and no power cord. So o called the store, got connected to the store and they put me on hold for over 45 minutes. I used another phone to call them and got the answering service. Told me too bad and they don’t have power cords. Returning the tv and will never shop at this store again. It’s been nothing but problems with the last 3 purchases.

I ordered what I needed online. Got the text it was ready and then let them know I was there through the app. I parked in the spots designated for online shopping and they brought out my package and placed it in my trunk. So easy! I love this kind of shopping!

Many employees walking around but the only ones that offer any assistance or even make eye contact are at the front door. I had to get someone at the customer service counter that handles returns to get someone to get a smart watch for me from the back of the store. However, that person couldnt properly answer my questions about the product. I bought it anyway because of the return policy if I didnt like it I could return it.

Dear Best Buy,You owe me my product. We purchased a fridge months ago. Scheduled it to be delivered. You attempted to show up 2 hours early, and then a half hour early before our scheduled time for it to be delivered. Then when it came time you no longer answer the phone and deny even the distribution center calls. So whatever we rescheduled for later in the week right, just played the game. You called me earlier in the day to confirm the appointment. So get this....they email me AFTER business hours saying that they can’t deliver due to inclement weather. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE SUNNY AND 60. Get me my product. Or we can just file a civil suit.Hey Best Buy, you better respond to this and get this straight. Have a good rest of your week.-Sincerely a customer who will make a point to damage your reputation via personal experience.

Asked a question at front door. Great customer service instead of just an answer the gentleman and the door went down to the display band showed us the options available. Took a few minutes of his time. We were in and out with the item we needed quickly.Take the time and pick up your next purchase instead of ordering online. A gentleman by the name of Taylor assisted my wife and myself in swapping out screen protectors. While doing so, he noticed my screen had actually spider webbed all the way across, it was indeed not the screen protector. He was very prompt and educated on his products and pricing, he had us in and out in no time. He set me up with a new blue iPhone mini, phone case and, of course, a screen protector. I will for sure be using this store again. Everyone in there was very polite and inviting. Thanks again Taylor and the Weatherford, Tx Best Buy Team!!

I will never purchase anything from this store again. On 05/21/21 I decided I was going to treat myself to a new tv. I spent $1,470.02 on a 75” LG smart TV. I had a salesman helping me and directed me to a “open box” tv that he assured me was a good quality tv. I paid for it, and although they recommended the free delivery, I opted to take it home myself, which they then loaded it onto my daughters truck for me. When I got home and took it out of the box it had a crack in the screen and would not turn on. I immediately put it back in the box and returned it to the store. It was in my possession for maybe 30-40 minutes. The manager at the weatherford store accused me of breaking it and would not refund or even exchange it for a new one. I am now out $1,470.02 and have no tv. I do not recommend buying a tv here, they obviously do not care about their customers and do not stand behind their products.

Looking for additional cameras for a Lorex home security system they sell. Found cameras tht would work but could not find an addition power source for them. Nor could I locate anyone tht knew where they were other than order online. Come on people, if you sell the product sell the common accessories. You dont go buy a car and drive it home without the tires, fuel and battery. Same thing here.

I tried using the online order and pick up at the store process. I will have to say it went off without a hitch. From the time i checked in until the time they brought it out was less than 5 minutes. I would say the only negative was the person who brought out the items clearly was having a bad day and willing to show it. Still gave the visit a 5 star rating because we have all been there.

Raleigh was more than mindful of my needs after telling her once. She guided me along at my pace with no condescending tones or any hints that she was in any hurry. Its not their job to teach you but, sometimes when purchasing 2k worth of goods, its nice to get that extra support you need to maneuver through all the options. She has been more than helpful.

I went to the Best Buy in Weatherford Texas to purchase a MacBook there was a lady there prior to me. In the meantime two other customers had walked up to the Apple area. An associate came and helped everybody and when it was my turn he started walking away and I called him back I said sir I needed some assistance with purchasing a MacBook and he said I am busy and I said you know what I will take my money elsewhere! Worst store ever!

Typically I do not like to leave bad reviews, as I never want to be seen as a Karen, but I am currently on hold with the Weatherford Best Buy for the second time today.First off, no one ever answers the phone. This morning I was on hold for 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up the phone, and now for the second time today, Im still on hold currently at 19 minutes.I ordered something about a week ago on the app, and I was told I could pick it up today. I live out of town, so I came into town thinking my order would be ready (like I was told) and I never could get someone on the phone to ask an estimated time it would be available to pick up today. I managed to make it all the way to the store and talk to the super nice girl at the curbside pick-up, and STILL no one picked up the phone.I finally got a text message about 20 minutes ago with an update on my order, letting me know that my order has been delayed, and they would email me in a few days letting me know when I could pick it up. I was looking forward to having this item tonight, and youd think that after I paid $130 for one item and shipping that someone could pick up the phone.

My wifes phone stopped working, so I stopped in to get a replacement. My plan is with Verizon, but the Best Buy staff were able to help me. Robert M. helped me find the correct phone based on our needs. He made sure I understood what we were getting as well as why it was the right fit. He spent even more time, downloading and setting up the phone so I was able to take it to her at work... sort of an early Christmas present.I also needed to buy a photo scanner. Johnny B. reviewed each of the options with me, again ensuring I properly understood the pros and cons of each unit.Both of these gentleman deserve kudos for their professionalism. Also I have to offer my props to the management as well. They obviously are trying to instill this. Good job guys.

You carry a laptop and to get looked at actually have a program installed for printing.Best Buy cant look at it without you making an appointment.Took at the Staples, they looked right at it, told me how long it would take to install a program then picked it up the next day Best Buy wouldnt do that.

To whom it may concern,On October 23, 2020 I visited your, Lake Worth, Texas store. I was looking for a computer upgrade. I had lost my job due to COVID shut downs and got hired by a company that sets up insurance benefits and work from home. But my computer didnt meet the requirements. I start on Thursday so I needed a new computer quick.It has been an agonizing decision due to several things... computer features, cost of computers, and availability.I did find a laptop I really liked but it was out of stock even at warehouse. An HP Envy with 17 screen (I dont understand why a demo is left on display if you cant buy itor order it.) This location desperately needs stock, none of the computers I wanted were instock.This may sound like Im an upset customer at this point but nothing could be further than the truth. I am very aware of how hard it is to get merchandise right now especially from China.But I want to tell you about Raven ( associate who helped me on Thursday), Michael and especially Cory (Associates that helped me on Friday) They were all amazing. They helped me go back and forth thru the features and benefits.I was being helped by Michael when I had to step away from store to think. My husband suggested an all in one because the screen was big. I was overwhelmed to the point of tears having to make a decision so quickly and without the due diligence of research and by all the choices but they didnt meet my specific criteria or were not in stock.When I returned Cory helped to weigh the benefits and features to finally make a decision on an all in one computer. Again, not in stock but at least I can get it next day. And we got a service plan.They were all great at explaining everything, all the features and advantages and they were very patient and understanding. Wow. I have never had anything but good things to say about Best Buy. Their staff is usually extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Post COVID though...terrible! I approached the door to ask if the store was open. I am searching for a new computer and simply wanted to do some comparison shopping. Looking online doesnt work for me. I need 3 dimensions and side by side comparison.When I asked if the store was open, I was told yes, by appointment. Now please understand that I live in a county that is up to 75% occupancy, so there is no reason for stores not to be open. He said that I could have an appointment right now though, so that made me happy.However instead of letting me into the store to compare the Macs, he proceeded to ask me umpteen questions about what specifically I was looking for, model number, and on and on. It is 105 degrees outside!! And this dude is asking me questions that I dont have answers to....thus the REASON I am at the store in the first place. Needless to say, I will spend my grand somewhere else. SOOOOO disappointed in you Best Buy. Shame on you!

Very unfortunate experience. Called this Best Buy with an online order that I needed that sale day. They had 3 of the item in stock and I was prepared to drive two hours to their location to pick it up, but would arrive 15 minutes after 6Pm. Management was unwilling to fulfill the curbside order 15 minutes after their close time for a $1200 order. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

ALWAYS Helpful. Being of the baby boomer generation, I didnt grow up with a smart phone in my hand so I often struggle with todays technology. But I know I can count on the the crew at Best Buy to steer me in the right direction. The curb serving spoiled me! If you have the left foot healing from a break, severe sprain, & doing rehab AND just 10 days ago had right foot surgery, got my stitches out today, AND got steroid injections in the right hand for 3 trigger fingers and RA...WHO WOULDNT LOVE HAVING CURB SERVICE.
