These guys are awesome! Found a pool table on a Sunday and the people needed it out of the house as quickly as possible. Texted WNC Billiards and they got back to me immediately. I contacted other places as well and still have not heard back! Scheduling was quick and easy. Once they arrived at my house they were extremely kind and told me to hangout while they set it up. Overall this company knows how to move pool tables and better yet, knows how to treat customers. Earned a lifetime customer for any future needs.

Let me start out by saying I rarely write reviews. However, this is well deserved. First of all, Danny never made me feel like just someone to make money from. He was willing to help me find the table I wanted (even if didn’t buy from him). In the end I did buy one of his used tables because I felt I could trust him more than just buying a table from some random person online. He was always available to take my calls or texts when I had questions. Once I made a decision on what I wanted, he had my table ready quickly. His team delivered and set it up in my home within a couple days. His guys were great too. Felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were professional and courteous. They made sure everything was just right before they left. They didn’t rush to get in and out. Danny and his crew take great pride in making sure their customers are happy. If you’re looking for a table, someone to help you move/assemble one, or anything billiards related, dont hesitate to call this group. You won’t regret it. Very pleased with giving them my business and will recommend to anyone who is looking for the same.

Danny was a lifesaver for me! My clients were coming into town and they wanted the pool table he expertly installed to be moved a tiny six inches because of a piece of art we installed after he placed the table. I was sure it would be weeks and weeks to wait and Danny managed to fit us in very quickly. He is so nice and has such a professional and yet “can do” attitude! WNC Billiards LLC is top notch! I researched some companies to move a pool table that I just recently purchased. The only regret I have is that I didnt choose WNC Billiards LLC first. I purchased a used 8 table and decided to have it re-felted during the leveling process. I called WNC Billiards and Danny answered on the first call. He quoted me a very competitive price and said he would be out in just a few days. I accepted his offer and Im extremely pleased I did. First of all, he showed up on the day promised, was punctual and very professional. I sat and watched him work, not because I wanted to make sure he was doing a great job but to learn. I learned about the re-felting and leveling process but also learned a lot about Danny and his trade skills. I could tell he was very determined to make sure every step was completed perfectly and was very patient with my unlevel concrete basement floor. The finished product looks and plays great. Danny never came back to finish the job. Has been paid in full and we still do not have our table finished. Never came back to repair his work. Says he would call back. Never did. I send texts, he reads but does not respond (got to love read receipts)

Danny and his assistant did a fine job for me today, leveling the used Brunswick Gibson table I had purchased privately. I had already assembled the frame, and Danny came to level it, install the slate, and install new felt on the table and the cushions. Very professional, very organized, and friendly. But they came to work, not to chew the fat, which I appreciate. I left them to it for the most part, and they did a fantastic job. Couldnt be happier with the results. If you want it done right, Danny is your man.

Bought a barely used 8 foot slate table from WNC Billiards. Danny was great to work with and very knowledeable.He and his employee delivered it and set it up - and all I can say is they are absolute pros and perfectionists. They didnt rush at all, assembled the table and installed the felt. Then made absolutely sure the table was perfectly balanced and the slate seams were flawless. Dont go anywhere else for a new or used table.

Pretty hard to beat Dannys craftsmanship. I had a small call back and Danny came out, finished the work and without any complaint. I have a beautiful table and its entirely because of his work. Hes hard, if not impossible, to beat. Just left my house at 5:15 on a Friday night. Not sure you can get better service than that.

Extremely helpful, especially since the company I originally ordered my pool table from left out the hardware and the pockets. He came out twice to finish the job. Very reasonably priced. Dan is absolutely the best. He is one of the most responsive business men I have come across. He backs up every word he says. Our install was the least expensive table he offered. We had an awesome experience using Danny at WNC Billiards. We bought a new pool table/ping pong table from him. The price was fair. He went to our home. disassembled an air hockey table, donated it, moved out a foosball table and set up the new pool table. It looks amazing and is entertaining for the whole family. He later brought us a cue stand we ordered and threw in a couple of pool cues. You dont see that kind of service these days! Loved working with him and highly recommend.
