My experience with this store has been exceptional. The Managers, Abraham and Adam are great to work with. Everyone is helpful and willing to help trouble shoot issues in the field. Sometimes they dont have enough help on the weekends, but that seems to be the case in many places.

The Sherwin-Williams in Waynesville, NC was great and I expected nothing less. The person who helped me was very courteous and informative.

You get personalized service from their knowledgeable staff. We were able to complete our kitchen project how we dreamed because of the help from Adam and Phil ((?) master stain mixer.) I never knew you could have colored stain custom mixed!

Not a wide selection, and the sales clerk was not the least bit helpful. Actually told me to go down the street to get the color of paint I wanted. No problem, I work hard for my money and will gladly spend it with the business that make me fill glad I came in..

The guys were very friendly and helpful! Definitely pleased with how honest and helpful they were! And the paint and supplies were reasonably priced.

Im sorry if I dont get the name right, Carrie???She was amazing, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I will definitely be back. I am in the process of painting my house (exterior) and needed a paint match, after making multiple trips to Lowes and was told the paint i chose was being discontinued, I decided to give Sherman Williams a try. I was very impressed.

I have nothing but great things to say about Sherwin Williams store. The reason for my post is partly do to a fake profile set up on google in my name giving Sherwin Williams a 2 star review. They are the best in customers service and their paint is the highest quality. I thank you all at the Sherwin store for your customer service and many friendships built of the years!God Bless you all!

There is always plenty of workers to assist when needed. Also they have a wonderful selection of painting supplies also. The paint selection is easy and color coordinated. various lighting conditions help to see the color in different light situations and a wonderful cup of coffee to relax while making your selection or payment.

Very friendly and helpful staff even though I had to wait 5 days for the right base to be available. But, the store associate made sure to have the colors I needed mixed and waiting for me as soon as the stock arrived. I also received a return phone call to tell me everything was ready. Be sure to sign-up for sale coupons!

I didnt hate it. Customer service was weird and sales person didnt quite know his stuff. Ordered online instead.

I had great service from Parker. He explained why I needed a primer for under the trim paint I wanted.the first time I came in, He didnt push me into purchasing it when I said I need to talk it over with my husband first. The second time I came in, I could only get the primer, he needed to go to Brevard to get the red tint for the trim paint. And if he didnt get it in time for the 30% off, I could still get the discount. And he called to let me know the paint was ready for me.

Very poor customer service experience. (We were the only customers in the store the whole time we were there) Unattentiveness and avoidance from both employees. Steered towards supply products that didn’t compliment each other. Neither employee could answer specific technical questions regarding paint tints, lighting, color matching or general paint options other than pointing to sample displays and saying “It’s all just a matter of what people like.” Both employees took every opportunity to sneak back into office to sit and talk. Had to ask several times for assistance. They had the paint I picked out and got it mixed and ready quickly. That’s the only reason for a second star. SW paint is great and I’ve bought tons of it but this was my first and last trip to the Waynesville store. I’ll go to either of the Asheville locations. They’re usually slammed but I’m happy to wait for knowledgeable and helpful employees.
