Have been trying to reach someone at the store or on the phone cause I dont have service hardly anywhere even sitting in the middle of town have poor to no service at all if they cant fix this issue will be finding a new carrier
I had to purchase another cell phone due to dropping mine in the water. I was looking for another Motorola but due to slow delivery they were out. Blake was very helpful in finding me a better cell phone that I love better. He was very professional and made sure everything was transferred over successfully on my new phone. Thank you Blake for making my visit a pleasurable one! I highly recommend Metro PCS as a choice in cell phone carriers!
In the store I found they are unfamiliar with the promotions going on online. Even though thats what their apparently selling. I kept asking the lady if I could get what I was looking at on their website and she dodged the whole idea the whole conversation. Anyway after deciding on a plan they were familiar with I decided to leave my current provider that Ive had for 12 years, then Metro staff informed me they did not even have the phone that was on display in the store that I was talked into buying.Since att service is constantly going out here in waynesville, I switched Anyway. I Just purchased a phone elsewhere to use since they didnt have one in the store that was advertised. Anyway, I followed up with Brad who commented on this review and he pretty much just said well ok nice to talk to you, didnt offer any discount or anything even though they basically shafted me out of a free phone deal they advertised, not really sure why the guy even bothered to contact me, so kinda pointless interaction. I kinda thought that when someone said contact me and tell me what happened there would be some kind of apology followed with some kind of effort to actually make it right, but I pretty much got told, tuff break there buddy, Sorry ya didnt get the phone we advertised and even thou it was on us well still make it your problem and not make it right. At least I have phone service now. I dont expect much from cell phone companies they are pretty universal when it comes to poor customer serviceI tell it like it is. The lady at the store is friendly and now I feel is not to blame for her limited powers to resolve issues after speaking to her boss it makes perfect sense.Final update, I drove to Maggie and j-creek today and couldnt use my phone at all, no signal, makes me wonder why these folks are even selling service here, Ill be changing to Verizon Monday
This location, undoubtedly the corporate office doesnt monitor there associates attire. Young girl had multi colored headed, Black pointed finger nails and wearing Red contacts. Decided not to go with metro,, to scary.
The staff have been so friendly and willing to help with all my questions/concerns. The new manager is Amazing. This store is much closer to me than the Patton store. So glad I dont have to drive out to Asheville anymore.
This place is so much better than it was 3 months ago. The new manager, Will is AWESOME! Definitely get you a phone from those guys!
This store is UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! I absolutely could not be happier about it! They have all of the phones in stock, they have accessories for every phone, and the customer service there is great! This place is night and day compared to what it was previously!
Nathan, and Trustan were very helpful during our shopping experience at the metro PCS in Waynesville North Carolina. They went above and beyond our expectations. They really cared and were able to resolve any problems quickly. Nathan is a great Manager and really was knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.
Place is awesome! They have great customer service, they are print with answering any and all questions I had! Go and see those guys if youre in Waynesville and need a better way to save save save!!!

Visit any store but Waynesville nc they have crooks that work behind the counter helped exgirl friend steal a phone off my account. Almost everyone I know at work and friends know not to shop there. So now letting the word know use any store but this one. Metro PCs as whole has decent service
I choose an LG Stylo 3 when I switched to Metro. All I get are data errors when I connect to Wi-Fi. Went to store to warranty phone on April 24th. I went in today, May the 10th to inquire where the new phone is. After an I dont know and several clueless minutes they finally called around and discovered it was shipped back! They stated it was at the store for 7 days. I asked why I never received a call to tell me my new phone was in. I was told that they called someone to tell them but the reception was so bad they couldnt understand them. I explained I was never called and all I got was excuses and them trying to blame me for their incompetence. I asked what they are going to fo to make this right. I was told that I have to come back after the my new phone arrives back to company and file a new claim and thats all they are doing. This store is a joke and their customer service is horrendous. They do not care about their customers and completely incompetent. Avoid this store at all costs.
Dumb employees.. Phones has to be ordered then found out they didnt check the map to see if device was active in my area.. Which was not.. So dont go.. People were angry and walking out... Pitiful

You get nice phones for your buck
They don’t have phones and don’t know what they’re doing. They can’t help you much if you have trouble with your service or device because they don’t know.

Absolutely never go to this store...I have been to this store 6x and been there 2hrs every time and all I was doing was trying to upgrade...they called the district manager and she said she couldnt help that she didnt know how...worst place ever to get a cellphone or any help and bad attitudes...wouldnt recommend to no one....DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE PROMISE
