I came in with a print and I worked with Greg in the framing department. Greg was not only patient with me, he was the perfect mix of providing good suggestions while being mindful of my budget. He showed me some frames and mats that I hadnt thought of and it really looked like a great combo, so I trusted in him. Cut to me picking up the framed print and IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Largest crafting store I have ever been in. As a guy shopping there I was easily intimadated by the scope of it all. I will say this, they have the largest supply of holiday decorations.

This was the cleanest Hobby Lobby I have ever been in. And I have shoped a lot of Hobby Lobbys in and out of this state. The employees helpfulness is incredible. Everyone had smiles on their faces and so did my family and I when we were shopping. Let me just say I left with 3 bags full of goodies crafting / household items. 😊😊😊

The store is always clean and was not really crowded. I asked for help finding something and the person directed me right to it. The staff is super friendly and the worker let me know how the sales working the store.

They had sales throughout the store. Its a large store with lots of merchandise. They used to have online coupons but not anymore. Prices were very good and I found some clearance items that were really discounted.

Cool spot to buy home made decorations and materials for artistic projects. My favorite part was the car section and fishing section of decorations. Awesome

Very attentive, knowledgeable customer service despite the numerous people in the store. I entered seeking some disparate items for making homemade solid cologne and was short on time. The staff, from entry to check out helped me locate my items and I was checked out in under 1/2 an hour. Great selection and reasonably priced as well.

Hobby Lobby is my go-to for nearly all things crafts, aside from Amazon. I love all the quirky things and the variety of DIY stuff they have. However when I was last there and ready to check out, I went and got in a line. I didnt know they were closing that line until another customer finally informed me after waiting for a little bit already. With that one closing, it went down to only one lane, and then a lane for Returns and Exchanges. That wouldnt have been an issue for me, except it was awfully busy! Someone eventually opened up another lane which was nice. Despite that, Im usually always happy when I go there, and wind up spending more than I intend.

Overall a well stocked store. Clean and organized. However, I can never find an employee to assist me when I need one.

This place has so much to chose from. I got all my candy bar set up merchandise from here. It was a fraction of the price compared to party city. They have everything you need for birthday partys etc. Even had fondant for cake making. Not to mention their home decor section is amazing, every aesthetic you can imagine.

Went for art supplies. Boy, have they gone downhill. Only paper pads are their own brand. Got markers. 1&3 markers per color. Many were empty. Prices jumped. No longer offers 40% off one purchase. One person @ checkout. Didnt know where things were. Havent been there for a year. Will order online supplies only. Not going back.

Found a great shelf that I used for a TV stand. Was a good sale and they helped us get it in the car. Great service!

The only thing that would make this place better is if they made a serious effort to stock Made in USA items. I understand that most consumer items are made in China and its not feasible to always stock Made in USA. But when stocking an array of options for a product anyway, it would be nice to include one. For instance, I went the other day to buy some fabric shears. There is a pretty good assortment, but all made in China. I know that there are fabric shears made in this country somewhere.

I love the clearance section here. This place has so much decent crafting stuff, and a wide variety of it as well. Also the ladies at the counter will always let you know if theres a coupon you could be using 😉

Anything I need for sewing or other projects I can always find in this store. Typical time spent per visit is 2 hours. The store is clean, clerks are friendly and knowlegable.

Fully stocked, and well organized.

First time visitor. I was overwhelmed with the variety of objects you could display in your own home or give as a gift. Lots of Christian stuff. Lots of sports stuff. The manager, who reminded of a Marine Lieutenant (I am a retired Marine), has his people in line. They all attempted to make sure we found what we were looking for and with pandemic concerns made sure to be six feet away. Caring folks this Hobby Lobby crew.

They always have great things but for the items I look for I feel they are generally overpriced.

I have never shopped here because of their outrageous beliefs. I had exhausted every other establishment. Unfortunately, I needed an urn for my beautiful Mom, she died on Christmas Day. I found exactly what I wanted. A bronze container that was perfect.

Its a good place to find most craft things and some art supplies for projects. They have some nice quality brands, and some of their own brands. The employees are friendly and caring.

It took way to long to shop and check out due to the lack of isle signs and the antiquated POS system. I had to constantly ask where things were at and the check out line was very slow.

AFAIK this is the only place in the city to buy candy making supplies like casting molds and related items, and it has a good selection. It does have more female hobby supplies than male hobbies to perhaps a 90/10 ratio, but there is definitely something for everyone. Its a fun place to browse.

Half the stuff you buy is broke, will not be going here again.

I love just about everything in the store, but I cant afford most of it unless I use the weekly %40 off one item coupon. Its only good in regular priced items, no clearance or sales. Clearance is nicely priced and sales are decent. Store is very well organized, very clean and service is very good.

I did not shop the whole craft/sewing areas but the home decor is abundant. The store was well staffed, offered to assist and did when needed. The furniture is a liw/good quality at a more than reasonable price (especially when on sale).

I give it a low mark due to lack of overhead signage for departments, some of the staff doesnt know either. Lack of staff exceptionally poor staffing. Long long checkout line only one register ever open and if u ask to open a second one they will tell you they cant... because they dont have any staff to help

I just had sales person page five times for more help at the register. Three staff members were standing in front of customers and ignored the call to help check out customers. If you do not mind waiting and have no job to go to, this Waukesha store is for you. Otherwise I will take my business to another location.
