The staff are always very friendly, and prices are as expected and reasonable. As with any GameStop, trading in things here isnt really worth it, but thats not something an individual store can change on their own. The store itself is always clean and comfortable to walk into, and they almost always have the games/consoles Im looking for.

Staff is usually friendly and lots of stock on hand but prices for used games is just insane.

If I could give negative stars I would. Stand in line outside all morning for a PS5 pre order then he walks outside and says that he only has six consoles available for pre-order. I hope they do go bankrupt! I know Ill never spend another penny with them ever again.!.!.!

Great prices, I was going to order a game straight off Microsoft for my xbox. Went to gamestop first and they had it $20 cheaper, and it was a brand new game.

Very honest & honorable staff. I couldnt find what my son wanted so they ordered it and explained the fundamentals to me. It was all worth it to see that grin on my childs face when it finally came in. I appreciate all yall do!!

Staff was great! Super helpful and transparent about the games we were going to purchase. They even caught a mistake we had made in grabbing DLC instead of the actual game. In the end, we didnt actually purchase anything, but the staff was great and super nice, and the shop was well stocked (besides on Switch games, which I totally get given the popularity of the system at the moment and the fact that this review is 2 days after the Christmas rush)

The people who work here are generally nice and helpful. They can give you tips on upcoming games most of the time and they have a TV with current news with gaming. They have a wide selection on Videogames and consoles from pre-owned too new.

Good deals overall to be had there on their used products. Just make sure you get the warranty on any consoles. Picked an Xbox one during the Christmas sale and it lasted a week of playing it after Christmas. 2nd console was dead out of the box.

Normally the staff is great. Today around 12:30 I went in and waited over 30 minutes standing at the counter while the clerk stood around and chatted with a customer and totally ignored me. I was going to buy a new game for a nintendo switch and a few other items. I finally walked out.

Cody is an awesome and informative employee who somehow always gets me to buy more than what I came in for lol. The customer service he provides alone is the reason why I keep coming back and spending the amount I do. This place is well-stocked, organized, clean, and while it is smaller than other locations, Ive never not found what Ive been looking for and/or not been able to get it shipped from another location. Great location! I havent been in a while but those guys and gals do a good job of keeping the store clean and stocked. Employees are usually and gamers and are a great resource of info and news for the company.

For my local store to have a 3 day sale on a holiday weekend to not even be open those 3 days how can u have a sale and not even be open to serve costumer needed a PS4 controller and no lacal store has instock but GameStop and they are not open no wonder this pl5is on the brenk of going out of business

Always friendly and great staff that will help you out with whatever you may need.

Pricing was different in store than on the website for console bundles. Store was a little congested with the holidays right around the corner. If it were busier, I would not have been able to move from 1 area to the next. Good sales going on for the holidays.

Most likely will never go here again. Lots of games, but prices are not very good at all. Clearly the business model is failing, and the employees need some lessons in customer relations vs. Im in charge and you must do as I say. Dont stand in line at the wrong place, even if youre about to make a purchase, because it will make the guy behind the register think that he needs to order you to move like youre a 5 year old kid that needs to be told how to blow his nose. Ridiculous.

This experience wasnt bad. I bought a pre owned copy of Dead Cells for Switch and it works. Be cautious with Game Stop as a whole though, sometimes they get bad trade ins that they dont bother inspecting and it can destroy your system if not caught.

I tried selling a video game system to these guys & they told me that they couldnt because it didnt have an HDMI cord, so when I told them it doesnt come with one when you buy it at their store they just said no thank you.

They have a lot of games, but horrible prices. Not only that, but I ordered a game which was suppose to come in my mailbox since they didnt have it in store. the came finally came in the mail, and it was in the right box and packaging, but it had the wrong disk. Problem is, I needed the game by the weekend. Well, I took the game and package in to make the order right, and one of the workers promised it would be in store 2 days later. Well, its been 2 days; we called SIX TIMES to see if the game was in before we drove all the way to GameStop to check because no one would answer. guess what? The game wasnt in, and I absolutely need the game by tomorrow but the workers are being so complicated about it I doubt Ill get it within a week. Poor service, poor prices.
