Going back now in June was much different than in february! In February the Techs that were inside the store looked at me like I was an alien from another planet even though I had been vaccinated. They wouldnt touch the phone, they just said everything had to be done online which I found odd because the store was open. This time, Mike was there, and he transferred my phone for my wife that I had gotten her from amazon. No muss no fuss! Mike knew what he was doing, a good guy with a good personality! Ive been with AT&t now for about 20 years, television, internet and telephone. As long as they treat me correctly, Ill stick with them for a while longer lol!Oct 22 2021The Store manager Luis Lopez and Frankie, technician in training, what stand up guys.. They took care of everything when my wifes phone was disconnected from service because it was not 5G.They said they were surprised because 4G should not have been disconnected. They replaced the SIM card and tested the phone for no charge! I really appreciated them going the extra mile👍Im changing my rating to 5 stars because of them today.

Waukegan At&t has one of the most amazing employee - Edd. He made the whole phone trading of my friend run so smoothly and fun! He reminded me of Maui right when I walked it the store! Lol. I would totally come back to this store(and get service just from him🙂😏). 5 star for The Rock!👍🏼

I came in last Tuesday with a issue for a broken iphone hoping to get it fixed. The phone was was unfixable but the rep Ed was able to get me into a upgrade and get me a trade credit for the other phone even though me screen was broken.

I’ve been coming to this store location for last couple years. Daniel and the rest of the staff are alway helpful and find the best solution for me and other customer I’ve seen them interact with.

I always experience the worst customer service at this store. The first time I initially signed up for the service, I was not told I was given a business account with an unauthorized added line until I received my first bill. I called customer service and they took care of it for me. This is fraudulent in my opinion but these type of tactics are common at this location. The customer service is non existent. I tried to order an iPad and they had none in stock so I ordered it directly through Apple. I order the SIM card online ($0 becauseI ordered it online) and when it arrived I inserted it and attempt to select a date plan, the order is later canceled a AT&T due to identity theft protection. I got into this store and tell the rep what happened. He told me this is common for customers to experience duringP the time of COVID, but offered no apologies for the inconvenience. In fact, I had to now purchase another SIM card ($5) and have them set up service. I felt inconvenienced and unsatisfied with the service I was provided, although Daniel R was able to get me set up, he needs to learn some serious customer service skills and how to speak to a customer while not over talking them, and maintaining a professional demeanor. Due to the poor customer service, I will be switching back to either a TMobile or Sprint as soon as my contract is up. AT&T is seriously lacking in integrity and customer service. My two cents.

Last week I wend to the store really frustrated because they were charging me to much for my cable but, thanks to bob they gave me a better deal for the same channels. For years ive been trying to get directv but my landlord doesnt allow satellite. Finally AT&T had a streaming service AT&T TV that I dont need satellite. Alf hooked me up with a good price and I got the boxes same day!

I ended up getting a new phone and my biggest concern about getting a new phone was losing my pictures and phone numbers so I never upgraded Alfonso was very confident and knowledgeable about the situation so I went with his recommendation ink I got a new phone and he was able to recover all my information even tho I didn’t know any passwords or emails he got me all the information and wrote it down for me in case I lose my phone I’m not very tech savvy but this gentleman taught me enough for me to be confident about my new phone very good job 10/10

Went in to the store today, I wanted to see if it would be worth switching since I had cricket, I was paying $60 but Alfonso told me the benefits of their “elite” plan I was very impressed my bill went up from what I was currently paying but it’s seriously worth it i wouldn’t settle anymore for anything less than elite!

I recently switched over from T-Mobile and Im glad I did. The representative Alfonso gave me a great promotion and explained everything to me perfectly! Went in the store to make a bill payment, Marco mentioned the condition of my screen protector and recommended I should replace it. He talked to me about liquid glass. I didnt even know that was a thing. I bought 3 . 1 for myself and the other two for my girls at home!
