Walked in to look for a pair of shoes and was greeted by two smiling employees. As I walked back towards the shoes, a third employee walked up and asked if I knew that they required masks. I said “Yeah, but I can’t wear a mask.” Without hesitation or any sort of conversation about why, the woman immediately snapped at me “you can shop online then.”I am a disabled veteran and I cannot wear a mask due to health conditions, just as MANY others also cannot. I understand each business has their own rules and we are free to choose other places to patronize (which I did) but WHY do you people have to be so rude?COVID is not an excuse to be an indecent person. Instead of trying to understand your guests and customers, your answer is instead to kick them out the door.If you don’t want me in your physical store, then I certainly will NOT visit your online store.

Mask was under my nose. Worker lady walks up and rudely tells me it has to be over my nose. And I mean rude. I laughed at her and put $400 in kids shoes back up on the nearest shelf and left. What a joke

So I ordered Over $200 worth of stuff for my sons birthday three months ago from Eastbay. I never received one thing. I called and emailed for months and still have not received anything. They continue to email me the same stuff over and over but never fix the problem.Be careful ordering from them!!!

Terrible customer service, does not honor 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on very ill-fitting item that looks counterfeit (because it has school team printing) and took nearly two months to deliver, which I get, pandemic, but zero effort to keep customers (one of a substantial sized school track team order) informed during this time.

They take your money from your account when you order, yet NEVER send you your product... THEY STOLE 119.00$ from me basically......

Nice selection. Received Jordan Slides--already had been worn, box had writing inside. No big deal, just return it right? NOPE! No return label. I have sent 2 emails and made 2 separate calls in, waited on hold for over 30 minutes each time, dealt with the line getting cut off and having to call back in. I was told it takes 24 hours for a return label to generate, which seems weird in this day and age. OK, whatever. 24 hours later, no label. I call again, still its been 48 additional hours and NO LABEL! So they say there are easy returns...not so easy and way too convenient to forget to put a return label and invoice into the package for easy returns. I will not be buying here again--Finishline, Footlocker, or anywhere else is better than this.

A big store with an impressive amount of items. I shopped at Eastbay for their selection of football gear and was mostly impressed with their amount of gear. Prices were fair and checkout was easy. Only con was their stock of football gloves. Overall great store.

Thought Id give a local retailer an opportunity instead of buying online. Bought two different pairs of shoes in the same size. One pair fit perfectly, the other just a bit too small. Went to swap the one pair for a larger size and was told I couldnt do that. Since I admitted to walking to the end of my driveway in the shoes I apparently am unable to exchange them. The shoes were spotless, seriously had them on my feet for less than 50 yards. I was told that I had to test the shoes on a treadmill instead of walking outside. Since the store does not offer a treadmill like most other high end shoe retailers, and I do not own a treadmill myself I found that to be an extremely silly policy. I didnt argue with the employee since it is not their fault. I just assumed a company as large as Eastbay/Footlocker would have some better customer service.

Underwhelming. It was rather difficult to find what I was looking for. Employees saw me looking around but never said a word to me till I went up to ask for help. One person was already helping a family when I walked in and 4 other employees were just standing around. Im used to going into stores and at least being acknowledged. Seemed I was less of a priority because I wasnt with other people?

Outlet is hit or miss. At sale times, 50% yellow tag makes much a good deal along with whatever throw ins might be happening such as $1 pairs of mesh shorts. Without a sale, much is still too pricy and selection can be funky (as youd expect from an outlet). Staff is there.

Excited due to getting their magazines but the actual store is underwhelming. No great sales, deflated balls, and definitely lacking new updated merchandise. I find better things at the local nike outlet stores for example

Edit: After I filed complaint with the BBB (and only then), the company did charge me the original amount stated at checkout.Charged me more than the amount stated at checkout (about 30% more), wouldnt cancel the order, so now I have to wait for shipment and then return it. Which sounds like itll be a problem from other reviews, not to mention having to pay a $7 return label fee for the privilege of being scammed.

Love this place for clothes and shoes that you cant find any place else kinda pricey but you get what you pay for... the staff is always nice and most of them are high school kids so they know a lot about new styles and are willing anything from the warehouse for you

What a gem! Wausau is that much more valuable tonhve this little gem tucked right in the center of town. Their quarterly 50% off sales and tent sales rock!!!! Inner city kids would flock to this place if they could. All the brand names and styles for that sports, modern look. I find most my shoes there. All my chucks and my sneakers. Ill be going back probably always. :)

Awesome Customer Service!

Have great online selection and are fast at shipping but their returns/exchange service is awful! I believe customer service says that has to do with the warehouse. Every time I call I’m told it’s just sitting in the warehouse and that they will send an email over to them. This has went on for weeks. All I need is to exchange 1 pair of pants. By the time I receive them or if I do, it’ll be a new season and I won’t even need them any longer. I’ve used this company for prob 2 decades and I’m about done with them. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Management at the warehouse may need to check their employees!

They shipped fast and UPS wasnt too shabby either. Got my shoes a day early.

Dont waist your time!!! Store is depressing and laid out like and army surplus. Prices are WAY too high for an outlet and the selection is extremely limited!! Very disappointed to say the least. Drove over an hour for absolutely nothing! Had to give one start to leave a review...otherwise they get nothing!

My debit card was charged three times fraudulently and when I called they ignored my claim. I have never order from this store. Furthermore this store makes no sense at all except to process fraudulent charges. Do not order from them, it is a front for terrorists from Somalia in the United States.

It is like walking into a badly assembled rummage sale in something that is only slightly better looking than someones garage. Difficult to find things and the closeout racking system is a joke. The staff is always friendly and there always seems a lot of them available (for whatever reason). For an outlet store one would think that pricing would be better.

Tried calling to have them discontinue sending their catalog to our address (as the previous tenant/ subscriber no longer lives here). The first employee hung up on me. The second was extremely condescending and rude over a simple request. Would never do business with this company.

Love the Outlet side of the store. Sometimes they have sales where the outlet is an additional 50% off. We always go then. The regular store is a little expensive. But during the sales its 20% off.

Awful team! Got to the east bay building for an 8:30 interview in Wausa and they informed me it was forgotten and to wait a few minutes. They presumed to tell me the AR was busy. I sat and waited 45 minutes to an hour and still was not called in for my interview or informed anything. Not to mention I let them know ahead of time I had class at 10. Later I received a very unprofessional email from the team basically calling me out for leaving.

The worst experience I ever had in my life. Please save your time and money. Phone service was terrible, got hung up on the first time trying to make a complaint...very very poor service. Bought shoes from here, after complaining about it they offered a replacement, and the replacement was worse than the original purchases,one shoe box came with a dirty sock inside, a sock with an orange pizza looking stain, and the shoe was badly creased and what it looks like to appear to be semen drops on it.

Just left Eastbay outlet store - wanted to buy running shoes and as I walked in I had counted over 5 employees working and as I looked at the shoes and pulled two off the shelf and the whole time I was in the store no one cared to ask me if I needed any assistance with sizes - ended up leaving the store and even on the way out no one acknowledged me- very disappointed.
