I love this place today was my first time there . I love the culture reminds me my Home town Chicago. Food was delicious soooo good omg perfect.

Shoe Carnival is great! The helpful staff found shoes that my teenager loved! Great prices on all name brand shoes.

They have good deals over the week. Selection is limited but youll find something for everyone.

This place has a great variety of shoes from kids to adults. You wont find the latest Jordans here. Nut what they do have is a reasonable amount of gym shoes,boots, sandals and dress shoes at very reasonable prices...Especially for back to school, church and work.

Store was clean w friendly service. Although VERY difficult to find wide shoes that are COMFORTABLE for me among the Sketchers line.

We had such an awesome experience from the moment we walked in. Got asked if we needed help right away, which we did. So found what we wanted pretty quickly. We actually got 2 pairs of shoes this day, due to it being my nephews bday. So we looked for a pair for him.As we got to the counter, the cashier helped us get more discounts by adding more products and being able to spin the wheel! Plus being an rewards member helped as well!All the employees were super Awesome and you can tell they love their job!! I will definitely be coming back for future purchases!! Shoe carnival has a pretty good selection of shoes and good prices.

They really never have what Im looking for in my size. Maybe for the kids and similar. But what I like I cant really find in there.

I went in a few days ago it was actually my first time in. Amazing customer service, I was greeted in the morning with a big smile, friendly, and very professional attitude which was a plus that always makes you want to come back! I was very pleased with the associates’ help my son was acting up and instead of her giving dirty looks like other stores do she came and interacted with my son. She was able to help me pick out some shoes and socks quick which was amazing because we were in a rush! while talking to her she let me know she was new to the company. I asked for her name Mariela I will make sure next time I go in I am helped by her! She made you feel comfortable. She actually took the time to let me know about their shoe rewards program! How amazing is it if you loose your receipt they can look you up that way as well! That was also another plus! She really knew her stuff! You guys have a regular customer now in your hands! Ive always shopped at Shoe Carnival for the great deals but I had an exceptional experience at this particular location! The sales woman was very helpful in helping me find the right shoe and showing me how the deals work. I mean, she really knew her stuff! I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return.
