Went in with a super old valve that was leaking from my tub. I dont remember any of the names i think bob was his name either way everyone i encountered there was super helpful! Basically rebuilt my leaky valve free of charge and is working great! Thanks again!

I ordered shower system 7 of 9 came promptly and the other two I found because I searched were to be be 25 week lead time. No email or phone message to make me aware. After 1 hour hold the associate did not offer ANY help with suggested substitute was very impatient at best and only repeated I could cancel! What? I asked to speak to her manager she said she was the highest level person. I argued unless her last name is Ferguson I don’t accept that. Then she asked what I wanted to speak to them for. Awful! With another 30 minute wait, for a person who acted no differently but said she was in the office of the VP. Covered my experience, nothing for solutionToday I found a possible solution, a 40 second hold, confirmed form fit function and confirmed “halt” on the shower head and handle I had on order. Order, confirmation and credit achieves in 7 minutes. I would have NEVER received previous order and doubt if I would be notified.Shoddy at best yesterday CS call! Beware customers!

We bought some Kichler light fixtures in 2017 and one of them failed. After waiting almost two months for repair/replacement parts through Ferguson, I finally gave up. I used alternative methods to repair the fixture. It seems to me that Ferguson is more interested in the original sale than it is on customer service afterward. So we won’t shop at Ferguson in the future. And it’s doubtful that we’d buy Kichler fixtures again.

Good luck calling and getting a local person. Was told they had a particular furnace for my project in stock at my location. Drove out there and not only was it not in stock but that counter person couldnt find one anywhere. Now I have to try and find what I need elsewhere from another company and place my project behind.

I give them a 0. We have been ignored 2 times and we are smart enough to not try for 3. Recently we waited a half hour and not a soul offered to help us until we were walking out the front door. That is a bit late. What we did learn is that the same thing we were looking for is sold at a big box store for half and the people actual talk to you and want to help you with your purchase. Yes, it was exactly the same item because the model number was exactly the same. You are crossed off our list for ever!

Poor customer service. I stopped to look bathroom fixtures. I wandered around the store for 30 minutes and no one even bothered to say good morning or ask if I would like some help.

I would never order anything from them again. It has been a horrible experience and still dont have the item that I ordered. Its supposed to be delivered Friday but I lost all faith that I am actually going to get it like I was promised.

I have been there twice, and neither time did anyone even bother to greet us.

The people here are top notch! Joe and the governor are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable!
