The print shop team is amazing! Special shout out to Jack and Nina for all their help in remedying a dark, grainy Christmas card I had printed. They went above and beyond and their commitment to customer service is truly appreciated! Its not often you find people working in customer service who are so helpful, understanding, and kind.

If you are ever using print services, please make sure that you call ahead to ensure that the order is ready, even if you have the order confirmation.I submitted an order 6 days ago (100 copies) & it was not ready. I was instructed to return 15 minutes later. I returned 30 minutes later & was told 5-10 more minutes.This is the second time that this has happened.

The staffs willingness to help is why I keep returning here.Theres a big box electronics chain near the local Walmart I often check-in with for purchases, but their phone tree and staff is - to put it mildly - unhelpful. So I wind up back at this Staples - again and again.The difference is service. The other chains could learn a thing or two when it comes to customer experience.

I come to this place several times a month. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Dustin took time with me to find the perfect printer and make sure I had all i needed and carried the large item for me. Once purchased Zack carried and loaded it safely in my car. I love all the staff here and they answer all my questions with a smiling face. Love the keep up with the technology and trends for the fast paced world.. See ya soon!!!

Big selection of your office type of things from chairs to pens. Have almost anything for an office setting. Knowledgeable and friendly service.

Staff is very helpful. I can usually find what I need here. The prices are good based on the market. I can buy here without having to look on Amazon for every item.

Even thou their prices are higher than Walmart at least they usually have whatever Im looking for and its in stock. Get all my print/copy needs here. UPS location also - very convenient! Staff is always very helpful!

Best Office Supply and printing house in NC west of Asheville (maybe even the whole state)! We use their printing a lot and they make sure we are happy with the prints. We had a great banner made there at a very reasonable price. We also buy ink cartridges and other supplies. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Print shop. I have worked in copy and print departs myself so I know the job very well. The woman said she had a lot of jobs backed up and I told them I needed a quick print of a single document. She refused to take my job and sent me to the extremely slow and problematic self-service printer. It would have taken her 1 MINUTE to help me and send me on her way. Instead she watched me fight with the print for 10 MINUTES and she took the time to help other customers with their jobs. All were walk-ins.If someone expressed they were in a hurry I would have been far more helpful than this employee was to me. It is incredibly disrespectful to disregard a customers need. The job was small and passive; Express job.

Staples has a matching price policy, even with Amazon. They have a good selection of things I use. Printer ink is one of them

Im sorry that you guys choose to not continuing to carry what you use to and by raising the prices on other items I needed by 30%. I came with reasonable expectations, and my trip was a waste of time. I should have ordered online as your store has no advantage of being brick and mortar. I ended up loosing money by coming because I can never get this time back.

Photo dept couldnt take 2 mins out of their day to print 1 sheet of paper, and the staff acted like they could care less to help me find what I needed. Ill remember to save myself the frustration and shop Amazon next time.

The printing services here is really BAD. They charge .30 for using their computer to print. I only used for 2 mins and they charged me $1.00 on my card. The person worms there didnt even seem like they want to help. They charge $.99 for color page and Im sure you can go to some other place which charge you less and nicer customer service.Very rude and have a worse customer service ever!
