Liked them so much we went back the next day and bought another one. Joe Romero (sales) and John Coppock (finance) are a absolutely amazing team. Joe worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and, my wife was so impressed she picked one the very next day. John really new how to explain the numbers and, work a great deal. We couldn’t say a bad thing about these two.

Casey Gonzales was absolutely amazing! We were pushed off by a local dealership and decided to try a reference from a friend...which was the best decision we ever made! We had everything lined up, agreed upon, and closed on a brand new Explorer in about 48 hours from start to finish. Even though its over an hour to get here, the drive is worth it and well definitely be coming back!

I only recommend working with the Ford Service rep, Antonio. The first time my vehicle went in I was assigned a different rep who didnt bother to call with any updates and when i called after 1 week, he couldnt even tell me what the tech was doing to my vehicle. The second time I went in, Antonio helped me and was friendly, polite and just seemed to not hate his job and was willing to help.

My service advisor, Eric was great to deal with. Good communication. There were delays with getting my vehicle serviced due to short staff the day of and there happened to be a power outage at the dealership that dragged things out a little longer, not that Waxahachie Ford had any control over that issue. I was given a ride home and Eric brought my car to my house later that evening. He was very helpful during a frustrating situation. The only critique I have is that you can’t get an appointment to have your car serviced like the other dealerships on the same property and part of the the same auto group. This can make for drawn out wait times to get your vehicle back if you can’t get it there early enough in the day.

Over I love coming to you all. Only thing I would say is if you all are going to let us set appointments then you should let us go by that. I found even though I set an appointment that it’s still first come first serve. That’s wrong on so many leaves Especially when I have to drive over an hour to you all because the other Ford place won’t live up to the same benefits I get through you all. If I have to drive this far and don’t get to get in an out on an appointment I picked and was approved on, then you are lying to your Customers. FYI!

I had an oil change on a Friday quoted for $39.99 plus a tire rotation, balance (another $39.99) and an alignment for $99.99. Got there to be told my total was $225. Um, no. THEN woke up Monday to low tire light. Went to Discount Tire to find 3 of my 4 tires overinflated to 42, and 1 underinflated to 26! Do better Waxahachie Ford!!

Vehicle was taken in a week ago Tuesday, was picked up on Nov 3rd. Was very disappointed because I was told I would be text for updates on my vehicle. I only receive the initially text regarding the drop off. I called for update, and drove out on Monday (Nov 1st)to get an update, then finally received a called Nov 2 @6:36pm saying veh will be ready Wed, Nov 3.I wasnt pleased because they failed to keep me informed. Thank God my truck was still under warranty. Had grass in the truck when I picked it up, so I was not pleased, could have vacuum the grass. I must say I had better customer service with my prior vehicle (different maker)then at this Waxahachie facility.In search of a facility to have my vehicle service by Ford. Unsure about Waxahachie Ford.

This place sells you used vehicles that are not safe. And make you pay for them anyway. You take your life in your hands if you buy one of their used vehicles. And they always make sure you owe more than you thought, watch out for things they pass over. Or you can have a $15,600.00 paperweight like me. I drove it a whole 15 minutes.

I highly recommend Waxahachie Ford if you need to have service done on your vehicle. I brought my car in because the check engine light came on and one of the door latches broke (which was covered under Ford’s open recall). I didn’t feel pressured into having unnecessary or extra work done. Antonio went above and beyond to make getting my car repaired as stress free as possible. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful. If I need any other service done on my car, I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Well I took it in for a recall and they did the work and they got the truck back to me very quickly. But as I was driving down the road I went to mash on the brakes and they had left a bunch of wires hanging down from under my dash, one which wrapped around my foot and kept me from hitting the break and being able to stop. Had I not been able to think quickly on my feet (no pun intended), I would have rear ended the car in front of me. The next day I got the flu and I haven’t been able to take the truck back to get it fixed yet. I’m sure they will take care of it but it should not have happened in the first place.

This review is only in regards to the collision center and service I received in having a vehicle repaired this last month.... The front driver side and front bumper had to be repaired and the reps were responsive and the repair was done promptly. However, in driving home at night all lights on my vehicle cut off, while on the highway! After having a the work checked at another service center, this is how shotty the repairs were done to my car. This is not quality work at all!!! I have never in my life been more disappointed by work done that could have cost myself, my wife, or even my newborn sons life because they wanted to cut corners.I cannot stress how livid I am by the work done, and will never recommend or do business with Waxahachie Ford again! If you value your life and need repairs done, save you stress and money and go find business somewhere else.

When I walked into showroom there wer at least 10 staff mulling around, some sitting at their desks munching on a hamburger lunch at 2:15pm. My husband had to walk across showroom to ask about a specific car we wanted. The person pointed where it was in the parking lot. We went to the car by ourselves and were ready to start negotiations, stood around the car hoping some one of those 10+ people might come out and check.on us. Nope.We walked away. Will find that car with another dealer and buy it from someone who cares about customer service.

Service good, but for the second time rotating tires failed to correct front and rear tire pressures. They are 20 PSI different on my F350. This causes the low pressure alarm to sound and unsafe condition. Then I have come home and correct tire pressure 60 frt. and 80 rear- 25 minutes I should have to spend. Also, I do not like no appointment for oil change, waited 2 hours.

If you are semi intelligent this is not the place for you. They are looking for people that they can make the most money on. Add ons and markups are their specialty. Go to a Ford dealer that will treat you fair. As soon as they found out that I wasnt willing to be ripped off the negations were ended by the manager. Gave me one offer (terrible deal) and when I countered they said no and that was it. I recommend Stanley Ford. I got the exact same car and saved on the price of the car, better interest rate, better trade in value, and lastly no ridiculous fees.

I stopped by for an oil change. I was told it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours. After around 2 hours, I inquired how much longer it would take, and I was told it would take another 2 hours. I got my car and left. The staff were polite and kind, but the service was not good. I have never had to wait 4 hours to get an oil change. I would not recommend this dealers service dept.

This is my 2nd time to use Waxahachie Ford. They did fix the issue with my truck. Also, I wanted a new key fob that they forgot about. I would give 4 stars if they ever communicated anything. You have to call repeatedly to find out when your vehicle will be done. No one ever called me.

My salesperson, Errick Todd, was excellent. He worked to get me the deal I wanted. Also, I appreciated the sales manager who was not at all high pressure. Errick did everything I asked him to expedite the signing of final documents and drive the car off the lot when we were finished. First and last time I go here. Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Took almost 4 hours out of my day just to leave frustrated and disappointed. I was watching the tech do the oil change on my truck but never did the tire rotation. I had to tell the advisor myself when they were already charging me for the service, that the tech never rotated the tires. After they confirmed with the tech that he didn’t do the complete service I had to wait another 20 minutes to get them to finally do their job right. What if I would’ve just waited in the waiting area and not seen what was going on? Then after they pull the truck around for the second time I finally pay and go on my way. Then I decided to look at my invoice, and they billed me out with oil grade 5w20. My truck takes 5w30, says it right on the oil cap. So here I go again back to the dealership and they tell me that’s how they bill it out. Which makes no sense at all. If it says 5w30 you bill out 5w30 not a totally different grade. So I tell them prove to me there is 5w30 in there, drain it all out and fill it with the correct grade. They did just that right after. If you want to avoid a headache, just stay awayfrom this store.

The only reason I am giving this review a 5 star is because of the gentleman who checked me out after my oil change, his name was Charlie Lewis. He was so helpful and so caring and treated me like a true customer. But, let me share my experience, I got there at 7 AM and checked in with a man by the name of Stanley. He was very rude in just about any way that he could be. I’ve had him before and I swore I would never use him again but I was next in line and he was the next technician in line. I picked my vehicle up around 11:15 AM after dropping it off at 7am, after being told it would be ready in an hour and a half. And let me add, the wait was not a problem because I dropped off my vehicle, the problem was the rudeness I experienced with Stanley and him never contacting me that my vehicle was ready. So since I never received a call that my vehicle was ready, I tried to call Into the office, well, that was just another nightmare. I kept getting put on hold and could not get anyone to answer, just so I could find out if my car was ready. I expressed my frustration to Charlie, And he was very kind to take care of me. So, if I was rating Stanley, he wouldn’t even get 1 star, but Charlie, he took care of business, and he was kind enough to apologize for any inconvenience. And, I am not one to give a bad review on anyone, but after 2 incidents with this Stanley man, and both being negative, I decided to put my comments out here. I have never had any bad visits with Waxahachie Autoplex, except for these 2 times, so overall, they are a good place to do business, they just need to handle their customer complaints and fix the issues.

Worst service I have ever experienced. A safety recall was the repair. A few days after dropping it off I contacted the SA Charly He said parts are here but my technicians are not. Two and a half weeks later after trying multiple times to contact someone there I eventually had to drive there to find out what was going on. That’s when he told me the parts are NOT here and that they are on back order. I grabbed my keys and took it to a more reputable dealer.

In transit yesterday with my RV I blew a turbo hose and crippled it into the Ford Dealer. I was greeted immediately by Charlie Lewis . He knew exactly what I needed, even called the parts Department to secure the hose I needed and had his technician, Bradley (?) right on my issue and out within 45 minutes. Wow what awesome service, attitude and professionalism they both showed me. (0 stars) I made an appointment To drop off my 2016 Ford F350 super duty King ranch At Waxahachie Ford Reasoning front end wobbles like an earthquake. Service writer tells me he will contact me the next day with their findings did not happen. I called them and they told me that is the service writer gave my (gas) operated truck to the (Diesel Technician ) delayed the findings of my vehicle. I understand gas and diesel are too different components but neither one determines the problem Im having with my vehicle shaken like an earthquake. 3 days and my vehicle still had not been looked at. 3 times I have been to this location and left unhappy. I brought my vehicle home and Google the problem Im having it turns out its called the deaf wobble. 2019 a lawsuit was filed against ford for this reason. Is this something Ford will be fixing on a recall. To be technical about a technician It should have been someone that works on fronends.

Service manager Jacob told me parts would arrive in the morning and asked requested I bring my truck in for a faulty airbag replacement that afternoon. As requested brought my truck that afternoon. Service team took my keys, checked me in and took my truck into the shop. After an hour and thirty minutes had passed I noticed the car porter driving my truck back to the front. I assumed my truck was ready but I was wrong. When asked, the car porter tells me the part for my truck had not arrived. You would think the service desk would have told me the parts were not there prior to me driving to the dealership and definitely before wasting an hour and thirty minutes of my time. Whats really irritating is I only dealt with the service manager. If you get this type of treatment from management imagine how his staff treats customers. Youve been warned.

I spent over 4 hrs. waiting to get some stuff fixed on my vehicle at Ford dealership in Waxahachie Texas. Antonio Galindo was very rude and disrespectful. Orlando Martinez didn’t even answer my calls or texts. I even had to speak with the sales manager and service manager to finally after 2 months get part of the promised job done. I still need to go back to get the rest of the job done tomorrow. And still have to wait for I don’t know how much more time on the agency to fix some paper work to get the sunroof fixed. The worst costumer service. Nobody in there cares after you sign the papers for your vehicle. If you call you transferred several times just for someone to hang up on you. Nobody returns phone calls when you leave a voicemail. You make an appointment to have your vehicle serviced and they take forever. 4 hours just for an oil change, with an appointment. I complained, and was told to forget about making appointments. That is best to just be one of the very first people at the door when they open. The vehicles have a ton of issues from the manufacturers and they don’t even want to take care of it. Always blaming others. This dealership is the worst. Every time I’m there, I see another costumer upset at how bad they are. Never buying another vehicle from them and I’ll make sure to never refer anyone to them.

Complimentary maintenance came with my Ford Explorer Hybrid and this visit was for the 1 year review and maintenance. They rebooted something in the onboard computer to correct a “cannot connect to Ford Pass message I was getting”, changed the oil, checked all the systems. No charge and no problems to address.

Needed the clutch/transmission looked at on my boyfriends 2015 Focus due to shuddering. I had a week until I started back at work and we were hoping to get it done before then so we didnt have to share my car.I called five other dealerships in the area and they were all backed up from three days up to ten weeks!I called Waxahachie and they said they could get it in same day! So I took it in and they said they were going to keep it overnight and see if Ford would cover the work under warranty (the car is still under 44,000 miles despite its age). Sure enough, Charlie called me the next day and said that, not only did Ford cover the repair but that the technician already had the work done and the car was ready for pick-up!Excellent job! The car runs perfectly now and Im so thankful I came here!

I bought a truck from the used side of this dealership in April. My wife and I were pre-approved through Capital One. This dealer is a preferred dealership with Capital One. On several occasions I clarified that I did not want our credit run through any other finance companies. I was assured by our sales person E. Williams that it wouldn’t be. I was at the dealership and my wife was at home. He told me my wife would have to submit everything on their website so he could print it off for the finance department. I again clarified that her credit would not be pulled for any other finance company and was assured in no uncertain terms it wouldn’t be. When we checked our report it immediately showed that they ran her through another company but not mine. When confronted they really had no excuse and honestly didn’t apologize or offer any compensation like to replace the missing second key to the truck I bought…… 7 weeks later I also still had not received my tags and the temp tag was expired. I called and spoke to the person who handles registrations and titles. She said she would take a look. She informed me that the bank had never sent them the title, so she would need to make some calls and call me back which she never did. The next day I called and she let me know the title was lost and they would need to file for a lost title!!!! This would literally never have even been found out had I not called in multiple times. Here we are half way through July and I finally have my tags after at least 10 calls. Oh I didn’t mention they said they would send me an updated temp tag via email which they never did. This place is unprofessional, not thorough, and all around garbage in my opinion! If they had the last truck in Texas I’d drive to Louisiana to buy first!

Waxahachie Ford provided outstanding service. I needed to have my normal oil change and tire rotation. I went by another Ford Dealership and they stated that I wouldnt be able to get in until a week later. I contacted Waxahachie Ford and they stated they had a few walk-in times available and to stop by. I brought my vehicle in and they initially stated that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I told them that was fine. I waited at the dealership and checked out the new 2021s and within 30 minutes I received a call that my vehicle service was finished and ready for me to pick up! I contacted Waxahachie Ford a couple of times regarding a recall. Somehow my VIN was entered incorrectly and they told me my vehicle did not have a recall. Finally a customer service rep from Waxahachie Ford corrected my VIN and I made an appointment to fix the truck. Service was fantastic! Oil change prices are good and the wash always needed. Thanks!

Made appointment for Monday August 30 at 0730 for blue smoke on startup, I was told the diagnostics would take 1-2 days. On Thursday I still had heard nothing about the status of my truck, so I called and had to leave a call back request, two hours later I called back and had to leave a second call back request. Finally an hour later Eric called me and said my truck hadn’t even been looked at, but that it was second in line to be looked at that day and said he would call me when he knew more. Eric did call me back and state that the tech noticed the blue smoke and a bit of misfire and his diagnostic showed low pressure in one of the injectors, but he had to stop testing because it was late in the day and would continue on Tuesday after Labor Day.Recieved call Tuesday from Eric saying my truck was ready saying they found no issues!??? Really, went from definite blue smoke and misfire and low injector pressure to no problems. You had my truck for 8 days at one point telling me, yes blue smoke, diagnostics show low pressure in an injector and slight hesitation to no problem found. Come on really?

I wish it would allow less then 1 star, I took my truck in to be repair after letting it sit and rot for months they didn’t have the common courtesy to replace the battery I purchased from them without voiding my warranty. On top of that issue I’ve never met a more rude person then Charlie and after numerous complaints the sorry manager refused to talk to me. The experiences I’ve had with this place is so bad not only will I never come here again I will never buy another Ford just due to the fact they allow they’re employees treat customers this way. Chevy or dodge or Nissan it is. Ford has lost a customer.

A great job was done, however I requested a state inspection to be done while in the shop. Was told they would do this. A few days after picking up car, grabbed paperwork to get the registration done & guess what…… no state inspection done. Quite disappointed in not getting the service requested. Will have to make a trip to somewhere else to get this done.

I couldn’t believe my ears when my service advisor said they would come pick up my car, take it for the oil change & tire rotation and return it to me at work! They did it in all in just a few hours! Wow! Thank you so much!

My vehicle had a flat and as I was pulling into the service area the service team had my tire off and had already started looking for a tire. I have performance tires and non were in stock the service team tracked performance rated tires for my car and sent someone to get them. The service department had me in and out very quickly and I was extremely impressed.
