Ultimately the price was very fair. They were very fair on trade-in and efficient in using time. They seem to be a high turnover dealership, which can be a benefit if you know what you’re looking for and the values of the vehicles involved upfront.Santiago was an excellent sales rep and a pleasure to deal with. Very good guy and I hope he continues to do well.Interest rates seemed average, show room was clean. They’re definitely “salesman” but not the quintessential “used car salesman.” I didn’t feel pushed, they hear you out and were very reasonable to negotiate with. Their pricing is aggressive compared to the competition.I heard good things from their employees about working there, and I think that speaks volumes in the end.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to a friend.

My experience at Buchanan was absolutely the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Kareem was fantastic throughout the entire process despite my wife and I being amazingly indecisive. Instead of being pushy and trying to upsell us he asked us what we wanted out of a vehicle and made recommendations based upon our feedback. Despite scheduling conflicts on my end, he was kind enough to stay after closing the following day so that I could finish the paperwork for the vehicle we eventually decided upon. In addition Alex gave us a great trade offer and was able to give us a price on the vehicle that we couldnt turn down. All in all I would genuinely recommend Buchanan, and these two gentlemen in particular, to anyone in need of a vehicle.

Daniel Wilder was the salesman that worked with us to get our vehicle. Daniel greeted us when we got to the lot and after telling him what vehicle we were looking for, worked with his team leader to find it. He went over the vehicle and showed us everything from the hood to the tailgate. We took the vehicle for a test drive and Daniel continued to explain the vehicle. He and his team leader worked up an acceptable offer that both of us could agree on. Management assisted with the documents while the team leader worked on the registration and title application. The team leader went over all of the documents for us to sign and we drove the vehicle home that night. While driving home, an issue was discovered. I contacted Daniel, at 830pm, told him the issue, and was advised to contact the service department the next day. I contacted the service department, was advised to bring the vehicle in, and the issue was resolved about 15 minutes after I got there. This experience was very good. Daniel and his team did an outstanding job and we will share our experience with others. Thanks.

I can’t say thanks enough to Ace and Xavier they were so helpful and gave an amazing first time car buying experience, my credit wasn’t the best and I wasn’t sure if I was gonna get financed but they assured me that they’ve seen it all and were able to help me find the car I wanted, They got me approved without running my credit through the Mud with inquiry after inquiry. Ace had all this taken care of before I even got to the dealership because I live an hour away and have a hectic schedule but Ace accommodated and helped me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable unlike other places I’ve tried where they come off like they just want to take your money. Went in for a oil change and to the back up camera looked at. Was done pretty quick and already have the part for the camera. Go in on the 19th to get it replaced. The sales associates are lined up outside and spread out across the front of the showroom . Like birds of prey.... They attack customers as they arrive! Then they try to give you no room to breath and pound a deal down your throat that you dont even have any idea what the hell it is!!!Now, understand, they knew I was shopping online but they inflated the sale price by $3000 over the online price!!! I was not pleased with this!!! AND I told Jason that I did not appreciate his deceitful ways and stormed out!

The managers were pleasant and worked within my budget to the best of their abilities. Detailing on my vehicle was less to be desired but I guess you cant complain when its 10:00pm.

She was looking forward to buying a new chevy traverse we were on the lot for a half an hour no sale person came out!!!!! so he left and went to the jeep dealership where we were met by a salesman with in a minute after getting there my wife ended up buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

We drove 3 hours to see one of the 2021 Silverado Trail Boss trucks they had on special. We were met by Seth and he was very polite, showed us the truck we were interested in. We went over what we liked and didnt like about the truck. Once we decided we were interested we spoke to a sales manager, Jason. We finalized the price we wanted to pay, and he came back to us with a very fair interest rate. If you do your research and know what you want and how much you want to pay the deal will go through quickly and painlessly, like ours. Buchanan Automotive sold me a car with bad rotors. When I took the vehicle back the following work day to have them check they told me they didnt have parts to schedule to come back the next day they would have parts. I came back the next day as scheduled. The technician didnt have any record of my issue. No parts for my type of vehicle. I waited an hour till someone asked me to come back the next day because no one knew what was going on with my vehicle or wait till someone came in. After another hour of waiting and I find out they want to just clean the surface of the rotors. Another hour passes and they had to replace all 4 rotors.So they told me they didnt have parts come back the next day they would have the parts to fix. Was told they didnt order parts, went to try a different solution then had to get parts delivered short notice.Very unhappy with the service to sell me a car with bad rotors and then to not be prepared when they said they would be.

Not happy with this place. Extremely disappointed. Wasted my gas and time. I called about a vehicle and they said yes come over. Got there and they said it wasnt ready. Tried to sell me something else. I said I was interested only in the one I came for. They took my name and number and said I would be the first one called when it was ready. I call today and guess what? Yep they sold it. Lost this customer!!!! Never again!!

This was my first time going to Buchanan automotive, and also my first time buying a Chevy Silverado. Originally had an appointment scheduled with a sales manager, but was greeted by a salesman Dennis outside. Working with Dennis was great. I was highly impressed with his knowledge, patience, and knowledge of paperwork for only being in his position for a few months. I am glad that we were able to work with Dennis and would recommend him to anybody. As for the sales manager that was helping us I did not like working with him. I felt like he was just trying to make a sale instead of working with us. I also was also not impressed with his professionalism. Overall it was a good experience at Buchanan automotive.

Everytime I have been there everyone was very nice, the parts desk was fast as hell, and the feel of a deep rooted business in your community gives it that much more appeal.

Well was trying to get info on a truck. Had 2 yes 2 salesmen helping me. Well when texting it was a sorta fast reply. My son wrecked his vehicle we tried for a week to get pics of a truck and some info about it. Could not get a call back from either or text. This was after stopping down meeting them know the truck was in the body shop. Could not tell what for or get me pics of it before or after. Finally after waiting a week we went with our first choice and went with it. While we were talking to the new salesman that called or texted us every day at a truck we look at on a Sunday. Asking us every time and time again what he needed to do to earn our business. We pushed him away to see a truck that we couldn’t see couldn’t get any info on and couldn’t get pics of until it was to late. Put it this way they lost me and my son for life as customers and Safford in Winchester you won. Get this one of the guys was the team manager for the salesmen at Buchanan. There is two other people iWork with looking to buy and guess where they are going now and not. Thanks again Safford of Winchester.

Not happy with my experience.They said there was nothing wrong with the car I bought and the noise was normal.I took it to another garage and they had to replace a part in the transmission. It is fine now.

Just bought my new truck there about 2 months ago. Would definitely go there again. All of the dealerships around right now are pricing vehicles over MSRP except for Buchanan. My truck was MSRP $47,500 they had it listed for 42,000. I didn’t think it was right but it was and I couldn’t be happier.

I just bought a 2020 Chevy Bolt from them yesterday. I worked mainly with Trinity and Jason. I live over 150 miles away so we did a lot of going back and forth over text and email before I arrived. Both Trinity and Jason were quick to respond to messages and very helpful and knowledgeable. When I arrived they had everything ready to go, no hassles and no problems despite them being so busy. I highly recommend them.

When I took our car in for inspection they found a very bad problem. In fact they would not let me drive the car home, said it was too dangerous! They got the parts in and fixed it in a timely fashion! So appreciated their expertise in finding the problem and fixing it!

I would probably buy from them again but next time I will show up with my own financing. I shouldve done this but didnt. My wife an I have over 800 credit score an all they could get us was 6% interest rate. I got a loan from my bank at 3.3%. I didnt like that the salesperson told me to wait 5 months before I refinance, Im the one losing money. I didnt like that they tried to pressure us into the extended warranty either. I said no once that shouldve been good enough but then in comes a sales manager. I know this is how they make money but it got old.
