If you are looking to get a deal done, this is absolutely the place to go. There are no bells and whistles, and there is no facade, but the sales teams does care about people and getting you a good deal. Frank Condito is the man to go see. Professional, polite, and all around good dude that’s wants what is best for you. Sure he wants to sell you a vehicle, that’s his job, but he wants to make sure you are in the vehicle you want and are happy at the end of the day. This experience was too easy. I went in late on Friday, drove the truck, and this morning, Saturday, I went and picked it up. Frank made sure everything was taken care of.

Great sales transaction and pleasant staff. Drove home with the SUV I wanted instead of one I had to settle for. Great prices. Have yet to test there after sales customer service. Have a few issues with the vehicle that I need to get taken care of. But experience so far has been top notch.

As an older disabled guy, I thought I might be taken advantage of. This was not what happened. I was 10% upside down on my trade, not an issue. Unprofessional. Pushy. Salesman literally waited to hound us while we pulled in the lot and parked. He stared into the vehicle then several other salesman also greeted us. We thought we were parking in the wrong place. But no he was just standing there literally staring into the vehicle. Seemed a bit pushy and strange. Many used cars on the lot hadnt been serviced and were priced on the higher end for the condition. Brakes looked terrible on vehicles, there was a Jeep completely missing the running boards. I would proceed with caution. Carefully read over the financial paperwork they provide you because they add a lot of unnecessary fees. We went elsewhere. Buyer beware. If youre an uneducated car buyer I would recommend going elsewhere. Ask to see numbers beforehand. I cannot respond to the manager so Ill put it here. That way you can make sure they are not adding additional fees like etching or nitro. Also you can request to have a vehicle inspected at an outside garage before purchasing it. Just be careful.

I had the best experience I could have asked for today. Javin was there within the first 5 minutes of me looking at the Jeep I wanted to buy and assisting me quickly. Although I was nervous going alone to buy a new car everyone there was super friendly and helpful and made my experience pretty easy going. I had visited Buchanan Chevy Buick twice in the last week and had less then pleasant experience from the sales manager not the sales associate he was AWSOME and I really feel sorry for him. After the sales manager was dis honest with me for the last time my wife and I had made up our minds the we wouldn’t ever return to Buchanan again. We really had our minds set on a Chevy Malibu or Impala. The two that were at the Chevrolet location were in rough shape and didn’t look suitable for the sales lot. I asked the Chevrolet Sales manager about the Malibu at the Dodge/jeep location and he said it was spoken for already. My gut feeling and his previous actions led me to believe that this was a lie. So I left drove down the street to the Dodge/jeep location. Angie was my sales person she was amazing. I explained what I was looking for and she went to work within 10 min we were on a test drive. I couldn’t believe how different my experience was. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and overall great atmosphere. Angie and her team were honest, courteous, and quick. Place is a joke. Looks like something out of a tv reality show that sells cars. Salesman told us an outright lie about the car we drove an hour to see. Trust me if you go there and get ripped off it is your own fault. Very shady. Maybe the guy that waited on us was more worried about getting his smoke break in than he was selling the car advertised. Also laughing at the response to negative reviews from them on here. They act like your opinion cant be right and is unfair to them. They are terrible. Save your time and money.
