We placed our order, and when it came in the owner was the one to take us through the operation of the UTV. No high pressure sales, and no attempt to sell us something we did not need. I highly recommend them.

I needed a new throttle body for my machine and told them to go ahead and service it. So the work performed was fine. They took a little while longer than I would have hoped but I can deal with that. The problem is They told me it would be around $900 and when I go to pick it up it jumped to over $1,500! The reason behind the $600 increase? They said it was tough to work on, small area to work in, bolts didnt want to come out/missing bolts. Correct me if Im wrong but isnt that what you do, work on small atv/utvs. What a rip off.

Working with Jesse was one of the best customer service experiences weve ever had. First, the shop is neat, organized and very clean. He had the model 570 we were looking for and immediately answered the questions we had. I had an ATV for trade, Jesse offered a fair trade value and we made the deal quickly. The next day, when we dropped off the manual and extra key for the trade, Jesse spent time answering all the remaining questions I had about the new machine, which only affirmed his knowledge about the Polaris product. Great customer service, will return there exclusively for service and would recommend Jesse and his staff to anyone. Being a small business in a small mountain community, they are an undiscovered gem in the mountains.

Absolutely a joke.. we drove over an hour to purchase a 4 wheeler. Our younger child was with us, which has a small 4wheeler at home. This man just basically called us liars saying we were buying the 4wheeler for our younger son and he said he wasnt selling it to us and it wasnt worth losing his license for a $200 profit... which we all know is a joke. I will be calling Polaris headquarters on this dealership for the way this man treated us.

They have always given me a square deal for what I have purchased and their service department is second to none. Knowledgeable and courteous with fair and reasonable pricing. We just purchased a 2020 RZR Trail 900 Premium. We had been thinking about a Sportsman 570 2-Up ATV but, after discussing with Jesse, decided on the safer RZR. He took great care in explaining the differences, pointing out the RZRs functions, but not pushing us into a decision. The transaction itself was painless & efficient. We had some things added to the RZR before we picked it up, and the workmanship was superb. We HIGHLY recommend Polaris of Waynesville!!P.S.
