I went in here for the first time today, and do not regret it. Their clothing is reasonably priced, soft, and SO cute! I can’t wait to wear all of the adorable things I found. The girl that helped me was so nice, too! I highly recommend checking them out!

Jessica at Southern Loft went out of her way to make sure I got a ring that my daughter had admired. We saw a ring that my daughter liked. She decided to pass on it. Later that night, she regretted that decision. Unfortunately, we were leaving the next day and Southern Loft was closed. I called them a week later and asked if they had the ring. They did and immediately sent me an invoice and shipped it. Their customer service was incredible. I will definitely go back when we are in Waynesville.

Best stop in Waynesville. So many cute things reasonably priced, unlike some of the other shops. Got lots of goodies from buffalo checked scarves to cutest Christmas tree. Wish I lived closer.
