Bought a Hybrid Mattress from Dale on a Saturday and he answered all of mine and my husbands questions and dealt with our hemming and hawing like a champ. Well, the next day I changed my mind about the hybrid and wanted a regular quilt-top and Dale (again) dealt with me perfectly and was able to cancel the initial order, and set me up with a different mattress that I tried and liked. I ended up buying two mattresses - one king size for my bed and a queen for my mothers bed. They were able to deliver on Monday and that went without a hitch. Came in during presidents day sale and tried out a bunch of beds. The usual thing you do at a mattress store. Had a great time with the sales guy, and we ended up finding the best bed. I highly recommend going to this store instead of buying from online

We went in the first time and Alan was extremely helpful. We wanted to check other places before making such a large purchase. We of course looked everywhere else and the deal we could get at mattress firm was much better. So we went back and Alan was there again. He was helpful and again gave us a lot if information, however, he didnt hover. He let us try it out without him staring us down and making us feel pressured. Financing went smoothly and delivery set up was good. However, I do have to say the delivery was kind of poor in timing. They called to say they would be a 1/2 an hour late… they ended up 2 and a 1/2 hours late. Delivery guys did apologize many times. If my husband didnt have to take off work early, I wouldnt be upset about it... But the overall experience of mattress firm is definitely a positive one and I will be back when needed.

Buying a new mattress was super easy at Mattress Firm. We were able to take a look at quite a few mattresses. The sales person was quite helpful and if he didn’t quite know the answer he asked his manager. He even made the direct delivery work with the delivery of the base!

When there was an issue he had problems with and didnt know the answer the salesman sought out the answer right away until he found someone with the answer he needed (district manager).
