Great experience, best customer service I’ve had in along time. Colton the manager took the time to help me find the right type of running shoe. I knew I wanted to try On running shoes and he helped me try all the styles that would fit my type of running needs. He also provided additional brand options that were amazingly comfortable as well. He also introduced me to my first pair of Hey Dudes (so comfortable they don’t even feel like shoes!) I really hope this store stays around in Wausau, I plan to get all my shoes here in the future. Best service ever!

Colton was awesome! I told him I was looking for short boots and he brought out several styles for me to try out. I decided on Sperry boots and he suggested getting a size that will give my feet enough room to circulate heat and to ensure I wont get frost bite if the boot freezes. While I tried on my shoes, he cleaned my Air Forces for nothing! They are much cleaner now. He definitely made shopping for shoes fun.

The manager Colton came and helped me buy dress boots. Did an amazing job at picking out multiple styles depending on what I wanted. He brought the shoes out for me and was very honest about every shoe. I felt like he genuinely cared about our transaction and not just selling me a product. He did an amazing job and I would definitely shop here again.

Shoe shopping for my 7 year old daughter has been a nightmare. She has a high arch and wide width and finding shoes that not only fit but are comfortable and for her style has been extremely challenging. There has been a lot of tears and frustration for her (and mom). Colton, the store manager, was fantastic with her. He measured her feet, gave her shoe suggestions and even explained to her why the shoes felt the way they did. He made her feel like a princess. Turned my little girls frown into a smile. Thank you so much for the great customer service!!
